Giuseppe (6/5): Si potrebbe fare meglio - Si potrebbe migliorare con piccoli accorgimenti. La chiave del portone era difettosa. Sono riuscito ad aprirla solo 3 volte su 10, di cui una in presenza di Dario, simpatico incaricato del check-in, che ha avuto anche lui difficoltà ad aprirlo. Non c'è il microonde, non c'era il rotolo di carta in cucina, nè caffè per la moka o solubile, nè una bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia. C'era un pacco di 6 biscotti, omaggio della casa. L'appartamento era pulito ma tazze e cucchiaini erano sporchi. Quando si affitta ad ospiti di certe nazioni bisogna sempre controllare la pulizia delle stoviglie! La doccia si riempiva d'acqua ben oltre l'altezza delle caviglie. Ogni tanto occorre togliere i residui dallo scarico. Il wifi non funzionava. La società che amministra l'appartamento mi ha permesso di fare il check-out alle 11, un'ora dopo. Sono stati gentili. In generale sono stati sempre gentili e premurosi ma le loro comunicazioni non sempre sono state chiare. Non si capiva chi era il mio referente! Wonderful Italy direzione generale, direzione Campania o Dario. Tutto sommato un bell'appartamento, peccato per i difetti sopramenzionati.

Arthur (8/5): - The apartment was good. Our greeting agent was very friendly and helpful. . A WiFi extender is needed to help cover more of the apartment. The lock to enter the complex needs to be repaired or replaced. I had to “jiggle” the key to open the door. Being very close to the archeological museum and walking distance to many good sites and restaurants is a definite plus. City noise and graffiti detract from the location.
Sanja (6/5): - We did not like the area around the location being extremely dirty and loud. The park in front of the building was occupied by many homeless people. The entrance door to the building was difficult to open, so we had to ring the bell of neighbours to open the door. The kitchen, bathroom, bed sheets not sufficiently clean. No one has contacted us to arrange the check-in time despite our tries to contact the host.
