- Dennis (8/5): Once I got entrance to the un-tended facility, the room was very nice. - Did not see or have a breakfast. This is not a hotel, it is a unattended Guest House: After booking with Booking.com I was bombarded with requests for self-registering, etc that was mostly in Spanish and I am US English, they keep sending requests for information even after i had gained access to the door with help from a local friend. The room/property is great but the difficulty of registering etc was very troubling and I would not stay there again
- Carolina (9/5): One bedroom apt in SMA was perfect location for long stays - The location, the beautifully appointed apartment on the third floor, wrap around terrace, natural light, gorgeous bathtub, the on site staff, internet and TV streaming options. Were stayed 10 nights. The motion sensor lights in the hallways and stairwell were inconsistent, and it got drafty due to all the windows, and depending on time of day and weather conditions, it can get extremely hot or extremely cold. The mini-split AC/heating unit helped.
- GOMEZ (9/5): Lugar amable y bello. - Ubicación, dueños muy atentos a toda inquietud vecindario residencial muy tranquilo, bello y con parques, cerca al centro histórico y servicios como cafés, restaurantes, mercados, lavandería etc... Sugiero una nevera mediana comunitaria, una lámpara/ cargador usb y un porta maletas plegable en c/habitación.
- Miguel (1/5): Pésima estancia - Nada El hotel en apariencia inicial esta bien, tiene el gran problema que es muy ruidoso, ya que se escucha cuando suben y bajan escaleras, se prenden las luces de los pasillos y molestan ya que las cortinas no son de mucha privacidad, si hay gente platicando en la recepción del hospedaje, se escucha en todo el hotel, es muy complicado descansar, además si hay huéspedes haciendo ruido no hay a quien pedirle el apoyo para hacer silencio y todo es atreves de un chat que te contestan cuando quieren,

- alejandra (6/5): Mucho autoservicio, poca atención real / Too Much Self-Service, Not Enough Care - Con tato autoservicio no se puede responder esto, cuando uno va de fin de semana o placer espera un poco de recepción. With such a self-service approach, it's hard to get any proper assistance. When travelling for a weekend or leisure, one expects at least some level of reception and personal attention. Escribí solicitando mi factura de estancia y el hotel nunca respondió, un excesivo autoservicio que nunca hubo personal a quien solicitarle mi factura fiscal por la estancia. I requested my accommodation invoice in writing, but received no response. The excessive self-service meant there was never any staff available to handle my tax invoice request.
- JOSE LUIS (8/5): - Conveniente lugar con instalaciones muy adecuadas para pasar la noche sin mayores pretensiones más que dormir y alistarte para salir. La limpieza de la habitación es excelente. Prácticamente nuevas las instalaciones. El internet funciona a la perfección. La ubicación es conveniente, aunque no necesariamente muy cerca de la zona de la Parroquia (10 a 15 min a pie). La habitación no cuenta con televisión y puede ser un poco ruidosa por el tipo de infraestructura de las instalaciones, pero nada que el cansancio no solucione. El check-in puede llegar a ser un poco complicado e intimidante si no estás familiarizado con la tecnología, WhatsApp y/o tienes un smartphone, ya que los requisitos de identificación oficial tiene que hacerse de forma digital (subiendo archivos). En lo personal después de hacer el check-in digital (24 horas antes de la estadía) fue necesario mandarles un mensaje vía WhatsApp para que me mandaran el código de acceso (para una chapa digital tipo Airbnb) que me comentaron que me mandarían vía correo para ingresar al lugar hotel y a las 2 habitaciones reservadas después de las 3 PM (hora de ingreso) ya que no me lo habían enviado pasada esa hora y tenía cierta incertidumbre al respecto. Pero fuera de eso, el lugar es un 8 de 10 que cumple satisfactoriamente con mis necesidades de estadía para un fin de semana.

- Oscar_papabear (8/5): Clean, well located, efficient staff. - Very nice location with a garden view, walking distance from the city center as well as restaurant corridor on the south side of town. Contactless check-in was fairly painless. Nice clean place, quick responses from respectful staff. Finding street parking was not too difficult. Privacy is an issue: there is no sound-proofing, you can clearly hear people in their rooms and out in the hall. Perhaps that is a reason why there's no TV in the room. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Code to enter was not emailed me until day of check in and I was in flight and had no idea I had to have a code. Stairs were so steep there was zero way to get luggage up three flights. Took almost half hour to get the person" on the phone to buzz us in. Looked like something out of "Whatever happened to Baby Jane". Doors with keys..Many rooms unmade...Looked like Brazilian "Love" Motel by the Hour. No way this is a "HOTEL". Fun opening doors to find our room....especially the two naked heavily bearded men I "interrupted" and promptly got the hell out of there and put everything back in the driver's car to head to a legitimate hotel. Do not go there under any circumstances....DUMP! Dump! Dump!

- KARLA (10/5): - Me encantó el modelo de NO PERSONAL y CERO INTERACCION con personal de recepción. La propiedad es hermosa, limpia y segura. Solo tengo 2 observaciones: 1) Aunque se especifica claramente que no hay AC, es importante enfatizar que con los cambios climáticos el abanico de techo con el que cuenta la habitación, es insuficiente ya que el calor es elevado. 2) La habitación lucia impecable y esto gracias al personal de limpieza, quienes dejan un sobre para que los “inquilinos” dejen propinas. Eso indica que no les pagan por su trabajo? O que hay un cargo extra por la limpieza para los que rentamos la habitación? Desconozco si esto es una practica común pero en los hoteles donde he rentado no me había tocado esta practica por eso la observación. Si es un lugar que recomiendo, ademas esta muy cerca de restaurantes y a unos minutos del centro caminando.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good Value - I was a little skeptical about having no check in desk, but the process was very smooth. The room was large, spotless and very comfortable. The location is great. Definitely recommend this hotel.
- Stephanie (3/5): More like a college dorm room. - It was clean. Cleaning services were good No tissue. No hair dryer. Bare minimum of essentials. Shower head had to point out the window to prevent water all over the floor. Shower curtain made of cotton. Soaked up water. No rugs, no closet. It did have a bar and open shelves for clothes. Metal stairs to go up to rooms horribly noisy. I changed rooms because I couldn't bear the smell. I believe it was some sort of room deodorizer. I used the overhead fan at night but couldn't turn off the fan's light. I changed rooms. The only working lights were 2 sconses by the bed. Desk light didn't work. Fan didn't work. Good location. Room was large.

- Courtney (8/5): Boutique hotel in Guadiana neighborhood - The room was very comfortable with plenty of space and nice decor. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many beautiful buildings. It was nice to explore this area. There was hardly anyone at the reception desk. We were sent instructions to check in ourselves, but I was hoping to change the card I made my payment on at some other time. However, the only people we saw there were the cleaning staff. The rooftop was locked most of the weekend. I felt for the price paid, I would have liked to have someone working reception.
