The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location for my trip was perfect, close to Hotel, close to Tennis club and close to restaurants. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and I’d like to give special thanks to the whole team—particularly Samet and Ufuk—for their excellent service. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. No issues

Tæt på lufthavnen, kun tre stop med s-tog. Mit værelse lugtede til tider af cigaretrøg. Desværre var der ikke særlig godt isoleret, så lyden fra gaden var ret tydelig. Små ting undrede mig, fx kunne jeg ikke slukke alt lyset i værelset og jeg endte med at trække sengelampernes stikkontakter ud. Og der var et strygebræt på værelset, men intet strygejern.

- Janette (9/5): Excellent Staff service, very comfortable stay. - All Staff provided excellent service, hotel was very clean, room was spacious, bed very comfortable, great choice for breakfast, walking distance to large shopping centre, 10 minute drive to the airport The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, so of course there’ll be some noise from aircraft taking off. But the windows could have been a bit more soundproofed. Otherwise it was perfect.

- Aleksandr (10/5): Все понравилось - Нам очень понравился отель и персонал. По прибытии нам сделали приятный апгрейд — повысили категорию номера до люкса. Это было очень неожиданно и здорово. Уборка номера была ежедневной. Персонал отлично говорит по-английски и всегда помогал с любыми бытовыми вопросами: подключением электрокара к зарядной станции рядом с отелем, парковкой и т.д. Номер люкс состоит из двух комнат — гостиной и спальни, а также имеет просторную террасу. У отеля есть небольшая парковка перед зданием и большая — позади него (слева). Завтраки простые, но вполне достойные: омлет, яичница, свежая выпечка, сыры, ветчина, соленья, фрукты, йогурты, хлопья, соки, кофе и чай. По расположению отель очень удобен, если использовать его как базу для поездок не только в Измир, но и в Памуккале, Эфес, Алачаты и другие интересные места. Рядом много магазинов, всё необходимое можно купить в пешей доступности. Также в двух минутах ходьбы находится большой торговый центр «Оптимум».

Chambre de très bon standing, parking privatif, proche de l'aéroport, station service au pied de l'hôtel, restaurant très correct: ensemble très intéressant. L'isolation sonore depuis la rue.
- Azzy1 (4/5): Completely disappointed with this hotel - Once my partner asked , the room we were upgraded to was on the 5th floor and the room was very lovely compared to awful room given to us initially on floor 1. Spacious room, great shower and relatively comfortable. Parking for the car was great , as its onsite. Busy location but ideal for shopping! Booked as the reviews were excellent and price was great - huge error. The two staff that checked me in on Tuesday 7th April , a tall lady and a tall thin chap were not particularly welcoming- very little English spoken- began to speak to my Turkish partner and ignored me whose booking was under my details. When I asked " Oh the rooms on the ground floor" the lady meekly asked would you like another room" but I was polite and declined not knowing how awful the rooms on the 1st floor were. These rooms are not aesthetically welcoming and look out onto a public walkway with a makeshift " terrace". How on earth could management not have explained this to me as I checked in? It was only when I aired my displeasure as we walked out of the hotel that my partner then asked the same two people if we could have a better rom. The two people were lovely to my partner but were not welcoming or apologetic or not helpful to me. No apology was given to me for the room, no explanation of the wifi was given- the breakfast was lovely and the morning staff were much nicer than the two members who I dealt with. When the male guy was explaining to my partner about how to get the tram as we wanted to go into Izmir city centre, he was very casual in his manner and lit up a cigarette , talking with my partner to show us how to get to the metro stop behind the hotel and whilst on duty, with residents just lit up a cigarette and explained. I definitely will not be taking my custom to this hotel. Rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional staff. This person has since responded Mehpare Bolat Uygur- thank you for the response. Please note that your footage perhaps failed to show how your customer service chap- the tall thin chap I mention who was explaining to my partner about how to get to the tram was when he walked us through the `public terrace of rooms located on the 1st floor`- the side passageway is where he casually struck up a cigarette , behind the hotel to show us the tram stop. After a week-long trip around the region, this was our last night, and we wanted everything to be easy with no delays for our early flight. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. We forgot a piece of clothing in the wardrobe, and the staff kindly contacted us and arranged to send it to us (at our expense, of course). Bett: Etwas weich und nur 150cm breit. In Buchung hiess es 150-180cm und ich hoffte auf mehr als 150cm.

- Fred (10/5): Das nenn ich mal eine großartige Suite und Hotel 🙌, Danke!!! - Absolut grandios – ein Hotel, das Maßstäbe setzt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, in einer Suite des Mia City Hotels zu übernachten und es war einfach fantastisch. Die Suite war geräumig, modern und makellos sauber, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Selbst kurz vor ein Uhr nachts konnten wir noch einen Snack bestellen, der frisch und lecker serviert wurde immer mit einem Lächeln. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ein weiteres Highlight: eine riesige Auswahl an frischen, hochwertigen Speisen von warmen Spezialitäten bis zu köstlichem Gebäck und frischem Obst. Hier bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Das Mia City Hotel ist für uns die perfekte Mischung aus Komfort, Service und Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und können es jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Ich kann nichts schlechtes an diesem Juwel von Hotel bemängeln!

- Gürhan (10/5): A nice stay in İzmir - Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent room service, kind staff. Very good breakfast. Close to a big shopping mall. We stayed one night and definitely prefer to stay as a family when we come to İzmir.

- Kurumkan (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic rooms, cozy, clean, nice facilities. Staff was really professional and always willing to help. We had an early checkout and personnel was so kind to pack our breakfast beforehand and we took it with us. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Although it is on the main street, we were not disturbed by any noise from outside. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport We liked everything!

- ümit (8/5): Fine Hotel, but still more to deserve the stars - The Hotel was fine but the price was on the high end compared with 5 stared hotels in central Izmir. I visited the Hotel end of may 2025 and it was still cold in Izmir and the ventilation in the hotel was only cooling the rooms so it was very cold at night times without any heating unfortunately.
