Cercavo un hotel che mi dava la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi l'aeroporto e non sono stato affatto deluso, come esci dall'hotel, una volta che sei sulla strada che costeggia l'aeroporto, vai verso destra, 10 minuti (forse meno) e vedrai un corridoio sulla sinistra ed un cartello che ti indica il terminal per le partenze internazionali (qualcuno ha scritto che è pericoloso ma non è affatto così, ovvio se sei in età avanzata non lo fare). Il letto comodissimo, le lenzuola di lusso, mini split, spazzolino e dolcetti, il bagno non è un gran ché ma funziona, doccia fredda tiepida che con il caldo che faceva era perfetta. Quindi per me che avevo il volo la mattina presto è stato prefetto. Niente da dire

Det lät även som att taket i badrummet höll på att rasa in. Det ramlade ner material från taket och lät antingen som att det var något djur som krafsade eller att det höll på att falla ner. Trots att det var billigt så var det knappt värt priset.

You can walk from and to the airport Not too many power outlets. The view is over roofs and to giant billboards.

Estuvimos 15 minutos y nos fuimos a otro lado a dormir. Use el baño y no me atrevi ni a tocar la manguera para tirar de la cisterna. Sucio , olia fatal todo y la dueña muy desagradable. Peor imposible, ni le reclamamos el dinero, nos fuimos directamente. No vayan!!!!

Room virtually was clean but it had a very distinct bad smell. The room will benefit from a little refurbishment, especially the toilet and the room smell. Room had mold which could have caused the smell.

• Rachael (4/5): Chillin was definitely the vibe with cold water shower only - Friendly staff, assisted us in getting a lift to the airport. Room had a strong odour of cleaning agent. No fridge to keep drinks cold. Mums door didn't shut with locking it. The bathroom had water every like it had been sprayed down. Showers only had cold water.

Just taking the money explained us if we want to be upstairs or downstairs. We said downstairs then she gave us the key for upstairs. We told her again that we just said downstairs and she was like . Oh yea OK. We went inside the room and it's was just disgusting and stank horrible. The first thing my friend said is we will get eaten alive. No refund for this of course... sad. We just sad outside and booked something else and left.

I’d like to share some honest feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, one of your staff members was quite unpleasant when we requested breakfast. As we are vegan, we kindly asked for an extra slice of bread to go with the jam provided — a very simple and reasonable request — but it was refused without explanation. We had lunch and dinner at your hotel every day during our stay, and only had breakfast once (which was included). Still, no alternatives were offered to accommodate our dietary needs, and the attitude we received over just two slices of bread was very disappointing. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration so future guests — especially those with specific dietary lifestyles — are treated with more kindness and flexibility. Kind regards

Was old run down dirty and the shower didn’t work. Tap didn’t work. Toilet didn’t flush. Ants everywhere. Honestly if my partner wasn’t so sick we would of just left

• Karan (6/5): Close to the airport, does the job - Chillin Kuta Homestay is a basic home stay, very close to the airport. It's on the opposite lane of the Airport approximately a 10-12 minutes walk if you have limited luggage or a 5 mins cab ride (30-35 IDR by grab). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, Air Conditioned was functional, the host was a nice lady. It does not has any food options & there is no hot water in the washroom. I booked it for a night stay to catch a morning flight and it served the purpose. Overall the stay was satisfactory, hot water in the shower could had made it easier. Basic toiletries in the washroom should be there
