• Kamila (1/5): - Hotel był położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji przy samej plaży, blisko portu Mieliśmy zostać na trzy noce ale na szczęście chwilę przed przyjazdem zdecydowaliśmy się że zostaniemy na jedną noc. Niestety przez prawie całą noc nie zmrużyliśmy oka ponieważ w naszym pokoju był wysyp karaluchów.

• Alessandro (8/5): - La struttura è carina, almeno la "villa" che avevavamo con la piccola piscina privata che aiutava a rinfrescarsi e a rilassarsi. La pulizia era buona e anche la colazione era abbondante anche se non tanta scelta , per esempio veniva servita una grossa bowl di smoothie che non gradivamo ma non potevamo avere della semplice frutta fresca. Qualunque servizio Non è incluso e si paga extra.

Nella spiaggia di fronte all'hotel c'è il turtle point. Stupenda l'alba dai lettini in spiaggia. Consiglio di installare delle docce esterne per le ville con piscina.

• Marion (2/5): Je ne reviendrais pas. - Le lit est confortable et la chambre est bien sombre. La salle de bain et les serviettes de toilette sentent très mauvais.. C’est bruyant selon le voisinage, et si vous rajoutez un supplément fromage sur votre pain, celui-ci est facturé direct !

• Graham (10/5): Really great place, friendly staff. Great spa onsite too! - Location was fantastic right on the beach, clean and comfortable beds. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The only very very minor niggle was the shower in room 12, the shower head was set too far out and there was no raised bit between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so it ended up soaking the whole bathroom.
• Alice Ron (7/5): - If it weren't for the terrible bug situation, I would give this place a perfect 10, as the villa and the service are truly wonderful in many ways. First of all, the staff is absolutely incredible. From the reception team to the waiters, runners, and housekeeping staff, everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and always had a warm smile ready. The food in their restaurant is also absolutely great, and having a private pool all to myself was a relaxing and amazing experience. Additionally, the room had great amenities: the shower had excellent pressure with an abundant flow of water, and having a hair dryer in the bathroom feels like a true luxury in Indonesia since many hotels don't provide one. However, my stay was heavily impacted by pest issues. Throughout the days, I found several cockroaches, and one of them was even floating dead in the pool water. There was a large gap under the bedroom door where many tiny bugs—like gnats or flying termites, though I wasn't entirely sure what they were—kept getting in. The absolute worst part, however, happened on my last night, which was just too much. There was insect spray provided in the room, and when I noticed about 5 or 6 ants on the wall, I sprayed it to keep them away. Instead, it triggered a true horror movie scene: hundreds of ants started pouring out of a hole in the wall. I want to emphasize that this is absolutely true and not an exaggeration at all (hundreds, yes hundreds). The ants reached my bed, and because it was already late, reception was closed and I couldn't get any help. As a result, the situation kept me awake and in distress the entire night. I am leaving this score because I appreciate the staff's kindness and the facilities. However, I understand that certain things are inevitable when staying on an island like Gili T, but there are other things that can and should be prevented.
• Gemma (9/5): Fabulous stay and wonderful staff 🥰 - I stayed in the balcony view of ocean room and LOVED IT! The most stunning room and gorgeous bathroom and fabulous balcony overlooking the water. The staff after just WONDERFUL and the little restaurant below is Devine!with the most gorgeous food! and such happy staff every day who remember your name and spoil you! You can order food there and they drop it up to your room! Location is awesome…. Just away enough from the big party zone and when I was sick one night I just had to WhatsApp staff and they delivered fresh towels and toilet paper to room 🤪 Look I say this but it didn’t really bother me but good to mention for others! It can be a bit noisy with the horses jingle bells going past early in the morning and you can hear others going in And out of their rooms, sometimes banging doors, but may have just just been my luck with noisy guests those 4 nights but it really didn’t bother me that much as I’m an early riser.

• Nicolas (9/5): Lindo lugar - Pasamos solo una noche pero el lugar estaba muy limpio, impecable. La habitacion era muy comoda y la ubicacion en Gili T es magnifica. El personal de housekeeping hace muy buen trabajo. Es difícil ampliar mucho porque estuvimos solo una noche pero hay cositas con respecto a la relacion con el huesped que podrian mejorar. Por ejemplo, haber desayunado y que me llamen una hora despues cuando pasaba frente al hotel porque habia tomado "oat milk" y hacerme volver al restaurante a pagar unas monedas me parecio un poco fuerte. De todas maneras, muchos miembros del staff son increibles, no me acuerdo de los nombres de todos pero Ana Maria es un tesoro!

• Claudio (2/5): Scam - La struttura ci ha inviato un messaggio su whatsapp soltanto la notte prima per dirci che la stanza aveva dei problemi e non era disponibile. Ci hanno offerto una villa con piscina . Inizialmente eravamo ok perché conoscevamo la struttura da Booking ma quello che non sapevamo è che ci avrebbero mandato in un altra villa , molto fatiscente e che costava meno della metà della stanza prenotata da loro! Hanno quindi praticamente preso una camera in affitto per rivenderci il soggiorno al doppio del prezzo. Staff

Buona qualità prezzo. Piscina privata non pulita bene. Escursione alle tre isole fatta con loro non il massimo, non si sono impegnati a farci vedere le tartarughe, tant’è che non le abbiamo viste, e non abbiamo fatto tutto ciò da programma.

• NUNN (10/5): Would recommend - The staff were lovely throughout our stay and felt like family. The room was a good size and was lovely that we had a small pool available. During our stay we were also allowed to use the sunbeds on the beach free of charge which was an added bonus. We really would recommend. The only downside was we found cockroaches throughout our stay. The staff when told were apologetic and stated they would rectify.

Breakfast was nice. With fresh juice made. Hotel on beach, you can sight turtles while snorkeling. I spent 4 nights and loved it The mosque's don't stop. Even during the night they do the call for prayer, and the whole island can hear it. There are three on the island.
• cath (10/5): A wonderful place to stay with lovely rooms, staff, food and ideal location. - As soon as I arrived I could see how lovely the place was , and welcomed by the lovely staff . I had a sea view room which was amazing to look out at the sea as soon as you woke up or just sit and relax with the wonderful view. All lovely and clean. All the staff were absolutely so friendly and kind and couldn’t do enough for you. I can’t remember all the names but each and every one was so happy kind and friendly. Special shout out to Tony and Ellie who looked after me well and always had a bit of banter to make me laugh… thanks Ellie for taking my picture in the sea. The spa massage was great and lots of treatments available. The breakfast and all the food I had was consistent tasty and lots of choices , breakfast brilliant I loved the heathy bowls.. keep it up your all doing a great Job … Sun bed cushions were a bit annoying where they don’t fit over the top of the beds and the pillows never stayed on the Velcro.

• Kimberley (10/5): - Loved staying here! Perfect location to enjoy Gili T, quiet and nice beach but easy to get to busier restaurants and bars. The rooms were lovely, the staff were very friendly, spa downstairs and nice breakfast. Highly recommend! The WiFi was a bit slow at times.

Do not order food here: it is never fresh, they seem straight serve cold food that was prepared long back. Villa and pool were not clean and many insects were holidaying inside the room, not enough lights near the washbasin bad quality lock - takes forever to lock

• Karmen (1/5): - Plaža je čudovita V najemu sva imela zasebno vilo z bazenom. Kaj to v resnici pomeni? Prostor ograjen z zidom, noter bazen in zaprti prostor kjer je postelja in kopalnica. Človek se počuti klastrofobično. Osebja je bilo več kot gostov. Nadležni kot muhe. Znanje angleščine prilagajajo gostu. Če jim nekaj ni všeč, se naredijo da ne razumejo. Danes zjutraj so prepričevali gosta iz hotela, da je en zajtrk zanj in za ženo dovolj. Na voljo so trije različni zajtrki in dobiš točno laboratorijsko izmerjeno koliko česa. Po šestih dnevih bivanja v hotelu so naju vprašali ali smo gosti hotela. Na Gilijih smo bili že večkrat, ampak po tej izkušnji, vem zagotovo eno stvar. Nikoli več v ta hotel. In nisva neka zahtevna in zatečeno gosta. Mislim, da je to celo prvič, da sem nek hotel tako slabo ocenila, ampak enostavno ne morem dati boljše ocene. Mislim, da sem bila celo prvič v življenju vesela, da se moje bivanje na dopustu zaključuje. Žalostno.

TV had bad connection to internet services (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), staff were wrongly charging me for services or food.

If I would come back t - Hotel is laying very close to the beach and to the snorkel area. They clean the room every day. We had a room with own pool, it’s nice big room and space outside near the pool. You get good accommodation and service for your money. The bed was good, and breakfast was pretty good choise. I also liked massage in the hotel especially Lina, she is very good.

The harbour, the night markets & restaurants all a short work. At La Bella suites my accommodation had my own mini swimming pool it was a treat. The staff were exceptional they made you feel at home & the chefs 👨‍🍳 meals were top rate! Over all all the staff were very friendly & couldn't do enough for you! Two employees Andy & Sunny stood out & assisted with walks around the island, snorkelling & they both made me feel like l'd known them for years. Andy offered assistance on his day off in Lombok as travel plans where diverted there because of bad weather. Thankyou both & the whole staff for making my stay fabulous. Oh the welliness & massage at the accommodation was excellent 👌 Nothing every thing was exceptional.

• GaberK (10/5): Z veseljem se vrneva - Bivala sva v sobi s privatnim bazenom in bilo je čudovito. Lokacija je v mirnem delu, ob plaži. Na voljo so brezplačni ležalniki za goste hotela. Koristila sva tudi masaže in je bila fenomenalna. Zaposleni so izjamno prijazni in ustrežljivi. Imela sva tudi zajtrk v okviru nastanitve, ki je bil raznolik ter zelo dober. • Veronika (10/5): Výborný hotýlek stranou cirkusu rezortů - poloha u pláže, kde bylo docela pěkné šnorchlování a želvy vlastní lehátka u moře velmi milý personál v hotelu i restauraci výborná restaurace SPA - velmi nízké ceny a šikovné masérky upozorňuji, že restaurace je nealkoholická, ale nebyl problém si na pláž cokoliv donést úzká postel v pokoji s výhledem na moře hluk z blízké mešity

Hned za vstupnimi dvermi se otevrelo velkoryse velke prostranstvi se soukromym bazenem, otevrenym posezenim (pod strechou), s ventilatorem, lednickou, varnou konvici a vlastni zasobou pitne vody. Po vstupu dovnitr-obrovska loznice a nad pomery velika koupelna. V cene byla snidane,ktera se podavala bud na plazi, v kavarne, nebo je mozne nechat si ji donest na pokoj. Na vyber bylo z nekolika variant. Kdyz to shrnu, urcite se vyplati zainvestovat vice penez do takoveho soukromi! 🙏🏻 Neni nic co bychom vytkli.

• Dondy (10/5): if you want a peaceful, relaxing, getaway, this is it..with a catch. - staff were warm,friendly and welcoming 🙏 the only thing to keep in mind is that, during high season, the island will be very busy and chaotic. the sheer numbers of sunchairs packed tightly along the beach in a 200m stretch may be too much for some. however, if you come during the rainy season or low season, like i did during the month of January...amazing. you have the island to yourself, with the amenities to meet your every need...without the crowds.

• Romina (9/5): Confort frente al mar y los mejores desayunos! - El hotel tiene sus propias reposeras y bar en frente de la playa, el desayuno es sin duda de los mejores que tuvimos en el sudeste asiatico. Muchas opciones y de buena calidad. La cama era comoda y el personal muy amable. Tambien tienen un spa al lado donde hacen muy buenos masajes. Las primeras dos noches nos dieron una habitación donde el aire acondicionado por mas que estaba prendido, no funcionaba. Y el calor era insoportable, por lo cual dormimos un poco mal. Luego de dos dias de pedir que lo arreglen nos cambiaron de habitación.

Big pool, comfy bed, outdoor living area sheltered from the rain. Free drinking water also provided. Laundry service and adjoining spa - if you wanted to you could have your entire Gili holiday without leaving La Bella. Would highly recommend. Fridge was located outside so when it was raining it was more difficult to access, but really nothing significant!
