The location is perfect, view was nice. The bath tub is difficult to get in and out, it’s a bit high. It was not a problem for us, might be for people with disabilities.

- Reiner (9/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist die Adolphe Brücke und eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand über die Nachrichten von booking.com statt. Die Zimmer sind komplett mit Rolläden ausgestattet. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte Salz, Pfeffer und ein wenig Öl, um sich vielleicht mal einfache Gerichte zuzubereiten.

The apartment was very central so everything was in walking distance. We lucked out with the parking, free on Sundays and in the evening so only really had to find paid parking for one day - which was a 3 minute walk away. Although one was a fold out sofa bed, we found the beds extremely comfortable and got a good couple of nights sleep here. The flat we had was on -2 floor, but as it is located in the hills, we weren't underground. Which actually was a shame as the rooms still felt a little dark and we would have preferred a flat on the higher floors for more light. We also had a problem with ants coming into the flat, so some issues around the cleanliness of the flat - especially in the kitchen area.

- Alex (7/5): - Location was excellent and the apartment was nicely decorated and bed was nice. An .Iron with ironing board was included. Water in fridge. Small details were missing. Main bedroom light didn't work, one of toilet spotlight not working. There was tea but no cups. I didn't like the late check in and early checkout that was the worst thing. 4 PM checkin I think is too late and 10 AM is too early when you are visiting a city. Should be 1PM or 2PM and 11AM in my opinion to offer proper value. It's a bit scabby in my opinion having it all owners way. They should think about being a visitor.

Estaba también impecable y la relación calidad precio es inmejorable por ser Luxemburgo! Cuando entramos olía un poco a tabaco la sala de estar, pero ventilamos un poco y enseguida se fue el olor. - Cédric (9/5): Bon emplacement et confortable - Les hôtes sont facilement joignables une fois leur numéro reçu, et ont accepté mes demandes spécifiques. Le logement était bien propre et en ordre lors de l'arrivée, et tout le matériel est présent pour des petites boissons (eau, machine à café, dosettes, thé et tout type de sucres). Le coin de la ville est calme et la vue est plutôt jolie pour les appartements avec balcons tout en restant proche du centre ville aussi bien en tram qu'a pied. La rue n’était pas très occupée et nous avons pu nous garer proche du bâtiment. Cet appartement avait le prix le plus intéressant lors de mes recherches et je ne suis pas déçu! 😊 Je n'ai pas eu de mauvaise expériences

- Indy (4/5): Teleurstellend!! - De locatie en uitzicht was goed Het was HEEL vies!! Na dit te hebben besproken met het personeel waren ze alles behalve behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Dit viel zwaar tegen we hadden het penthouse dus dus hebben ook flink betaald. Het bad kwam oranje uit zonder erin te hebben gezeten. Toen we dit vermelden zeiden ze iets van oh misschien heeft hij een tijd niet aangestaan nou nee dit was kalk en viezigheid van de afgelopen jaren nadat wij in de streamers keken waar het water uit kwam schrokken we. Met allergie kan je niet slapen door stof onder de bedden.

They send a text with the entry details, but only the day before so don’t panic if you haven’t heard beforehand. Note that the entry code has a door symbol either side of the numbers that has to be entered as well as the digits.

Later coming to the door, after I took a shower and was lying down on bed. To come and tell me, I should leave because the people who suppose to be in the place I was. I told them i already took a shower and was lying down on the bed. So I told them, it is no problem for me to change rooms but i guess this one need to be cleaned than. So they let me stay in the apartement

- Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location right between 2 central areas of Luxembourg (easy to get everywhere just by walking). At the same time, it's near a wooded area, and you're always hearing birds chirping when you open the window. We had a balcony apartment on the 2nd floor and we would see trees outside and hear birds when opening any window. Jacuzzi is very nice, apartment is spacious, mattress was perfect for my back, a bit on the hard side but not too hard. Only thing that could be improved is the check-in process: you need to call for someone to give you the code which doesn't make much sense. Just text / whatsapp people the code and it would be easier for everyone.

- Salvatore (4/5): Below expectations. - about 15 min walk from the train station. Where to start? The apartment was smaller than expected, and I'm not sure if that is conveyed in the pictures as there are so many different room options. That's ok though and it could be my mistake for not looking close enough. The check in was a bit odd in that you have to call management rather than them just providing you with the codes to check-in. This would be problematic for example if you don't have international calling/data. I tried messaging management earlier through Booking.com, but it looks like a lot of their messages are auto-generated and they don't necessarily respond. The apartment was pretty cold and we could have used an extra blanket that night. We couldn't find any and it was too late to reach management. I don't think there was a way to turn the heat of the apartment higher either. Most importantly, we booked the apartment because we needed a washer/dryer. After doing the first load of laundry in the evening, the machine door would not open, leaving our wet clothes locked in the machine overnight when we had an early train the next morning (we only stayed 1 night). To management's credit, they were able to send a repair person to unlock the door at 8 am, but this forced us to travel with wet clothes. With all this happening, it's hard to recommend staying here again.

For luxury it would be good to supply shampoo and conditioner (all in one wash is no good for ladies' hair). Also enough coffee to last the duration of the stay - there is a great coffee maker but only 4 sachets.

- Mikulas (7/5): Very well located flat, very spacious with a comfortable sleeping experience - Collecting the keys was easy, just got in touch with the managers and met at the property. Even managed to get a bit of a early check in, which was very kind. The bed was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the blackout blinds and curtains. The couch in the living room was not the most comfortable, but it definitely did the job. The cleaning job wasn't perfect (the floor in the toilet for example had some hair there). There was too many light switches and other switches, not all of them worked or did anything, and some labels could be very good. My partner would appreciate a lighter duvet but I was satisfied!

The 4pm check in . as guests have to check out by 10 am it should be possible for next guess to check in by 2.30 /3 pm .

- Valentina (8/5): Very good - I definitely can recommend booking a stay in "The Luxury Apartments". The location is great - many stores, the nice park and beautiful sights are nearby. The apartment is cute. In addition to that, I liked that I was able to change the date. I paid more for a nicer view and some extras, but since I changed the dates, I didn't get what I paid for. I also didn't receive a message on time about the check-in. I felt a bit lost about that, because there is no reception and you have to call somewhere.

- Marieke (7/5): Good - The apartment is in a nice part of town, very close to the center. Given The Queen's slogan "Luxury living", the apartment did not live up to its royal standard. At all. The bed was good, but the rooms were impersonal, no atmosphere, and they were MUCH smaller than the pictures let us believe. We were promised a balcony. The balcony in question was a post stamp sized 1 square meter that roomed two folding chairs cramped in. The couch in the living room was sad, and definitely past its royal standards. The couch was shabby and sagging, and impossible to sit on. Flagging the "Luxury living" label thus seems slightly overrated. And hence overprized. It is an OK apartment in a perfect location, and should be promoted as such. No more, no less.

- Martine (6/5): Perfect location, very clean but not very luxurious - Location was great, just a few steps from the tram and easy walk to the centre. Very convenient when you have a toddler that wants a nap halfway through the day. You can easily acces the park for some relaxing. Comfort of the appartment was less than expected and i would not describe it as luxury. The sofa is a fold out bed, which means you can't really comfortably sit on it when you want to watch a show or have a drink. Lighting in the whole place was terrible, every light seemd a different color and there wasnt a calm evening light option that wasn't bright white, while at the dinner table there was nearly any light. We chose an appartement over a hotel because we travelled with our toddler that goes to bed quite early and we wanted a space we could comfortable hang out in the evening. This wasn't reallly an option because of the uncomfortable couch and horrible lighting. The shower in the bath tub is small. We're not very tall or heavy so it worked. But i woudn't reccoment if you're over 1m80 or about 100kg.

Bed was comfortable with very good bed linens. Shower room had good accesible shower, toiletries and wash basin. Towels were good quality. Toilet and another wash basin in a separate room. Well equipped kitchen making it great for self catering, including kitchen roll. The whole apartment was very clean which is always reassuring. Excellent wi fi. Location in the city centre is an asset, very accessible via a well organised public transport system. Bus from airport to train station takes 25mins. A real asset for visiting Luxembourg is free public transport anywhere in the city and whole country, including trains. It would have been helpful to have more dishwasher tablets - 2 is not enough for 1 week but we managed. Also needs a tea towel to dry dishes.
