Guest Reviews

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good place to rest if you are tired - Overall a good place to rest
- C (4/5): - Off da freeway, near gas station, late check out, non working number FRONT DESK WAS SO/SO OWNER OR CLEAN SERVICE WERE POLITE AND WELCOM
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very noisy right next to freeeway, Could not sleep all night because of freeway noise.
- Michael (10/5): - Staff is excellent
- Michael (10/5): - The staff are very good and polite at everything they do.
- Kevin (2/5): - Used needles in room when I checked in
- Gilbert (10/5): - Train was loud
- Matt (8/5): - Reasonable price considering, no deposit.
- Robert (8/5): - The Kings Inn Motel was fine for what we needed: inexpensive, clean, decently furnished, and mostly, easily available, right off 99. The only problem is that trains run by all night, pretty close to the motel. Besides that, it was fine and I recommend it.
- Jerry (2/5): - No. We had to bail. Room wasn't the one we saw online and reserved. STRONG chemical smell. Then she saw the roach on the bathtub. Nice host offered another room. It had some smell also and my wife had already seen the roach in the last room. We couldn't do it. The outside picture is from over the highway at a really good angle which doesn't tell the real story.
- Richard (10/5): - Easy exit from the freeway. Friendly staff.
- Filomeno (10/5): - I like easy access to freeway and killed my family members which war 2 miles away
- Barry (4/5): - You can tell they are trying to fix things ,but the only reason to stay here is because you are tired and don't want to drive any farther.
- Gilberto (4/5): - the floor was not clean. they have to check the rooms before renting them. to make sure they are clean
- Victor (10/5): - Nice service
- Verified traveler (2/5): the worst place I've ever stayed - It's the worst place I've ever stayed. It's dirty, smelly and noisy. I can't believe I paid to stay here.
- Jim (2/5): - Insufficient towels etc./ No clothing hooks or hangers
Lack of smoke alarm
Dirty floor and no bedside lighting
No outlets for sleep machine needed at night.
This is an unsafe and unclean place. It should not be licensed for occupation. The bathroom sink and counter appeared to have been burned by cigarettes or??
- Carmen (4/5): - I did not liked that we complain that we can not see TV and the Manager did not due any thing
- Katie (10/5): - Great location
- Mallory (8/5): - It was ok. Nothing fancy.
- Genya (10/5): - Everything was good other than the flat pillows
- Rudy (10/5): - Peaceful good price
- Hector (4/5): - nothing
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Really bad place no words
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I reserved a 2 bed, none smoking room, and I got room 115 1 bed and smoking, when I went inside there was a little tiny baby roach on the pillow, this is disgusting, I had to sleep here with my toddler since it was late and we were tired.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I didn’t like how it wasn’t any tissue paper but other than that I enjoyed my stay
- Ezequiel B (8/5): Good for a nights rest. - No frills. Basic as they come.
- Marco (4/5): Not good - Room had a bad smell
- Phillip (6/5): Quickey - It was a quick stay seved it's purpose .next to train track
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I spent two nights here. Check in was quick and the clerk was nice. There is a small pool on the property which looked maintained. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave. The TV was modern and looked new. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The towels were clean. You will need to ask for extra towels if you have long hair as I do. I did not do my research before booking, big mistake. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean- dusty furniture, dirt on the floor in the corner of the bathroom, gross smudges on a few walls, dirty mirror- you will need to bring wipes with you to clean all surfaces you will be touching or using. The toilet seat was old and peeling along the side. The tub was clean and the water pressure was good. The property is right by a train crossing and you will hear the blare of the whistle every hour or so throughout the day and night. I brought earplugs but they didn't help much.
- Johnny (6/5): easy access - i work some random insane hours and no matter when i choose to stay i always get a room. its easy fast and convenient.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Owner very rude and rooms are tore up and broken stuff and has roaches .
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed for Harassment orJudgement - I really appreciated being able to pay more for early check-in. But I am more than disappointed the way I was talked too and treated when trying to do so.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Alright, but loud. - An alrigh place, but there are train tracks, with a road crossing nearby, so it is loud.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff & property were great. Especially the onsite laundry room. The only dislike is on every booking website, they claim free wifi. There is no wifi. They've disconnected it.
- bryan (6/5): meh - It was alright
- John (6/5): reat one nighter, - This is a nice old motel with a big romm with carpet and a huge combination closet/bathroom. It was clean and a great place for a quick over night sleep. It's literally right off the freeway which is great. The only downside is it's next to railroad tracks so you get the occasional brief horn. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff very friendly, especially the guy who checked me in.
- Brenda (2/5): Bad, Terrible room - Room smelt like urine, cockroaches, phone but not hooked up, Train coming through blowing whistle all hours of the night, Mold all around bathtub.
- Kali (10/5): - Very nice people here. Everything works well. Nice and quiet if you don't mind the train. No parties. Pretty area. I drove by a bunch of horses and orchards. Good vibes. Right off the freeway.
- Missycory (6/5): - The lady at checkin was not friendly in the least. The WiFi didn’t work the room we were in had broken dirty furniture. The good thing was the bed was comfortable and it was close to the river that family were staying at.
- Matt (8/5): - was a play to stay for the night that was fairly clean.
- DELRIO (6/5): - If you need a place to stay one night do it... If you are on vacation you need to spend a little more and stay somewhere else...
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was convenient for the activities and locations we wished to pursue over the weekend.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Well I believe I left my cell phone charger at this motel. Overall it was a decent motel with good service.
- FRANK (2/5): Only if you have to - Bathroom was not cleaned, Blood on the sheets and the sink.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was nice and quiet parking lot wasnt crowded, room seemed nice and clean
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Large and spacious room, little bit noise because the train runs close to the property.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Not first class but clean and decent. Would definitely stay again
- nicholas (8/5): I was just passing through and needed a place with - No deposit requirements because I'm short on cash. There was a big bed and a fridge no microwave though. Guy was nice as I was there pretty late.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Unfortunately the only thing I can say that I liked about this motel was it's convenience to the freeway. The room I stayed in had a musty smell and a dead cockroach on the floor. The staff that work in the office don't speak English so they can't understand you in order to take care of something if you have an issue. The bed is rock hard and I prefer a softer bed so that sucks too. I would give this place a negative 10 stars if I could. I would most definitely not recommend staying here.
- Joe (6/5): The Train! - The Bad:
When the train goes by the ground rumbles. Went by twice in the evening. The water is not drinkable and their seams to be full time residents in some of the rooms. Pricing is a bit high for what it is.
The Good:
Room is very clean and very plain. Air conditioning and refrigerator work great. They give you bottled water when you check in. Everyone that works there was nice. The TVs are new and nice. The bed is not petrified. Great place if overnight stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient - Went to an event at Visalia. All rooms there were full, as well as navy Lodge at Lemoore. So found this suitable substitute right up the highway. The truck and train noise was not so noticeable to me.
