• Alistair (2/5): - The hotel was advertised with a restaurant and bar, there were neither. I booked a non smoking room, guests had clearly smoked in them. The hotel had WiFi, however this didn't work unless standing at reception (either guest network). The hotel felt dirty and uncared for. Two guys parked in a car in front of the hotel were inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon. They then threw the cylinder in the gutter and walked into the hotel. The experience was truly awful, and I left immediately.
• jf (6/5): - comment faire comprendre qu'on ne fume pas dans la chambre! Odeurs de tabac froid bien présente. dommage. Vue sympa, pécheurs bruyant dés 6h du matin c'est un peu pénible. Quant aux voisins de chambres qui confondent Hôtel et boite de nuit...avec les invectives qui vont avec... Il faudrait peu de choses pour que cela soit Top. Bon courage à vous
• Dea (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen um zum Stade de France zu kommen. Mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und wir konnten sogar früher einchecken. Kostenloses parken ist auch möglich.

• Pierre (8/5): De bonc ôtés mais un peu à l'abandon - Un peu l'impression d'être dans une hôtel à l'abandon et de petites évidences absentes (impossible de passer du parking - sale et négligé - au hall de l'hôtel sans devoir faire un très long détour à pied avec les bagages. Vue sympathique sur le fleuve et calme.

Forget about a cuppa before bed or when you feel like it. 😂 No interphone in the room , you have to go downstairs to reception if you need something. Overall nice place to stay! The view of the river ! The view of the river Seine from the Restaurant !! Amazing

• Barrault (8/5): Rapport qualité prix rare - Excellent rapport qualité prix. Rare dans la région parisienne. Belle vue sur la Seine mais attention aux moustiques. D'ailleurs l'hôtel l'assume et prévient ses clients. Pas de chance, le restaurant était fermé le lundi. Mais d'autres options de restauration ne sont pas très loin.

Furthermore, we had a room with a balcony, unfortunately mosquitoes are a nuisance there and it was not recommended to keep the door open and it was also difficult to sit on the balcony because the door had to remain open. you pay extra for the luxury. the staff was friendly towards us.
• 206carolp (6/5): It’s cute but has WiFi issues - Stayed here for 2 nights. The WiFi does not work in rooms that are not near the router, which is across from the front desk. The staff are kind and switched me to 2 different rooms. The location is a little isolated as there is not much food options around. The RER is about a 5-6 min walk through a quiet neighborhood.

• Romuald (4/5): - Un bruit de Clim, même éteinte, insupportable et le personnel n'ont pas voulu me changer de chambre. Au prix de la chambre !!! De plus a côté de l'entrée ou l'équipe de nuit à passé sont temps à parler fort même après minuit.

Voor de rest was t personeel wel vriendelijk. Geen koelkast op de kamer maar mocht m’n drinken in hun koelkast zetten. Kamer eerste oog schoon beddengoed had nog de vouwen erin dus wel opgevouwen geweest. helaas wel enkele haartjes van een ander. Hotel leek redelijk nieuw maar vond t geen 8. Eerder 6+
• alain (8/5): relâchement sur la clientèle sélectionné - je viens souvent dans cet hôtel mais mon dernier séjour nous avons était déranger par le bruit dans les autres chambres qui nous ont réveillé a plusieurs reprises durant les deux nuits de ma réservation

L'hôtel devrait systématiquement en informer la clientèle et leur indiquer l'emplacement de leur parking fermé qui n'est pas du tout fléché. Ensuite l'insonorisation des chambre laisse à désirer.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice room outside the city - I wish they did not had the metro strike during our stay. Imagine walking 45min to get the closests city bicycles... The room was as in the pictures. Breakfast into room is totally worth it! We took it twice. There is not much nearby, but hotel is quiet and clean. Metro/RER stop is around 500m walk.

Based in a quiet area but the station is a short walk away to get into central paris. The only downside is the rooms lack some basic hotel amenities and should consider to invest in; kettles, mini fridge & bottled water.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec une promotion soit 67 € la nuit. Il n’y était pas stipulé clairement que la chambre serai sans balcon du coup nous étions obligés de rajouter 10 euros pour avoir une chambre avec balcon. Pas de geste commercial, rien du tout sachant que ce n’était pas pour la première fois que nous venions dans cette hôtel. De plus on nous avait déjà fait attendre plus d’une heure pour récupérer notre chambre car le ménage n’était pas fait. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec une promotion soit 67 € la nuit ( au lieu de 75€) Il n’y était pas stipulé clairement que la chambre serais une chambre sans balcon du coup nous étions obligés de rajouter 10 euros pour avoir une chambre avec balcon pas de geste commercial rien du tout sachant que ce n’était pas pour la première fois que nous venions dans cette hôtel et qu’on nous avait déjà fait attendre plus d’une heure pour récupérer notre chambre car le ménage n’était pas fait. What a joke dragging our luggage through the rain around the building. Felt sorry for the housekeepers dragging everything up and down the stairs

Je n'ai pas trouvé de parking mais il y a de la place pour garer sa voiture juste à côté de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel bien situé et facile d'accès.

• Hanane (8/5): Très bon hotel pas pratique pour les fumeurs - La chambre avec douche italienne et nombreux services dispo en libre service (pantoufles, cendriers, bonbonne d'eau, sèche cheveux, clim, chauffage d'appoint, four a micro onde...) un cadre dépaysant au bord de la Seine à 5/10 mn à pied du tram et resto à volonté (wok, pakistanais) Literie de bonne qualité TOP Seul Hic pour les fumeurs à éviter car obliger de rester à l’extérieur (j'avais pris le balcon exprès pour éviter les odeurs dans la chambre) avec une table non conçue pour fumer (ne supporte pas la chaleur) du coup les moustiques rentrent en pagaille dans la chambre, aussi pas de miroir autre que celui de la salle de bain.
• Nilofer21 (6/5): Average hotel.. ok for the price - For a couple the room size was ok. Bathroom is very small and water spills from the shower to the other areas. Also the way in and out of the shower is blocked by the washbasin so it is very inconvenient. There are no hooks or anything in the bathroom so again very inconvenient especially if you want to dress inside the bathroom. Also seems to have no good ventilation. Breakfast was an additional charge of 8€ but it felt worth it to me. Somethings that the hotel really lacks is ensuring you have everything you need. We had no shampoo/body wash etc in the bathroom. Seems like the rooms aren’t stalked with the basic necessities needed for the stay. There wasn’t a kettle to make tea in the room. For every little thing we had to go to the front desk to ask for it since they do not have any phones in the room. One thing that really ticked us off badly: After we returned from our day out in Paris at around 10 pm, we found our room door wide open. The cleaner left it wide open for god knows how many hours. When we asked the reception about the same he had no clue why it was this way but just that the cleaners forgot that’s it. This situation didn’t make us feel very comfortable.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Rustig kleinschalig hotel, vriendelijk personeel - Geen goede uitleg gebruik van de kamers, waterkoker en koffie gebruiken, pas na vraag aan receptie volgt uitleg. Helaas geen goede opbergmogelijkheden in de badkamer wastafel, had graag een plankje gezien en ophanghaken voor je baddoeken of kleding, ook geen plankje in douche voor je eigen zeep enz. Waterdruk van de wastafel is erg laag Fohn hang veel te laag en gezien de krappe wastafel ruimte hangt het in de weg. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lift werkt niet (stuk). Garage is zeer krap bij ingang en de uitgangsdeur gesloten. Geen duidelijk bord om de garage via de rolluik te verlaten, stond 5 minuten uit te vinden hoe eruit te komen. Als je dit eenmaal weet is het simpel en veilig om je auto hier te parkeren. Receptie is niet altijd bezet en kun je gaan zoeken of iemand je kan helpen. Kleine simpele oplossingen kunnen dit soort frustraties voorkomen of goede uitleg vanuit de receptie. Het wateruitzicht was helaas verstoort door een onderhoudsboot van de Seine en waar elke ochtend je wakker word van de werklui die hier allerlei activiteiten onderhouden van diens boot en van hun bedrijf of omgeving, niet erg handig en waar je naar uitkijkt als je er eenmaal bent :( Qua prijs kwaliteit doen ze gezien deze kleine verbeterpunten niet onder van de grotere hotel namen, het is waar je voor kiest. Het is een klein chinees familie hotel wat sinds 2016 open is en nog wat kan verbeteren en bepaalde opzichten.

• Gary (6/5): Nice hotel - but with flaws - nice hotel on the outskirts of Paris overlooking the Seine, modern, nice comfortable room, nice fixtures (like twin bedside USB's for charging devices. Balcony was a nice size, but beware of the mozzies!(you are next to the river, its to be expected). Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was 'closed for holiday' whilst i was there, so i cant comment on the food....thankfully there were a number of options locally (uber-eats for me). There was no parking as such, i just parked down the side street and wasn't advised otherwise, however there was an entrance which looked like it could accommodate parking, but there was no signage to suggest thats where you parked. Wifi was non existant from room 2 (ground floor) it connected with a very weak signal and trickled along until giving up about 20 minutes later - Phone signal on EE (UK) was also weak in the room...not great for trying to work, but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was nice, shower was powerful and hot. would i stay again?....well its a good 40 mins out from the center of paris (with traffic) if commuting isnt an issue, i'd stay again, but i'd check to see if the restaurant was open!
• Carlos (8/5): - The hotel is small but clean and all services are available, parking is available but there is no elevator and you have to walk outside to get to your car. It takes 40 minutes to attractions in Paris
