선혜 (10/5): 뷰가 손 꼽을 만큼 넘 좋아요. - 직원들의 친절함과 투숙객에게 매너 있게 방해되지 않으려고 애둘러 살짝 돌아가거나 시선을 마주쳐 불편하게 하지 않으려고 조심스레 움직여 주었습니다. 도움을 청하면 즉각 해결도 해주었습니다. 수건에서 간혹 걸레썪는 냄새가 나기도 했습니다. 주방에 그릇을 씻어 걸쳐 놓을 건조대나 그릇을 옮길 쟁반이 없어 아쉽더군요~ㅠㅠ 저는 다행히 집이 멀지 않아 필요한것들을 가져오기도 했습니다.

Susan (10/5): Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would happily stay here again when visiting Jeju. - We had a very pleasant stay at Sun and Moon Resort in Jeju for 7 nights. This is my second time staying in the resort as I enjoyed my first time with them in December 2017. The resort is comfortable, peaceful and a wonderful place to relax while explore the island. What made out stay especially memorable was the incredibly helpful and attentive staff. A special mention and great thanks goes to the General Manager, Michael who speaks both English and Mandarin. He was extremely kind, patient and always willing to assist us. Whether it was recommending good food, suggesting places to visit, or helping us with the transport arrangements, he went out out of his way to make sure everything was smooth for us. We were also deeply touched by the kindness of Michael and his mother, who thoughtfully bought us some local Jeju treats, the seaweed, Jeju green tea cake and local cookies. it was such a warm and generous gesture that made out stay even more special and memorable. The only minor issue was that the bathroom floor tends to get wet after showering as there is no shower curtain or partition, which makes the floor a little slippery. It would be helpful to have a divider or shower curtain to keep the bathroom area dry and safer :)

Very beautiful near beach night view and cater bbq pits on site. Some quality eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. Couples friendly and good vibes surrounding facing beautiful sea. The disadvantages needed to highlights is not very toddlers or seniors friendly bathroom with bathtubs shower cubicles only and nonstick rugs at bath entrance and end of beds which is hazardous to falls and trips moving around. No lifts access to top floors unit make travelers lugging big luggages facing difficulties. Need to pay upon booking too.

JIYOUN (7/5): - 사계해변 앞이라 산책하기 좋았다. 근처에 맛집 선채향이 근처라 아침에 웨이팅 걸기 좋다. 송악산, 모슬포항 10분 이내.. 위치가 좋다. 앞마당 잔디장원이 예쁘고 푸른바다 바로앞.. 바람이 덜불고 수영장 이용할수 있는 계절엔 만족도가 더 올라갈것 같다. 조식이 나오는데 빵과 커피뿐이다. 채소나 과일이 더해지면 좋을것 같다. 바닥에 턱이 있고 그위에 침대가 올라가 있어서 위험하고 불편했다. 아기들 있는집, 어른도 밤에 화장실갈때 조심해야 할것 같다.

Lindaseah (9/5): - The sea view, the room, the space. Very relaxing to just sit at tge beach and soak in the sea although swimming is not allowed. the coastal walk to Songkasan Buses are scarce. But luckily it's walkable to both Sangbansan and Songkasan if weather permits. Breakfast is repetitive which can get boring from day 3.

Maxime (8/5): Enjoyable - The hotel is nice, the location is quite remote but still has a lot of tourists, lots of good restaurants around, the road is quite close however so you need to keep 2 eyes open if you have kids. The hotel has cats which the kids loved. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, we found ourselves wishing it wasn't included... The road is also a bit close and open, be careful if you have small kids.

Blenda (7/5): Loved the resort vibes, but felt that it was a little pricey for the facilities compared to other hotels in Jeju - It’s a nice quaint resort by the beachside, so you get amazing views and we liked to stroll along the beach in the morning or night. There’s also a nice lawn in the hotel decorated with swings/seats facing the sea. They also provided a cute breakfast to eat in your room. Unfortunately, out of the 2 rooms I booked, 1 of our our rooms had a faint sewage/foul smell from the toilet. We tried to use diffuser and perfumes to cover the smell but it’s still pretty strong everytime we walked into our room. No issues with the other room at all.

Luana (9/5): - O quarto é amplo e muito confortável. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos, sempre prontos para ajudar. O café da manhã é delicioso, variado e bem servido. A vista para a praia é simplesmente incrível, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial! O café da manhã é saboroso, mas poderia variar um pouco mais ao longo dos dias. A região é tranquila, porém conta com poucos comércios próximos. É um bom hotel, mas vale lembrar que não oferece a estrutura completa de um resort.

Karen (9/5): Great value for money! Very happy with this place. - Staff at the reception were very friendly. House keeping also very friendly. Location seems remote but yet there were many great restaurants nearby and some even within walking distance. Beautiful and big garden, very tranquil environment. Convenient access to the coast. Rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast every day was the same- could change it up a little

Manoon (8/5): Good place to stay but a few things to consider! - Great location with sea view and spacious room. However, the room had no wardrobe, cabinet and no place to unpack our cloths. Bathroom only has one rack where you can only fit a small towel, no hooks or anything where you can hang your bath towels and in the room only has 4 hangers for cloths! Breakfast was included but it was very simple, plenty to eat but pretty much only sandwiches and coffee/juice. We stayed for 4 nights and every morning was exactly the same food. We had to buy fruits to have with their provided breakfast. So if breakfast is a big thing for you, you may need to consider it.
Peterg52 (9/5): Jeju Fantasy Cycling Route - We had a large, comfortable room with a great view. The location of the resort is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. We made use of the English Whatsapp service to arrange some bicycle repairs. This worked exceptionally well.

Do not utilize their restaurant recommendations we went to the first on the list and it was a far drive and gross place when there is literally walkable fresh seafood in the area. Terrible recommendations.

Nazarudin (10/5): Exceptional - As we walked into the room, we were greeted by the overwhelming smell of fresh linen. The view was superb, and the simple breakfast served was as per our strict request. All in all, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations. The raised platform for the bed can be a cause of accident/injury, especially at night when the lights are switched off.

The location was central to the area, restaurants, hikes, the sea. The staff, including the people at the front desk and the people delivering breakfast, was lovely and very caring to make sure that we were comfortable.
