Tamara (7/5): A pretty place, bring ear plugs - It was a very pretty location with restaurants in walkable distance. The decor of the hotel was pretty. The in room fridge was helpful. The sheets did not fit the beds. In spite of the higher rate of surrounding hotels, the construction was not bettter. The walls in the room and outside were thin. I do not like to hear what is going on in the bathroom, or the hallways.

John (6/5): Great location, clean and super friendly staff. Book away from the street - It’s in a great location easy to get to everything. We’ve stayed before and loved it! Our first time staying was looking over the river. The room was quiet at night. We went again and brought our son. This time we got a suite again, but it happened to be overlooking the street. There was so much noise from the street. We traveled with a sound machine which helped drown out some of the noise. However you could still hear some cars. If you have trouble sleeping book overseeing the river.

Caryn (10/5): Fantastic location in the heart of Naperville - This is a wonderful hotel located right in the heart of Naperville with easy access to shops and restaurants including the River Walk. Our pets were welcomed with cookies, and we will definitely stay here again!
Jerri (7/5): It was a nice hotel but not friendly - The location was great. Nice hotel but didn’t eat there. Staff at check in. No greeting, no smile, no welcome. They allow pets but not pet friendly. No treats, no water bowl. Couldn’t leave the dog in at room at all? People travel with pets for a reason and would like grab dinner or coffee.

Lanah (8/5): Naperville Indigo Hotel. - Thumping noise in our ceiling which was reported and undiagnosed therefore unfixable. I was offered a change of rooms but no suites were available. Love the hotel. 4 th time I’ve stayed there. I was assured that an adjustment would be made on my bill.

Maid team nice, efficient and thorough. Bed linens are too small. Seem like queen on a king. Older too, pulls and seams coming apart.

Annais (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The room was pretty, comfortable, and a great place to relax after exploring the area. The location itself was fantastic—very walkable with lots to see and do nearby. The shower was excellent, one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The only detail that seemed a bit out of place for a luxury property was the lack of soft-close toilet lids; it’s a small thing, but you’d expect it to be standard at this level. The rooftop bar and restaurant served delicious food, though the experience was slightly marred by how humid it was inside—it really could have used better air circulation or some fans to make it more comfortable. Overall, these were just minor issues, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
