This makes it easy for travellers to get to the property after a long journey. Good dinner The garden cottage that we booked had unkept gardens, detailed cleaning of the room was absent such as dust on top of the bed rests and surfaces and there were many dead flies behind the blinds in the windows. The outside patio was also not cleaned with bird poo right in front of the door you had to enter through. The room was booked for 4 guests, but we were told that they could not provide pillows for guest 3 and 4.

The resort has deteriorated. - We have stayed there before and find it has up-market accommodation with a nice location, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was limited and there was very little by way of wine to chose and no beer at all. The outside lights are very bright and shine through the curtains at night making the rooms very bright when trying to sleep. The fountain was left on during the night and was rather noisy as well. Neither of us slept well.

Hilton (7/5): The TV & aircon did not work properly but they did change my room when I complained - I did not have breakfast but the dinner was not very good & was a total rip off at R 380.00 per head Definitely the food. I paid R 380.00 per head for a set meal ( No options given ) the beef was 80% bone & 10% fat & the piece of chicken was far too dry to eat.
Akeem (1/5): Unpleasant. - Everything else in the hotel to me is a flop because myself and my family slept in the dark, in a very hot room and with mosquitoes all through the night. The fact that the hotel manager cannot be reached and security told me on the phone when i called about electricity failure that they have switched off their generator and nothing he can do. It’s sad to see the hotel save on diesel while they leave clients to sleep in a hot room with mosquitoes.

Amanda (8/5): Dinner was plentiful and absolutely delicious. - The country feels of the property. In town but also not The feel of neglect. I must admit I am OCD so I pick up on things other people do not see. It is the small things that matters.

Phumuza (4/5): Disappointing - The place was not clean, on arrival sewage drain was blocked and was spilling all over. Tried to address the issue at reception but the guy brushed it off simply changing the subject . Pics were also deciving not as it looks on the website.
Anton (5/5): Passable - The aircon in the room, and the pool was clean for the kids to swim. On a seperate note, BFWest is becomming a filthy place to spend any time in. Accomodation options will take a huge negative knock if this mess of a town doesn't improve soon. I guess the citizens needs to get rid of whowever runs this municipality. No power, and ran out of generator diesel the next morning. Breakfast is way to expensive. Directions to reception and parking is confusing. Underroof parking not accessable for SUV'S.

No rush to get coffee going etc .. improvement - It was neat comfortable but could up the little coffee corner with extra sachets and a rusk or 2 The breakfast was very disappointing ! No value for money. We were told breakfast 7-9am we arrived 8.15am no coffee ready ! The spread was poor !
