- Amber (10/5): Great - Everything was great for a 1 night stay! Fast and easy check-in, lady was super nice, close to stores/food and clean!! Parking was really the only sorta issue. There is a storage container on the side taking up like 4-5 spots and at 530am when I ran to the store and back no spots open when I got back but other than that was great!!!!

Hotel was well situated next to a lot of different shopping and restaurant choices. Television was impossible to figure out with several remotes and instructions but nothing worked. We ended up not having any TV, which is really not a problem for us, but maybe for others. We would stay there again.

If it were to malfunction, walking up 4 floors would be a problem, being 76 years old. The carpet outside the 4th elevator needs to be replaced. The breakfast was ok.

- Kristina (4/5): - I reserved 3 rooms. The bathrooms needed attention. There was hair in all three bathrooms. Also, it took too much effort on my part to request adjoining rooms and caused me worry. I have a handicap mother. There needs to be a better process/policy put in place . Although the request option is on the website, I was told many times that they didn’t have adjoining rooms. Even if they did, it couldn’t be guaranteed. The rooms should be assigned while booking to those who have special needs. It wasn’t until the day before our arrival per my phone call, that I was told the rooms would be assigned close together. Also, it was overpriced. The rooms were not clean and the breakfast was poor. Fault for this does not fall on those at the front desk. The fault lies in poor policies and management. I hope these issues will be addressed.

The only “bad” thing: they need to have their elevator technician work the timing on the door closure for the elevator. It almost knocked my wife down twice (we are both a little slow due to our ages). Not only was it quick to close, but it was powerful enough that other guests commented on it.

- P3419XFcharlesb (2/5): Door don’t lock, staff didn’t care - Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review, but everyone needs to read this. Upon check in, I discovered that my door would not lock. When you locked the deadbolt from inside the room, it could be easily opened from the outside without a key. Immediately I informed the front desk. The next morning, on my way out, I informed the front desk again, as the manager was arriving for work. Around lunchtime I said something again. When I arrived home that evening after 9 PM, I discovered that the door STILL wasn’t fixed. There were no attempts made to solve the problem. There were no attempts to contact me. It was a failure on the part of the staff. When Sunday morning came, and nothing at all had been done to correct the issue, I was not ok anymore. We deserved better. A locking door is the minimum requirement for a hotel room. Every time we left the room, we had to pack all of our belongings as though we were checking out. Additionally, I had children with me & had to sleep with one eye open. The staff seemed to imply that the extra latch would help keep the door closed, but I can find a YouTube about how to circumvent that latch in about 30 seconds. I have video documentation of the issue, but am unable to share it here. After checkout, I contacted IHG, the parent company. The boy I was directed to feigned outrage, assuring me that they would get to the bottom of things & to expect a call from leadership that very day to find resolution. It’s now Wednesday & I’ve had no such phone call. Unfortunately, I have to report that this isn’t a safe place to stay. If you have a concern, clearly staff will not take your concerns seriously. IHG is not serious about customer service. It’s better if you find another establishment for your stay. It just isn’t worth the risk of you or your family’s safety. I’ll never stay here again. You’ve been warned.
- Sandra (4/5): - The room definitely needed work/updating/repairs. The baseboard was missing & whatever it was where the baseboard was supposed to be was just hanging there, not even attached. It looks like the bathroom (shower) may have been remodeled, but even the wall/baseboard around that wasn't repaired after the updates. Small bathroom. The hotel wasn't booked, it didn't look like, I'm not sure why you would give a room like that to someone? I am actually a member of IHG Hotels, but booked under Expedia because it was cheaper. I have to book a stay on the way home, I will be finding another hotel to stay at. What's funny, or sad, is we paid over $80 less at a hotel in Louisville that had a huge, high class, beautiful guest room. So our expectations were definitely high for something $80 higher! The point is, if you expect someone to pay that kind of money, you should furnish presentable rooms. Also was charged an additional 'hold' charge, which wouldn't have been a big deal, but why wouldn't you tell someone when they are checking in instead of me having to ask about it the next morning when I see a higher charge in my bank account??!! Very disappointed in the IHG Hotels!

- Lee (10/5): - We stayed one night and everything was better than expected. We will stay again each time we go that way.
- Jessica (6/5): - I'll start with the positives. The bed is extremely comfortable! The breakfast was good. It has a pool and weight lifting area but we didnt utilize those. I feel like the staff could have been a little more friendly. It seemed like they were just there to work but nothing more. The room we booked was completly falling apart. The bed was crooked. The floors were not properly installed, coming off of the walls were you can see the nails. The bathroom fixtures were coming out of the wall. The door was peeling apart. I would still stay here again if needed just for the fact that i had a good nights sleep in that comfortable bed.

- Valerie (8/5): Have a blessed day! - The room is nice and big with places to sit and relax other than the bed. The check in lady was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be a better vacuum cleaner because there is stuff on the room floor.

- Brandon (10/5): - We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always nice. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
- Jennifer (10/5): - A young woman at the front desk worked so hard to get us the room we had originally reserved. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves serious kudos. Southern hospitality that should make her employer proud.
- Kevin (10/5): - Traveling through to Florida and stopped here overnight. Staff was able to supply us with a baby crib which was very helpful and your staff was great.
- Stephen (10/5): - Great staff…really good breakfast. My only issue was with the TV…the internet would not stay connected to it and we were unable to stream (Netflix, Amazon, etc)…and there was no CNN offered / was Fox News everything.

- Seth (8/5): Good location - Driving home from the beach and stopped here to split up the drive. Great location, many places to shop and eat nearby. Breakfast was good and staff was nice
- Abby (2/5): - I booked the wrong dates by accident and immediately caught my mistake, I contacted Expedia by their chat since no phone number was provided and tried to change the date to right one but they wanted to charge me double the rate. I called the property itself to get their help but was told it had to be done through Expedia so I attempted again to get in touch with an actual person only to be told through chat again that I’d have to call the property, I called them again and was told they couldn’t do anything since it was booked through Expedia. I tried to request cancellation and to get my money back since no one wanted to help me, they said they sent a message to the property directly and would let me know in 24hours and then at that 24hrs they sent text saying no answer and to allow it another 72 hours and I never heard another thing from anyone. At first, I planned to stay there on the correct date but because no one would help me fix my error I booked somewhere else close and lost over $225 dollars for a honest mistake, though yes, it was my mistake, someone should have been able to help me and not charge me double the rate I had already paid. Very disappointing experience with Expedia and this property. I’ll never book anything through Expedia again.
- Thomas (8/5): Outstanding but noisy AC - Outstanding with 1 exception. The AC in our room was very noisy. Every time it came on, it sounded like a small plane was running its engine just outside the window. Sound was tolerable but competed with the volume of the tv.
