The host was very kind and helpful (especially after I failed to read the instructions about parking and she helped me out). The swimming pool was quite cold but very refreshing. - Carin (10/5): Heerlijk appartement met prachtig uitzicht en alle voorzieningen aanwezig! - We haden vlak van tevoren een upgrade gehad en kregen uiteindelijk een schitterend, splinternieuw appartement, super luxe met alles wat een mens maar nodig kan hebben. Met meerdere balkons (en uitzicht op de Tafelberg!), vaatwasser, wasmachine, 2 prachtige badkamers en alles brandschoon. Parkeerplek in eigen parkeergarage en helemaal beveiligd.
Kortom : geweldig!! Ook is er een zwembad en fitness ruimte maar we hebben hier geen tijd voor gehad omdat we zo veel te bezichtigen hadden.

Secure parking was also straightforward to organise, and had an additional key fob to access the underground car park. View from the apartment was really great and it was in a good part of town to walk to the CBD if desired. Has all the amenities you would expect, like fridge, hairdryer etc and there is a communal laundry facility in the building that was straightforward to use and access. Nothing, really great stay.

I was too hot under the beautiful but thick duvet and did not like to sleep under the thinner comforter or throw without a sheet in between to keep it fresh.

But the best parts were the central location and the AMAZING view! I could not believe my eyes every morning when I woke up. A perfect view of Table Mountain right there to greet you! It was absolutely stunning. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone in Capetown. I genuinely can’t think of anything. It was incredible!

Beds and linens were good and the location was perfect. Shops are close by and there is a good restaurant almost next door as well as another eatery in the Company Gardens across the street. One apartment only have one toilet, the other have two toilets which in floor three. The host offer a air bed for my son, but he is too tall to sleep on it. So, be carefully to choose a free air bed as really not so confortable. only one toilet
- Abraham (9/5): Superb - Awesome communication and very helpful - we were a huge group arriving at different times. Easy Uber pick-ups. Close to Table Mountain for a walk up as well as walked down to V&A Waterfront. Great view of the mountain for some of the rooms.
- Bryan (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and the apartment clean. The reviews and photos did not match the reality. This was our last stop after a 14-day trip and we were very disappointed. The apartment is not modern, it is very out dated and run down. The shower has a broken flow, the cooker is about 40y/o, and the tumber dryer does not dry. There was some wind during our stay and the single glazing felt like there was a tornado outside and we couldnt sleep. The so-called view of Table Mountain was non-existent because we were on the 3rf floor with a bushy high tree obstructing. In other words, the description given by the owner DOES NOT meet expectations, except from the location.
- Bradley (8/5): Cape Breaks - Queen Victoria Street - Very Well Located - Very well located, close to Kloof Street, Company Gardens and Long Street. Good security in building and on street outside. Apartment is very clean, has what is needed. Management Company are very efficient and professional, including telling you when loadshedding will take place. Apartment 127 is on the first floor on the street side of the building. So, it is noisy as a result - cars passing, plenty of pedestrians, and the sound of the garage door opening and closing as residents enter and depart. I would suggest renting an apartment on a higher floor or one that faces inwards towards the beautiful garden if you are looking to limit the noise on the first floor.

Located opposite Company’s gardens which has peaceful cafes for breakfast. Check-in ok and owners very responsive. Bear in mind there’s no AC (a fan is supplied) in all but the superior apts - tho booking.com seems to present it as if there is - so it can get warm at night.

Perfect size for our group of 3 ladies - also liked that the toilet (with a washbasin) is separate from the bathroom which saved us some time getting ready!
Nespresso capsules and tea bags were readily available and, for the rest, there is a small supermarket about 5 mins away from the flat.

We used Hoponhopoff buses for many trips as well as Gary's Taxi and Tours.
We used Checkers on Kloof Street for some of our essential shopping and also Spar. Not a criticism of apartment but location of nearest bus stop at hoponhopoff bus office on Long Street is not pleasant though usually patrolled by public security guards
Strongly recommend taxi use to and from Victoria and Albert Waterfront. We used Bolt.

The apartment is located very conveniently in the city, close to many tourist attractions, yet very peaceful and the building amenities are kept clean and in prestine state. The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly so from check in to check out all worked out well. There could be complementary tea and coffee just for convenience upon arrival on the first night. Some directions on where to empty the bin out since the building seems to have a good but not obvious refuse system

We came to stay here for Christmas over 8 nights and I'm so glad we stayed at Cape Breaks - it made the holiday extra special. The views from the window are truly phenomenal, I enjoyed drinking a coffee on the balcony every morning looking at Table Mountain and St Martini Park. The apartment was more than spacious for 2 and all the amenities were there. It's a very secure building with nice security staff. I found it to be really good location for exploring Cape Town.

- Hans (10/5): Exceptional - Great big apartment with modern nice equipment. Wonderful view towards Table mountain and the company garden just outside. Also close to central shopping areas. We always felt safe with the 24/7 security control. A bit annoying with the time shedding but it was mostly scheduled positively for us. Just one key, forgot to ask for a second.

- Aw (10/5): Highly recommended! Outstanding views, excellent location for tourism, helpful hosts! - The views of Table Mountain were truly spectacular! A magical morning sunrise or a spectacular sunset, the mist pouring down beautiful Table Mountain. The location is excellent for walking, taxis and tourism (short walk to Hop On/Hop Off Red Bus). Helpful Hosts, Belinda and Patrick (thank you!), friendly Cleaning staff and helpful external Security staff (thank you, Mr Javu). Only a very, very minor point as opposed to a 'Dislike', but not being made aware of the Load Shedding (power cut-offs) prior to arrival, perhaps a paper note could be left on the bed, say, informing guests to speak with external Security for precise information? (Thank you, Mr Javu, Security, for your help.) Again, I emphasise, only a very minor point (our stay was excellent!) but possibly useful for any guests with, say, mobility concerns, having to walk up several flights of stairs when the power is off.

- Eyob (8/5): a a very nice stay despite the small size of the apartment - the apartment is very small but cozy and in a great neighborhood right in front of a spectacular garden. it’s size was much smaller than expected
- Phemelo (9/5): Pleasant Family Cape Breaks Stay Over New Years! - The location is great. The security is also tight. The pool area is lovely. The rooms are clean, and spacious. And the check in is quite seamless. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was fresh. The area was really lovely, and chilled. The studio apartment shower didn't work 100%. Maybe some cleaning stuff for the dishes and the bathtubs would be helpful. And maybe a door for shower in the one 1 bedroom, just a suggestion. And then the underground parking is a bit tricky for SUVs. But the hostess was really helpful and organized an "easier" parking spot for us.

Belinda was very helpful and so was Gary, who drive us wherever we wanted. we will have a very great memory to Cape Town also because of this place and people we met. it is 3 km away from Vaterfront, where the most event happened
