KIMINORI (9/5): 空港直結で便利。眺望も最高！ - エアポートビューの部屋を利用しました。飛行機の離発着や、荷物の積込み作業など、空港のライブを部屋から眺めることができ、得難い経験をさせていただきました。部屋のアメニティでついていたコーヒーが微妙な味。私にはちょっと合いませんでした。空港の景色とは裏腹ですが、騒音は感じます。寝つきの悪い人には問題になるかな。

We really liked that we didn't have to step outside since we did not have appropriate footwear for outdoors. A minor maintenance issues (flickering light beside bed) and TV couldn't connect to Netflix.

Sandra (10/5): Would a thousand percent stay again. - Location couldn’t be any better, super clean, convenient snacks, pool and gym were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable rooms clean. Great staff and another really not so great which was shocking and a little disappointing. She was snotty and abrupt answering a very simple question which did not sit well with me. That was when we dogs arrived so it did set the tone for us.

Jocelyne (10/5): Was very thankful that it was there. Left the next day for the rest of our journey well rested. - Missed our connection. Had to stay overnight. It was conveniently located and made things easier. Did not worry about getting a cab and then returning early the next morning. Perhaps, more choice on the menu.

mikb (8/5): The views!! - we stayed there with my family on our way back home after 8 days in the Banff area. How can you beat the location? you take an elevator down and you're in the check-in area. How often can you stay in a hotel room with a view of the tarmac? I could have looked at planes coming and going for hours... Because you're already at the airport, traffic can't make you late so we ended up sleeping very well (and until the last minute) The rooms are fine. A bit sparse but clean and well maintained

Alyson (9/5): Overnight in Calgary - Excellent location within the Calgary airport, was so easy to get to after such a long haul flight with children. Lovely clean facilities and large rooms.
Jane (10/5): - I did not like that the bathroom door allowed the light through to the entire room. First since it awoke the other person in the room and second as it was a barn door there was no privacy.

JONELLE (8/5): - Location Took 10 min. to check in, a big group was a head of me and they took forever. There was an agent on the phone and ignored me. He should not be up front if he is not there to help clients!!!
Cathie (8/5): - great location , technology was not great . getting into the internet was a challange they wanted you to sign up for Bonvoy and when i tried it wouldn't accept, It said I needed to pay for internet. at 375 dollars a night I wasnt paying for internet. I called and said it says that but you wont be charged. The telivision was delayed so every few minutes the program would have a problem
gupjohnson (10/5): Worth it! - Stayed 1 night on our way back home. The hotel is in the perfect location just steps from check-in and security. There is an attached bar and restaurant as well. The room was spacious and comfortable and most of all very quite.

952erinh (10/5): Great stay for next-day travel - Great stay for next-day travel. I was here for one night following my first heli-ski trip. Stayed on the M-Club Level on the side opposite the terminal and recommend the upgrade. The room was spacious, well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The club offers appetizers and snacks that can suffice for meals if needed. Makes catching an early flight very simple and easy.
