Breakfast itself was not as crisply presented as at other Home 2 Suites locations. We spent three nights and had zero cleaning assistance. Desk staff was helpful, but not enough to overcome other shortcomings. We'll find another location next time.

Was willing to go the extra mile to help and accommodate your needs. ALSO told me about the grill outside and that sealed the deal! Location is great only minutes from EVERYTHING. Rooms are clean and spacious.

It is a home away from home. It is very clean, excellent customer service. The staff are super friendly . A special shout out to Isaac at the front desk. He is the most friendly, warm and helpful person I have met. He is always smiling and has always gone out of his way to help me. I will for sure miss him when we leave. - Momo341 (8/5): Good choice - We stayed at this hotel from December 23rd to January 1st 2026. Because of a delay with our flight we arrived at the hotel at 2:00 am the following day. We were warmly greeted by the hotel clerk, who gave us each a bottled water and asked us if he can heat sandwiches for us. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast, the choices were very limited and repetitive. We ate there only few days. This hotel is centrally located to the sites that we visited in Dallas, Fort Worth. There are also lots of restaurants and malls close by . What makes this hotel shine are the employees who are helpful and happy to work there.

You guys made our New Year 2026 so special. Jelique helped me figure out something for my business and was so nice, helpful, and encouraging. Jelique even had a passion for being a great steward of her job, her co-workers, and even her environment (being very conscious about recycling). I left inspired and restored for the new year!

Could not get my sons Playstation to connect to the wifi because of the password protection even though I paid for the more expensive wifi option for him to be able to play and he didn't get too.

But the walls are SO THIN that we can hear snoring in the next room all night and the TV in other rooms. If there are going to be TVs near the wall, please insulate them more. The fact we can hear someone snoring says a lot about the construction.

Don't argue with the GPS if you aren't familiar with the crazy Dallas interstates. Ck-in was simple. Lobby area large and clean. Room was large and roomy. It is always nice to have a couch to sit on and not just the bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The full size fridge was convenient for drinks and leftovers. Bathroom was on the small size. A couple design flaws are not the fault of the employees. Bathroom was clean and stocked with towels. Breakfast was average with several choices. One recommendation, unless you really need to stay on the first floor, don't. The lobby is very noisy if you are trying to sleep. We were woke up every morning by 5:30 by noises prepping breakfast, people enjoying their coffee and the smell of meat cooking. Bonus noises: ice machine was very close to our room.😁 I would stay here again but request any floor except the bottom floor.

The service is wonderful and so is the staff, especially Issac. He’s very helpful, patient and understanding. I hope everyone who visit here has as good as an experience as I did.

- rv8erdonna (10/5): EXCELLENT HOTEL! - Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find ample parking. The friendly and helpful gentleman at the front desk made the check-in process a breeze. Our room number was #131, which turned out to be a spacious one-bedroom suite with a king-size bed. The living area was exceptionally large, featuring a couch that converts into a bed, a large TV, and a dedicated work area. A table with four chairs was conveniently placed off to the side for dining. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom was generously sized and had a convenient entrance from both the bedroom and the living area. The bedroom also boasted a king-size bed and a large TV similar to the living area. The pull-down blackout shades were a significant improvement over the regular hotel curtains. Although we didn’t avail of the complimentary breakfast, the enticing menu showcased a variety of items like bacon, eggs, toast, and more. The hotel’s location is ideal, with numerous dining establishments and a Walmart within walking distance. The lobby was spacious and offered ample seating options. We will definitely be returning to this hotel during our future visits to Grand Prairie. Highly recommend it!

- palandag2025 (8/5): Great hotel but we felt rushed to leave well before check out - The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever had. Breakfast was not my cup of tea especially for a Hilton Hotel. The hotel checked us out (I guess at 7 am because housekeeping opened our door while we were still basically in bed ready to clean around 8 check out is at 11 but again at 9:45am they knocked on the door and said you not ready yet,,,.( I'm like seriously), we felt rushed left about 9:50. other than that the stay was great.

Quickly accommodated my request for 2 additional pillows. King studio suite with sofa bed was moderately spacious with a privacy curtain between the bed and sofa. My 10yo reported the sofa bed was actually comfortable, and a full sheet set for it with 2 pillows was in the cabinet next to the closet (nice because most hotels leave only 1 pillow for the sofa bed). King bed was, unfortunately, not comfortable: bedding composed of several thin layers would not stay put. Hubby and I both woke go with back pain both mornings. Bathroom rather small but adequate. Room was clean and cool with plenty of counter space, cubbies, and closet space. TV has access to Netflix. Full-size appliances and dishware. The noise level coming from the rest of the hotel was SO loud in our room. The walls must be paper thin. We could smell coffee someone made in their room at 11 P.M. for over an hour. We heard doors slamming and banging around all night long. Thankfully, we travel with a floor fan just for white noise, and I serendipitously packed a portable sound machine because I had to crank it up full blast just to sleep. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 A.M. on a Sunday to see if they could clean our room prior to check out. Breakfast was prepackaged sandwiches to warm. At a rate of over two hundred a night, we will not stay again.

My family was able to rest well and Bryan, whom attended us at our arrival was so welcoming, informative and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here if in the area. My family was just here to go to Six Flags. We rested and then were ready for Six Flags.

The property is very nice most reps are friendly. - I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the friendliness and eagerness to help by Guest Service Agent Issac. I didn’t like that the room had trash on the counters when I checked into the room, the room smelled of smoke, and the nonchalant bad attitude and lack of assistance from guest service agent Patricia. She really showed she did not want to assist with and issue I had.
