• Clara (10/5): Struttura centrale, pulita e familiare - La struttura è moderna e pulita. La titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. La zona è centrale, a 2 passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e cumana. Vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Ci tornerò. La zona è un po rumorosa a causa del traffico auto. Io comunque in viaggio uso i tappi alle orecchie x evitare qualsiasi problema. Il palazzo è un po datato ma è il bello di Napoli. Il portinaio è gentilissimo.

• Κωνσταντινα (4/5): - The room was clean and there was enough space for 3 people. The room was in a not so safe neighbourhood. The city centre was 20 minutes away and there is no metro station close by we could use especially at night. Also, please note that the room is 20 minutes walking distance from the ferry port. When we arrived, one of the towels was dirty.

• Lenka (7/5): - Large room - but i was one person only in quadruple room. Possibility to leave luggage after check out and before check in. Communication with contact person was slow but managed to sort everythig out. Very noisy, no insulation at all. Cars honking and people shouting seem to be in the room almost. Cigarette smoke from outside gets in as well. Location very sketchy- homeless, junkies, dealers.. Bathroom shower terrible-drain clogged, so you are standing in pool of water coming back from the drain, while the water heater keeps switchingon and off, so you getting ice cold / boiling water in unexpected intervals. Just awfull. But the showerhead has lights installed…

• Sonia (8/5): Decent Place in Naples - Communication with Carmen was easy and I was able to leave my bags there early. The lift was antique, but it worked. The property was easy to find, and walkable to/from transport and downtown. I suppose for Naples, the price was fine. The neighborhood itself wasn't special, a little trashed. The room took a while to heat up. Not much of a view. No fancy towel swan for me TT.TT

• liu (8/5): - 与那不勒斯这座稍显破旧的城市不同，这个旅店干净整洁得有些出乎我意料。wifi信号很好，房间内也有冰箱和灶台，窗户不面临主干道一侧，晚上车流声也不大。 如果有微波炉就更好了。还有需要注意屋内的台阶小心绊倒。

In the budget price there is a voucher include for a coffee and croissant for the bistro next door. There is a kitchen stove but utensils are not inviting, eg not a single fork. The traffic in front of the house can be loud.

• Guidetti (4/5): - cosa positiva della struttura che è vicino alla stazione pulizia pessima, siamo arrivati e la camera non era stata pulita, capelli ovunque, asciugami ancora sporchi e acqua nella doccia che non scendeva. il personale non si è mai fatto vedere nemmeno per il check-in, infatti i documenti abbiamo dovuto metterli in un sito (cosa poco sicura) che abbiamo dovuto ricordare noi di fare il check-in se no ci era stato chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno senza nemmeno averci registrato.

• Asya (5/5): - Good location, easy to find & close to the Circumvesuviana train/bus stations. Comfortable beds, soft pillows. Easy self check-in. Scarce toiletries (no liquid soap). I had booked a room with 2 twin beds not 1 bed. We had to separate them & use only one bedsheet, they didn't make the beds properly or add a 2nd bedsheet for the other bed even when they saw we were using only one bedsheet. There was no blanket in the room in case it got chilly at night. During our stay the fridge had leaked water on the floor & stopped working, we were too busy to notice right away. There was no WiFi network that worked with the info given so essentially no WiFi. For 5 days the room was cleaned only once & the plastic bag for the garbage was not replaced, just the garbage taken out which for 5 days is ridiculous. Overall, not a great experience.

• Iryna (4/5): Disappointment - We wouldn't recommend this property. I's noisy and smells unpleasant. We had a yellow room. And it was our worst experience.
• Marina (9/5): Quiet and comfortable place next to the city center - Comfortable and clean place, as quiet as it could be in the center of a big city but away from its cons. The building is surrounded by the streets but there was no traffic at night time. My room was facing the most quiet street. The host is nice and responsive, the problem with the shower head was fixed quickly. There is a stove but it is not listed in the description because it doesn’t work. Plates, mugs, spoons, etc. can be used. Amazingly tasty fresh croissant and a wonderful coffee was served for breakfast in cafe downstairs by nice and friendly staff. It was included in a room price at B&B. A good supermarket is just in the next building. No one speaks English in the cafe assigned for breakfast at the B&B. It is common for Naples, and it creates complications sometimes. It is a good very small cafe but it is next to the main street with outdoor seating only (which is usual setting for Naples), so you have to eat your breakfast next to busy traffic and smoking people.
• Bouchard (8/5): Very good - A great place to stay for a couple of nights, but it was quite noisy at night—I could hear cars throughout. However, its convenient location near the train station and the easily accessible staff made it a useful choice.

The location is great near the bus stop and on foot the old town

• Ecem (6/5): My family had problems regarding the room facilities. - The location was alright, however it is in a sketchy neighborhood, it is comfortable to access to city centre and train stations. The shower water was so difficult to manage, it gets either too hot or too cold. Also one of the pillows had a blood stain, which was unacceptable. The AC was not working so well, it has some issues.
