It was easy to access our room and we felt safe the entire time. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. I appreciate the availability of baby equipment that made our stay even better. Lack of onsite parking.

Lit parapluie disponible et confortable pour le petit. Les escaliers sont effectivement un peu raides mais rien d'insurmontable ! Franchement le top du top ! Il n'y avait pas de micro-onde.

Notre appartement était extrêmement calme et superbe. Très belle décoration, lumineux sur arrière du bâtiment. Bon équipement de la cuisine. Vraiment très bien placé à 2 pas du centre. Un peu cher mais ça en valait la peine. On pourrait apprécier un meilleur matelas ... mais correct.

- Vladka (9/5): Superb apartment - It's in a great location near Haymarket train station and public transport stops. Supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsbury's) are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was spacious too. Communication with the hosts was great — we received all the necessary check-in instructions in advance. I received a response very quickly whenever I asked a question regarding our stay. Our apartment was on the ground floor and faced the main road. I recommend that light sleepers pack earplugs.

It you walk around the block you have lots of good restaurants and take aways, we ate in the Thai, Rancho, and one of the pubs. Also a Tesco local. Apartment 3 was very spacious and spotlessly clean. They supply dishwasher tabs and washing machine pods, fairy, cloths and tea towel. Heating controls easy to use. Loved everything about it. Everything was perfect, no complaints.

It's about a 20 minute walk to the Castle and Royal mIle. An added bonus is the left luggage facility in the basement. This is ideal if you arrive before check in time or travel later than check out.

So easy to come and go from the building, with pretty much everything you could need within a 5 minute ealk There is some street noise, and early morning the birds are quite loud, not much the property can do about that but if you are a light sleeper maybe bring some earplugs. - Stephen (7/5): - The room was spacious, comfortable, clean & tidy & the bathroom especially was to a good standard for a hotel/holiday let There was a slight issue with the front door access code on the first day, the code wouldn't enter & it took a long time to get through on tge phone, in the end another guest let us in from inside which isn't very good security wise. Also in the previous questions it asked about the staff but I only met one guy very briefly & so I don't think its fair to give a mark either way for that
- Elena (10/5): No lo dudes, reserva aquí! - Estábamos en la planta baja y nuestro apartamento era muy grande, con decoración muy agradable y con absolutamente todo lo que se necesita para una estancia fuera (lavadora, lavavajillas, secador, todos los útiles de cocina…). Impecablemente limpio, cama muuuuy cómoda, baño perfecto y con un personal super rápido al contestar dudas por WhatsApp. Además con una buena ubicación. Pudimos ir andando a todas partes y lo que más lejos nos pilló fue a 35min caminado. Barrio precioso y tranquilo.
- Lisa (8/5): Beautiful apartment but the devil is in the detail - Very clean, good location near tram stop Only 1 towel and 2 teabags for a 4 day stay, requested additional towels but was told no more would be supplied for a 'short' stay, was told teabags would be sent up but didnt arrive, was advised to wash our towels in the washing machine in the apartment, expected more flexibility for an apartment that cost €650 for 3 nights, small things that could have made such a difference

Local disponible toute la journée pour laisser nos valises après le Check out Manque juste des crochets ou petite étagère dans la salle de bain pour déposer ses vetements.

- Riccardo (10/5): Bell'appartamento vintage a pochi minuti dal centro. - L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Edimburgo, fa parte di un serie di appartamenti che appartengono a un edificio antico ma ristrutturato, che conserva pregi per chi piace lo stile vintage. Il bagno è ristrutturato e in ottime condizioni. Nel complesso era pulito e aveva tutto il necessario, la zona è abbastanza tranquilla e sicura. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la serratura dell'ingresso principale che si era guastata, il giorno era già stata sostituita grazie alla pronta risposta dello staff. Riscaldamento con Termostato all'avanguardia. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Alcuni pavimenti scricchiolanti dove si sentono i passi, la serratura dell'ingresso che si era guastata, poche capsule del caffè. Le porte che si chiudono da sole delle varie stanze.

Just the mattress. It was very thin and uncomfortable I'm afraid. My husband had to sleep on the sofa so his back was in agony and I felt like I was awake all night. That was the only downside

Les communs sont également très propres et agréables. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés! Le seul point négatif est la rue passante avec le bruit des voitures la nuit, avec une isolation phonique des fenêtres malheureusement peu optimale mais l’emplacement restait très pratique pour les visites.

- Juls91 (9/5): - Tutto perfetto. Appartamento nuovo, comodo e pulito! Posizione molto comoda soprattutto da e per aeroporto. Per il centro, invece, piacevole passeggiata di una 20ina di minuti o fermata del bus proprio lì davanti. Migliorerei la disposizione delle prese. Impossibilità di asciugare i capelli in bagno davanti ad uno specchio. Aggiungerei un microonde per scaldare roba veloce per chi è in vscanza e magari non ha troppa voglia di cucinare.
