- Allen (8/5): I enjoyed my stay, the staff was great, He let us check in at 3:00. Our room was clean and the breakfast was good. The r - It was located close to the beach, shopping,restaurants. The breakfast had a good selection. It gave you plenty of time to come down and get a hot breakfast. The room was just like it was on the internet. We had the one bedroom king with the sofa bed in the living room. I would stay there again. The only I didn’t like was that I had a room on the highway side. I kept hearing emergency vehicles and police cars siren one night, but that not anything the hotel can do about that.

We arrived early and the front desk was able to get us in a little earlier, than the 4 pm check in. It was an okay resort and may consider staying, again. Staff at front desk did not go over what the property had to offer and just handed a piece of paper, which reviewed the property. Over priced on the lodging. We were not in the room, reserved, but was too tired to ho back down to the front desk, at arrival. Did stop back at desk to explain we were not in room reserved and said they would look into it and follow up in the morning as they were completely booked. No follow up call.

- Abdelhamid (7/5): Great location and good value. Breakfast area needs attention - Very close to the beach and the Main Street Breakfast area was not well organized, and very small. Rann out of coffee a couple of times. The eggs, bacon and sausage were all handled by the same utensil.

Ive never had an issue sleeping in a hotel bed like I did here. And I dont have back problems but every time I changed positions it was painful from the springs in the mattress. I could feel every coil.

The breakfast was actually good and fresh. The staff was very helpful as well My keycard ended up deactivating itself ! So I had to make a few trips up and down the elevator to get it resolved. It was a great location, not quite on the water obviously, but a very close walk! The breakfast area was so small and they were constantly running out of hot foot which was a bummer. But food was pretty good.

After the first day, we avoided it because people(fellow visitors not staff) were rude, cut in line, grabbed things over you, and generally seemed like they did not know how to wait in line like the rest of us learned in kindergarten.

They never cleaned our room all 3 days and we had to walk downstairs for towels. They also checked us out mid day Sunday when our reservation was through Monday. They corrected it by phone while we were at our event only to get back late to find our door was locked!!!

We stay at Home2Suites and Homewood Suites often...and are always happy. 😊 However, the front desk staff here was a bit lacking. Not overly friendly. Asked for quarters for laundry...which their amenities page we were given, said they could provide. Also upon checkout, I asked for a printed receipt, which I was told since I booked through Booking.Com, they did not provide. They said it could only be e-mailed. We've NEVER been told this before, ever. And I wasn't asked about how our stay was, safe travels, nothing upon checkout. They were definitely lacking in courtesy and care. The hotel itself was great, but I probably would not stay here again because of that. Also, the breakfast was a bit lacking as well. See above.

El desayuno bastante pobre.

The layout of the rooms (2 double beds and a pull out sofa, the kitchenette, bbq and pool are a must have when we travel. Free breakfast is a huge perk Breakfast ran out of food within 20 minutes even thos breakdast is suppose to be served from 7-9:30. Front desk had a shortage of towels, blankets, toilet paper, shampoo and basic necessities were not restocked
- Christian (7/5): Nice but crowded - Nice location, clean Extremely crowded, did not have enough breakfast for all the guests, ran out of a lot of items, had to go to a restaurant to eat breakfast. Again a lot of people taking a lot more than needed. A lot of waste going in the trash because they did not eat anything.
- elysiarose (4/5): Never again at this property! - We’ve stayed at many Home2 hotels throughout the US and this was truly our worst experience. Location is good, but honestly that’s all it has going for it. Breakfast is typical for Home2, take that as you may. Now the bad: Upon entering our room, it had a very strong unpleasant smell. We thought it would air out, but we were wrong. The refrigerator and even cabinets and drawers smelled. The cabinet doors & drawer fronts were filthy dirty and sticky, as was the wet bar faucet which we had to clean (it was that gross). There was no hand soap bar or liquid, no conditioner, no dish soap, no sponge, no ice bucket and not even a single hanger! Went to the front desk to get these items, as housekeeping didn’t reply to texts until the next morning. The hotel will not provide dish soap and sponges (which all others do), only dishwasher powder, which has a very strong chemical smell that lingers when used. There was even spoon that had something dried and crusted on it. Personally I would never stay here again!

- Joel (8/5): Wedding - Breakfast was available Accessing doors from outside were very loud when unlocking. I have dogs and it startled them every time.
