Logan (5/5): Great location unfortunately disappointing - The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Island City Mall. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. We used it for both breakfast and main meals, finding the food quality and pricing better than most nearby options, which tend to cater more toward takeaway. The noise level was a major issue. The wall-mounted air conditioner transmitted sound clearly, including traffic and videoke noise, well into the night, often until around 1:30 a.m (and sometimes more than 1 videoke going simultaneously somewhere). Then, early in the morning from about 6:00 a.m., street vendors using loudspeakers added to the disturbance. Overall, it made getting consistent rest difficult.

Maria (8/5): Overall our stay was pretty good considering that the venue is very close to our venue - Location and staff is very accommodating and very helpful Maybe just they have to improve the towels, they are old and some were stained and have patches although they changed it right away after calling their attention
Andreas (9/5): Kurzer Aufenthalt - Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und äußerst freundlich. Die Lage am Busbahnhof und der Shopping Mall ist perfekt, wenn man den Bus auf Bohol nutzt. Restaurants findet man in der Umgebung sowie in der Mall. Komfortable und geräumige Zimmer, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Eric (5/5): Reasonable place if you don't need sleep - Staff were very good and happy to help. Location was useful, easy access with choice of different transport. While location might have been good and worked well for our purpose, it also failed miserably; from the evening and passed 1:00 am in the morning, there was very load music and singing from adjacent buildings, almost a competition to see who could be the loudest. The result was a very poor sleep and being tired at the start of our next travel day.
Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t trust the high ratings: Gross Negligence - Appalling conditions at this establishment. The room assigned to me was infested with cockroaches and saturated with a strong, moldy odor, creating an environment hazardous to health and well-being. These conditions are especially alarming for guests with PTSD, respiratory issues, or anxiety, for whom such an environment can trigger severe physical and psychological distress. I was forced to abandon my fully paid reservation to protect my health. Immediate corrective action is warranted, and this property should be removed from booking platforms until it can meet basic health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Adam (1/5): unless you absolutely have to be within close proximity to this place, I would suggest finding somewhere else to stay - Food on 7th floor was ok We found check in to be poor, told the key is in the room just open the door! Then we discovered you can't lock the door. No security at all. Anyone can walk in as there is no security to enter the building or lifts. Shower head (#401) in room was broken. Taps in bathroom were lose and old. Towels are old and grey (Should be white) Ps bathmat was a disgusting colour. Air conditioning. Now I know Taglibran is hot but at 17° the air conditioning never felt cold. The room was stuffy and uncomfortable.. I asked for the air-conditioning to be looked at and that request went unanswered. Breakfast. As for the included breakfast do yourself a favour and go to McDonald’s. What was offered was disgusting even my Filipino partner I was embarrassed at the poor offering. I have taken time to write this review in the hope to motivate the management to lift the game of servicing this hotel moreover to warn others to look for somewhere else to stay .

CLAIRE (6/5): - The property was average. There was a charge for every little thing. Early check-in. Making a copy of a document. I requested a ride to the airport and because my husband wanted to cancel it, there was a cancellation fee. It was extremely noisy. I can hear the street from my room. The worse part is we had ANTS in my room when I bought a pastry. I will NOT recommend this hotel, I'm sorry. By the way, we only booked this hotel because it was across the street from City Hall. My brother passed away on our vacation and location was extremely important.

The most inconvenient thing i hate is they only give you one yes if you have 2 or 3 people in your room you get one key and that key must go into the wall to turn on power. Tried to ask for another key but was time no way it's the policy sir! Overall wed go back.

The noise coming from the club next door until the wee hours of the early morning was very annoying and prevented some to get a good night sleep.

Angel (1/5): Super bad amongst the hotels I’ve been - The receptionist that day was not hospital enough,we came from a long time travel yet she said no bed available then when we are In breakfast table the waiter said there was no buffet since the occupancy rate didnt reaches to 50%. How’s that? The floor was slippery and wet. Moreover, there was a bans practising. Like come In Ms. Cherryl at least you knew we need some sleep since we reached at the hotel past 8pm. Everything!!

mark (6/5): Comfortable beds and friendly staff. - The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean but the first room we got had a water leak coming in from rain, the second room was an upgrade and bigger but water pressure for the shower was low and we had to ask for towels more than once. The breakfast buffet was out of some of the food but would be replaced after 10-15 minutes. Evenings were a little noisy due to the restaurant/bar nextdoor. Staff was friendly and helpful with the problem we had. I would stay there again because the beds were comfortable wich is very important to me and because I want to stay in that area.

ronald (2/5): - Check in went smooth but soon after it went downhill. First off when we got to our floor we noticed that the hallway carpet leading to our room was extremely dingy / dirty and was in need of a deep cleaning or replaced. As soon as we keyed into our room my wife went to use the bathroom and noticed a small roach on the bathroom sink. Instead of calling down to the front desk we just killed it thinking to ourselves we were only going to be there for a short stay. We also noticed that the towels didn’t appear to be very clean as well as the bed linen. Rather than complain and ask for another room we just dealt with it. A few hours later we fell asleep and I was awakened by something crawling over my face, when I jump up and looked on the bed there were SEVERAL cockroaches on the bed. My wife screamed and that was all I could take. Without a “Plan B” we gathered our belongings and went down to the front desk in order to check out of that hotel. I showed her a video of the roaches under the bed and while she did offer another room the damage was done. I’ve travelled around the world and have yet to experience something quite like this. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for your stay. There was a hotel not far from there that was able to accommodate us at about the same rate and was immaculate and much quieter as well.
Daniel (4/5): - When we checked in and got to our room, there were roaches crawling around the bathroom. Like, I literally counted 4 roaches scurrying around when I turned on the light. Bathroom mirror was dirty. And they gave us the wrong room. Was supposed to be a single queen/double bed. But they gave us a room with two singles. I wound up letting it go, because I was having digestive issues and just needed to sleep. Took forever for us to check out, because they had to inspect the room. But, this took them at least 15 minutes. Maybe a bit more.
