- Paul Michael Belen (9/5): Practical and great accommodation option in Balibago area - Miss Emily/Miss Joy/Miss Lea were all courteous and attentive of my needs as a regular client--they were consistent, too! I love the fact that there were a couple of great coffee shops nearby, plus other food stores where you can buy local and affordable meals. The construction around the area sometimes becomes a nuisance with all the racket going on, especially in the morning.

- Paul (8/5): A practical and a great accommodation option in Balibago - Location was superb. Staff were attentive to asks/needs. Price was reasonable, too. Not sure but the beddings seem to have not been changed as it smelt odd and sweaty. I had to spray the room and beddings with my cologne/perfume. It would also be great to have a change of sheets for stays more than 3days.

- Marissa (5/5): I didn’t feel safe and comfortable - The staff were friendly When me and my partner arrived there was only one person in the hotel. There was no security guard so the receptionist put a metal pole on the door so people can’t get inside and need to pressedthe door bells. We checked in and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was a good size but the air conditioning was very noisy. Shower room floor was dirty, no hand soap in the bathroom dispenser, the tap was dirty and wobbly.

- Geoffrey (1/5): Ritz??? Abbreviation for RUBBISH!!!!! - The Receptionist tried her best to accommodate my concerns by changing our room 3 times. But each room was no different than the previous. The rooms were discussing. Everything was broken and didn't work. The Shower in each room did not have hot water and very little water pressure!! The phone was broken and not connected! Only had the 1 key. So of we had to leave the room. Power was disconnected. No Aircon. Power point came out from the wall when unplugging the cable. No toilet paper supplied.

You have to update the keycard daily, one time the lovk was broken and we couldn’t not lock it so we had to transfer to another room, buti nalang nag double check kami if nalock or not , limas sana gamit namin. Water from the faucet and shower was brown and smells funny. Linens have holes in them . Telephone was broken so smwe had to call them using our own phone for service or we had to go down. If magreklamo kami sasabihin lang na wa sila maintenance kasi linggo, di naman namin fault if dirty yung water.

I’m appalled and concerned for her safety. As a former hotelier, I believe the management should take immediate action. This is about the safety of both the staff and the property.

- David (2/5): Very poor - Convenient but not too close to fields avenue I dont like to complain, BUT in the instance, there was so many things wrong I have to say something: A. I had a complaint, but the owner or manager refused to meet me to discuss B. I ordered toast with my breakfast, but they didn't have butter or jam C. The water glass on the table at breakfast had been used but not changed when the reset the table D. I was there for 4 nights, but the room wasn't cleaned once while I was there. It was dirty when I arrived with hairs all over the floor E. I had to ask for my key card to be reprogrammed 3 times F. The kettle,lead was so,short you could not plug it in and place it anywhere. I had to hold it while it boiled. G. The bed collapsed when I sat on it. It had been repaired before but not done properly. H. The bed sheets were torn and had stains on them. I. No bulb in the bedside lamp. J. My motorbike, a large one, parked outside with steering lock on and padlock, was dragged to oneside so the owner could park his car. I was not asked about this beforehand. No apology or explanation given. K. It is next to a night club that played music until 3am

- Ana (10/5): Ritz is a blitz! - Location wise , find Marlim Mansion or Hydro Pool- its across the street.Stone throw away from AFC,these landmarks are widely known around Angeles City. The Hotel itself is clean, old building tho but clean enough, too clean that floorwax spread throughout the entrance when we arrived 😁 I'm a fan of fw btw. Staff were nice, the smile ,the greetings and assistance,truly commendable. Great job ate aya and the gang 😊 Everything you need is around the area.. Free breakfast was served, hotdogs with egg was great! Not to forget, if your are an old soul who loves antiques,,this is home for you! Everything was fine until I woke up around 1am, the karaoke from those nearby establishments fills the room that we occupied so I checked the window and found out the ac was leaking a bit lucky enough to have the blinds to act as the sponge..

Main entrance downstairs only one side open and the evator is broke. I use a walking aid scooter and my room is upstairs. Not a good place to stay for person with disability.

- James (1/5): A major mistake. - Large room No working batteries in the two remotes for the tv. No working batteries in the safe No working batteries in the aircon remote and due to height could not adjust manually This was reported but only got useless excuses. Elevator still not working after a year that I know of being broken. There was something wrong with the refrigerator. It caused a large sum of meat to evaporate. Over 7 kilos of meat must have evaporated while I was out of the room. Staff was aware of the meat there as one helped me unload it. I went through all kinds of things to bring 10 kilos of the best Texas smoked brisket, baby back ribs and sausage all the way from Texas for some very special friends. What a terrible disappointment when I realized that all the sausage, half the ribs, and 3 kilos of brisket had evidently evaporated while I left to go fetch my car to pick up my luggage and of course the meat that had been in the frig. Now there might be another explanation, but I will leave that up to you to dwell on. But for sure I will never ever stay there again. And what a shame because the place had potential good qualities. But non working equipment with very cheap fixes go unfixed (battery change) a multistory bldg should have a working elevator if it has one and they did have an elevator. But most of all, If meat can evaporate out of a frig when I’m not there, no telling what else could just disappear. So many other choices in Angeles. All of them at least one notch above .

I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights but they don't have initiative to fix it. I needed to go to my friend hotel in order for me to use restroom. They keep on accomodating guest and providing good service but they just let me suffer and don't have initiative to transfer me in other room. 3 stars!

- M (5/5): There is room for improvement. - The location is great. It is close to restaurants and convenience stores. The shower in the bathroom needs fixing. It is working, but not in the usual on/off operation. The water that comes out has a weird smell of rust, too. I also didn't like the loudness of the aircon. 😔

The comforters on the beds are stained and smelly. Outlets do not work. Lamps on bedside tables have burnt bulbs. No tissue papers in the bathroom. One of the balcony doors does not open. Some ceiling bulbs are burnt.

- Ronaldo (1/5): We checked in last Feb 25 past 4pm and got 2 rooms. I booked 2 balcony rooms but when we got there the front desk staff - I guess the location as this was the main reason why I booked this hotel. We checked in last Feb 25 past 4pm and got 2 rooms. I booked 2 balcony rooms but when we got there the front desk staff told us that there’s no more available rooms and she was disappointed that Booking.com did not check with them first if there’s still available room. After checking she then gave us 1 balcony room on the 3rd floor and 1 “upgraded” room on the 2nd floor. That room has 2 beds but was advised that we can only use 1 bed despite having two beds on that room saying that we’re originally booked for balcony room and not that room. The room on the 3rd floor the toilet bowl is clogged and not flushing and overflowing it was so grossed. TV and telephone are not working. Wifi is so slow and I have an online exam by 7pm. The kettle was also not working as I tried to use it because I want to drink coffee. Tried to ask for a refund but the front desk said she cannot decide. Given the experience we left the hotel at 6pm and advised the front desk that we're transferring to nearby hotel. She recommended Azurro hotel thanks to her though. The next day I came back asking for the refund but instead I was given a number of their boss. I called and texted and demanded a refund but she refused as she said things could have been fixed. We don't have time to wait for the staff to resolve the issues as it should be all working in the first place. Guests must not bear all the inconveniences. We have stayed at different hotels here and abroad as we are a frequent traveler and I could say that this had been the worst experience.
