• Matthias (8/5): - Good hotel, nice breakfast , comfortable rooms and bed. Taxi that was contacted by hotel tried to charge me more. Also payment by card was not possible due to 'machine breakdown". Has nothing to do with the hotel but they should organise better taxis to my opinion
• ESSA (1/5): غير محترف - - من الفنادق العالمية المحترفة .. ولكن للأسف استغربت هذه المرة بعد ان حجزت من بوكنك قال موظف الاستقبال حجزك مع تدخين .. فأبرزت له الحجز ولا يوجد اشارة للتدخين او غيره .. فقال غير متوفر لغير المدخنين .. ثم دخلت تطبيق بوكنك فظهر هناك خيارات بدون تدخين فقلت سأحجز هذه فقال المشكلة في بوكنك ونحن ليس لدينا بدون تدخين .. فقلت هل لديكم خيار قال هناك سويت بدون تدخين تدفع زيادة 4000 ليرة .. عموما اعتقد هذه تجربة لا تمثل فنادق هوليدي العالمية وانا اعتبر هذا تصرف غير مسؤول من شخص وليس من ادرة فندق .. وكله خير بعد ان خرجت وجدت فندقا رائعا اسمه راديسون بلو توزلا .. سعره مناسب وغرفه فسيحة وهادئ وجميل ..

• ciolponea (2/5): I reached another hotel after midnight and 50 euro in taxis and no support from Hotel as it should have been - Position Policy- i was confirmed the reservation. in the check in day at 18:00 they call me. I couldn’t respond I was in the airplane so they decided to cancel my reservation. When finally I reached the hotel they told they have no other room for me therefore I should cross the street for a 2 star (6 rate) hotel! My impression is that they have habit to serve friends based on tip - by cancelling proper reservations without discussion. It was my worst night !
• Rene (4/5): Enttäuschend - Das Bett und das Kopfkissen war wirklich gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal im Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse war unfreundlich, unhöflich, unaufmerksam und nicht interessiert. Ich wollte schon um 18 Uhr essen. Niemand war im Restaurant. Ich fragte nach einem der freien Tische in erster Reihe in der Abendsonne. Es hieß die seien alle reserviert. Auf meine Frage, ab welcher Uhrzeit die Tische reserviert seien, wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich soll mich entweder rein setzen oder in die zweite Reihe. Ich habe mich dann in die zweite Reihe gesetzt und Lamm sowie ein Glas Rotwein bestellt. Kostenpunkt rund 55 €. Was ich bekommen habe, war eine Frechheit. Da ist jeder durchschnittliche Kebapladen besser. Zudem war fast nichts auf dem Teller. Von den ca. 10 oder 11 kleinen Fleischwürfeln waren dann noch 4 aus purem Fett. Im Weinglas waren allenfalls 0,15l. Als ich dann um 19 Uhr gegangen bin, war ich immer noch der einzige Gast da oben. Gewundert habe ich mich nach der Erfahrung darüber nicht. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Das Frühstück war dagegen insgesamt ganz gut. Ausgenommen der Kaffee (Cappuccino). Der war geradeso durchschnittlich. Die Tasse zu klein. Beim ersten Frühstück habe ich zwei Cappuccino inklusive bekommen. Ich trinke halt gerne Cappuccino, selbst wenn er nur durchschnittlich gut ist. Am zweiten Tag sollte der zweite dann plötzlich Geld kosten. Da sollte sich das Hotel mal entscheiden. Entweder der Kaffee ist insgesamt, wie üblich inklusive oder halt nicht. Wenn nicht, dann sollte irgendwo darauf hingewiesen werden. Zudem wurden beim Frühstück zu keinem der Cappuccino (insgesamt 3) Löffel gereicht. Die Tasse kam immer ohne Löffel. Darauf ob Zucker auf dem Tisch steht wurde auch nicht geachtet. Auch hier herrschte beim Personal viel Desinteresse vor.
• Stan (10/5): A superbly comfortable little hotel overlooking a picturesque harbor a fifteen-minute drive from Sabiha Gökçen - Let’s face it: when you think of Istanbul, Tuzla isn’t the first placename that comes to mind. Yet this Holiday Inn puts it firmly on your mental map even if you’re only here with a brief visit to fly out from Sabiha Gökçen; everything here is very good. Rooms are spotless and comfortable, bathrooms clean and fresh, breakfast plentiful and staff ever so helpful. Try to get the sea view rooms if you can—a rainy morning over the busy Tuzla Bay is like a painting that you’ll take away with you no matter how short your stay.

• Augusto (8/5): - La posizione dell'Hotel sul mare, le camere accoglienti, la colazione ed i ristoranti nelle due terrazze. Molto suggestivo il ristorante sulla terrazza dell'attico. La vicinanza all'Aeroporto. La posizione dell'Hotel rispetto alla zona più residenziale e turistica ed il fatto che non ci siano ristoranti/negozi attorno. Non ho più trovato il telecomando del mio Firestick in valigia, cosa fastidiosa anche se non posso incolpare nessuno in particolare ... Magari l'ho perso io :-(

• drchambersuk (10/5): Great hotel, best Holiday Inn in Istanbul - Fantastic hotel on the Asian side of Istanbul with great views of the Sea of Marmara. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff where I enjoy a delicious dinner of spaghetti carbonara with a few ice cold Efes beers. Always a high level of hospitality and service, highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Istanbul.

A “smart” business that neglects to mention that only smoking rooms are available for accommodation. And they take your money first. Then, when you go to the room, you realize the situation.

The wellness is only basic saunas, relax area, fitness, but clean. I stayed in non smoking floor, but I smelt cigarettes once whole the night. I stayed in the room with door to other room (internal, for apartment possibility), and there was a kid (3-5 y old?), screaming till 1.a.m.

• Saila (6/5): Nice hotel but smoking in rooms pollutes building - Facilities were good, room was nice and there was everything I needed. But.. smoking is the real issue for me. I had an non-smoking room but as it was surrounded with smoking rooms it was unpleasant to say in room. Cigarette smoke from other rooms came in to my room and felt like someone is smoking in there, that much it was polluting. Sleeping in that condition was not possible as I couldn't escape from smoke.
