- Hasbi (2/5): - We had booked a garden view room (paid extra for it) and didn't choose the poolside room because it could be noisy. However, the receptionist said they'd upgraded our room and gave us the poolside room, even though I'd specified. The room was outdated, it sufficients big renos. The air conditioning didn't cool well, and the refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom was poor quality, and the towels weren't clean enough. They are 5 star but definitely It's NOT, at most a 3-star hotel. We won't be choosing this place again.

- Armagan (10/5): - Standart oda rezerve etmiştik, traverten manzaralı teras katı odaya yükselttiler oda gayet rahat ve konforlu manzarası çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Odalarda bornoz oşması güzeldi. Tek olumsuz yanı ses yalıtımının iyi olmaması ve koridordan çok ses gelmemesiydi.
- Wen (10/5): An average hotel overall - The room is good and the hotel gave some fruits in the room for free, which is nice to have after a long day of travel. The towers are worn out in some degree. The breakfast is average.
- Muffazal (2/5): Not a good experience for the stay - The staff at the front desk and breakfast area was quite welcoming. However, the rooms were smelling, secondly the walls and doors of the hotel are too thin. We could hear people walking outside the room, couples talking and enjoying in the very next room the whole night. Thirdly, someone was banging our door and we went to check who is outside. We found no one. Finally, The blankets and bed covers were dirty too. Upon calling reception, they had no response for the same issues too.

- OSVALDO (2/5): Hotel horrível! Não se deixe levar pelo preço. - Não há wi-fi nos quartos, só no lobby. Há obras em andamento, com muito ruído incômodo. No atendimento, péssimo inglês e nenhuma disposição em ajudar nas demandas. Nem mesmo um cumprimento muitas vezes. Localização ruim em relação ao centro. Não recomendaria nem pra inimigo!!

- Feridoon (4/5): Waste of Money - The hotel definitely is not four star. It is a basic hotel. The WiFi was not working and the excuse was the signal. But it was a lie. The room was ok but the carpet of the hall was not. It was overpriced. There are plenty of nice hotels in its neighbour hood cheaper and better.

It’s set up for large tour groups some of which were loud, shouting in the hallways, some loud giggly girls, and a policy of loud music in the central patio/pool area until 11:30pm every night. We could not sleep because of this, and had to insist the next day that they move us to a room on the other side, away from the pool area. Then things were better. The pool is not very clean but it is huge and nice for lapswimming. Breakfast was good. room needs updating, furniture tattered, as are the bathrobes.

Havlular temiz ama çok eskimiş!Acilen havlularının değişmesi gerek! Sigara içmediğimiz için ön havuz ve veranda bölümünde sigara dumanından oturulmuyor! Yemekler ve kahvaltı güzel! Çalışanlar güler yüzlü !! Havuz ve Pamukkale manzaralı olanlar eminim çok güzeldir! Pandemi koşulları nedeniyle sıcak su havuzunu kullanamadık! Çok kalabalık ve çocuk dolu!! Yine de memnun ayrıldık!

Air-condition was terrible it was not even cooling itself we called technical services two times and ther was no solution :( Clean of Hotel in general was not that good especially the forks and spoons used in the meals :( Lack of personnel working in the hotel. No elevators found. No one helped us in moving our luggage to the room.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Pamukkale - Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem Hotel um uns die Sehenswürdigkeit Pamukkale anzusehen. In der Beschreibung stand, dass Pamukkale zu Fuß innerhalb von 10Min erreichbar wäre. Allerdings ist das mit 10 Minuten eine Zumutung, vor allem mussten wir Berg hoch laufen bei gefühlten 40°C. Da hätten wir dann lieber eines der Hotels gebucht, die näher an Pamukkale sind. Das Hotel an sich war sauber und gepflegt allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der WLAN Empfang im Zimmer war sehr schwach und kaum nutzbar, nur in der Lobby hatte man guten WLAN Empfang.

Sadece otel yapılış tarihinden itibaren sanki fazla renovasyon görememiş, mobilyalar ve banyo biraz yıpranmış duruyor. Otelin havuzu iyi ve temiz. Akşam Pamukkale travertenlerden geldikten sonraki yorgunluğunuzu atmanıza yardımcı oluyor. Otel konum olarak iyi yürüyerek gidilebicek mesafede. Fazla konfor aramayanlar için yeterli diye düşünüyorum.

Günümüzde yabancı kafile gelince yemek kalitesi hafif düzeldi. Kaşarı kare, dikdörtgen ve küp şeklinde sunup peynir çeşidi yapılmış. Çökeleği 3 farklı baharatla sunup peynir çeşidi yapılmış. Garsonlar yabancı turiste daha ilgili. Kapalı havuz çok küçük ve hijyenik değil. Havuz ve sauna görevlileri dışarıdan geldikleri gibi aynı ayakkabılarla havuzun etrafında dolaşıyorlar. Koridorlarda ısıtma yok ve buz gibi. Çocuklar havuz dönüşü odaya kadar titrediler. Travertenlere, hierapolis ve karahayıta yakın olması çok önemli bir avantaj.

Hotels.com ile yaptığım ilk tatilim son derece keyifli geçti. Herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim..
- Ali (10/5): Aile için çok uygun. - Yemekler'de Havuz'larda gayet güzeldi! Hele bu fiyata yarım pansiyon Pamukkale'ye bu kadar yakın bi otelde kalacağımı düşünemezdim. Mobilyalar zamanla deişim gerektirir havası veriyor ama işlevlik olarak bi sıkıntı yok. Çok gezen biri olarak ailelere tavsiye ederim. Kısmet gene gitsem gene bu oteli tercih ederim.
