Baywatch beach resort was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing experience. Mr Mathew was extremely welcoming, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The location was perfect—convenient and easy to access, yet peaceful and quiet. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home during our stay and appreciated the attention to detail. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would happily return in the future. NA. We loved everything.

We check in on 4.am and check out by morning 7 am. The owner is polite but he is not engaged in the other aspects of stay by the guests.

- Anoop (2/5): Careful - Bedbugs - Lots of bed bugs. This is first time in my life I have scene bed bugs in this resort. Cleanliness is terrible. The property is not maintained at all.

No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came. 2) There is no staff or securities during night time.In this condition not advisable for family. The location is simply spot on to the Alleppy Beach, a walk of less than a minute. Rooms were clean, spacious parking, small garden to relax.

Base price they charge wealth to stay. Excellent restaurant name Harbour is just less than two minutes walking distance

- Tjaša (4/5): Disappointing - Rooms are clean and comfortable We have spoken to the staff about our late arrival online and they have assured us someone would be there to greet us and check us in. When pur transport was running late, i have kept them updated of our arrival, before the original time of arrival. When we arrived there was noone anywhere, we were calling them and messaging them, without luck for about 40 minutes at night. After this time and about 20 phone calls, someone finally picked up to let us in to our room. We told them we need to check out at 7.30 in the morning, and made sure someone would be there to take the payments. Again there was noone tk be found anywhere, then again after about 10 minutes of consistent calling, someone showed up to take our payment. If you have other options, i recommend going with that.

- Shri (4/5): Avoid unless you are on an extremely tight budget. - Owner was quite helpful but he should pay more attention to maintaining the property. Ac had not been perhaps serviced ever and had loads of black dirt oozing out of it. We were breathing extremely unhealthy air. It was serviced immediately on request but should have been cleaned up front. The toilet exhaust fan didn't work and hence it was not very comfortable. The AC was dripping water later in the night.The fan rod had a clump of dust on it.

It is a very uncomfortable place to stay, no facilities provided for the money you are paying also they collected more amount than the amount given in the booking.com site. Also the behaviour of the proprietor is very bad and insulting (at the time of check in the behaviour was very good). You don’t have any options for breakfast, it is just one dish provided, if you want you can have otherwise no other option.

- Sushant (1/5): Bad - Locality of resort was good, right in front of Alleppey beach and easy access to the beach Rooms were maintained in very pathetic manner. No sign of cleanliness. Rooms allotted were seems like not cleaned right from the day the resort was established. Not very satisfied with complimentary breakfast also.
- Reji (1/5): Not Satisfactory - Location and proximity to the beach is good. Breakfast was Okay. A/C was working as expected. Since there were no front desk, we checked out from the resort with assumption that the payment will apply automatically to my credit card but it was not the case. The manager was very courteous to call us and bring the hotel bill to our location for the payment. The rooms were dusty and the dust was on the curtain and the sides of the windows, Most of us were sneezing and coughing in the night from the dust. We heard the noise of Rats or Cats running over the ceiling and that disturbed our sleep. Windows nets at the non AC rooms were loose and Mosquitos were sneaking into the rooms through the broken nets. There was heavy bad smell outside of the rooms. and so on.

- M (8/5): A good basic accommodation across from the beach. - Good location, literally across the road from the main beach, however there is major road construction going on along a large portion of that road. The room was spacious, though basic, good AC and bottled water provided with a water filling station outside too. Cleansiness was okay and hotel water via the geyser was fine. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Complimentary breakfast was good, local Kerala breakfast, or omelette and toast, fruit and tea/coffee. Overall a satisfactory stay.

- Yuvraj (5/5): Great Location but not really a resort. Not Value for Money - The location is quite good, pretty near to the beach and other areas of the city. The caretaker was very courteous and helped us in all regards. The general surroundings of the property were also quite peaceful The property is a homestay or a villa actually, rather than a resort. There are no other facilities like a pool or something similar that you would expect from a resort. One the room was really small and it was not possible to take a bath in the washroom of that room. The breakfast also lacked options and was very spicy. It is more of a homestay than a resort.
