• Mauro (10/5): - Posizione centrale vicino alle fermate degli autobus o dell stazione dei treni. Bellissimo panorama sul porto. Il bagno leggermente piccolo con la doccia proprio piccola, io la farei da muro a muro nella sua larghezza almeno così ê un po' più grande.
• Alicja (10/5): - Bardzo miły Pan w recepcji, wszystko wyjaśnił i pokazał. Byliśmy w hotelu wcześnie i otrzymaliśmy pokòj około południa. Warto powiadomić o godzinie przyjazdu. Super lokalizacja, pokòj i całe piętro hotelu bardzo klimatyczne, o windzie nie wspominając. Wygodne łòżko i bajeczny widok na port z balkonu. Śniadanie w pobliskiej cafe Roma - np. kawa i rogalik lub kanapka. Udało nam się zjeść ostatnie śniadanie o 6 rano przed wylotem - kawiarnia była czynna. Do dworca 10 minut piechotą, blisko wszystkich atrakcji i knajpek. Cudowne miejsce, z klimatem i bardzo sympatycznym Panem w recepcji. Już nie mogę się doczekać powrotu do Cagliari

• Angelika (9/5): - Das Hotel ist der gesamte 2. Stock eines alten Palazzo an der Hafenpromenade. Es hat 18 Zimmer. Betrieben wird es derzeit von Luca und seiner Mutter. Das Gebäude ist sicherlich ein Denkmal, insbesondere der alte Eisenkäfig-Lift! Möbliert ist es mit massiven alten Holzmöbeln. Am Boden ist schönes Steinmosaik. Das Bad wurde in unserem Zimmer sicher nachträglich eingebaut, ist daher etwas klein, aber es hat Alles und ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Marina mit kleinem Balkon, auf dem tatsächlich 2 Stühle Platz hatten! Luca ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, gibt gute Tips. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und fühlten uns fast wie Familienmitglieder. Sehr empfehlenswert! Leider keine Handbrause (Dusche nur von oben)

• Julia (10/5): I would go there again - A unique atmosphere of an old-style, family-run Mediterranean hotel, similar to old European hotels in cities like Alexandria, Beirut, or Athens. Well-maintained and with a friendly and very helpful staff (I assume the owner?). I would definitely stay there again. The single room doesn't have much of a view, but that's the layout of the old-style architecture, and also, you don't go to Cagliari to stay all day in a hotel room, so it doesn't matter that much.

The elevator is very old that not even the luggage fits on it . It is weird inside , I felt more in a hostal , no hotel services at all .

Depois de enfrentarmos dois cancelamentos de última hora em outras acomodações, estávamos exaustos e um pouco frustrados... até encontrarmos esse lugar especial. E foi aí que tudo mudou. Desde o primeiro contato, o Lucca foi extremamente receptivo, acolhedor e atencioso. Ele nos recebeu com empatia e generosidade, transformando um início de viagem tenso em uma experiência leve, segura e confortável. O cuidado dele fez toda a diferença — sentimos que não éramos apenas hóspedes, mas pessoas verdadeiramente bem-vindas. O Hotel AeR não é só uma hospedagem, é um refúgio. Almost no noise (room 20). - The shower is a bit small, and the shower head is hard to operate to avoid flooding the bathroom. - A hollow has already formed in the mattress due to previous guests. That did not necessarily help my back pain. - The breakfast is typically Italian (coffee and croissant/cornetto that is it) in a bar close by. I did not like the mood of the bar. There are better places in proximity.

The balcony overlooked the Marina.and the room was kept lovely and cool by the air con. Very comfortable room and very quiet. The hotel is nice and central near restaurants, the old town and bus routes. I was welcomed by my hosts who were very pleasant and helpful, I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed my stay. Would book this hotel again. I had two single beds in the room and I found the bed slightly narrow.
• Lenore (10/5): Italian Delight - Family run hotel. Had a room overlooking the marina, which would recommend. Ideally located for sightseeing, shops and restaurants. Very friendly, they even gave my husband a bottle of Cava for his birthday. Yes a bit oldie worldly, but rather stay in a traditional Italian hotel than a modern white box. Nothing really. Yes the lift is quite small and the decor old fashioned, but this only added to the enjoyment of the holiday. Why stay in a modern sole less hotel that could be anywhere.

Personale gentilissimo, mi ha spiegato cosa fare, dove andare, dove mangiare, una guida perfetta. Sulla strada, un po' rumoroso di notte e la mattina presto. Ma basta chiudere i vetri e non si sente nulla.

• Fink (10/5): A nice stay in a special hotel - First of all, the location is great! It is a very well-maintained hotel, but an old one. I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel with a lot of character. It's small, peaceful and very clean. The owners are very nice as well. As a solo traveller, I had a shared bathroom, but it wasn't a problem. A small fridge would be an extra bonus, but not actually needed for a stay in the city.

• Lodovica (7/5): - Luca, il proprietario, è super disponibile e gentilissimo. Mi ha dato tanti consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove cenare. Viaggiando sola, è stato piacevole trovare un ambiente familiare anziché il classico hotel. Posizione eccezionale, comoda per visitare il centro e ad un passo dalla fermata dei bus (per Poetto ad esempio) Ci vorrebbe una tenda nella doccia per evitare di bagnare il pavimento.
