- Amber (1/5): - Area and service I was attacked and eaten up my bed bugs in the middle of the night. I had to be rushed to the hospital and they found bed bugs in my bed the same night. The staff handled it immediately as soon as they found them and stripped down our room. Unfortunately it was at 4:00 a.m.. after we were in town for the circus Soleil, it was just a horrible experience to drag my family through in the middle of the night out of town. Two-time NASCAR cup series champion Kyle Busch has died. He was 41. Oh my God

They went above and beyond for our requests as we travel with an infant and I had to access the computer for remote work. Quiet hallway. Good value for price. Room had some trash under the pull out couch from previous guests. Otherwise good and clean.

As Grand Prairie residents supporting our local businesses, we celebrated my husband’s “Born in ’63” 63rd Birthday weekend and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was conveniently located near all of our fun activities including Poker Palace, Texas Roadhouse, and Texas Trust CU Theatre. A special thank you to Rena, the Property Manager, who was absolutely amazing! She helped make our visit extra special with her kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. Everything about the stay was comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area! Nothing

The best big breakfast,it was good food ,lots to choose from ! It's a very comfortable place for families as well as couples and singles. Great place to stay. I definitely recommend this hotel. There's only one thing I didn't like and it's nothing really,but like ice cream was crazy pricy. I also know that's just the way it is now days, everywhere.

Will stay again. - The lobby was clean and the restrooms, very accommodating and the beds were comfortable No shuttle service to and from the stadiums , The guy who does take people back and forth was going to charge $30 pp, smh, be prepared to get an uber to the games/ stadiums, so much cheaper.

- Eventful1 (6/5): Ten Minutes To The Epic Center - La Quinta was a pleasant stay. Right off of 30 10 minutes to the Epic Center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable though the bathtub was a little dated and the water drained very slowly. All in all i would stay here again.

- lofton (5/5): - Seemed to be a nice place. We received a call asking when we would be checking in. We get there to check in that night and get roome keys. We went to the room, and the room had not been cleaned. The bed had not been made, dirty sheets and bedding on the floor, the bathroom was not cleaned, and stuff was left in the shower. Called front desk, go down to front desk and lady give us another. A/C started leaking the floor was wet in this room. Call the front desk for more towels to be put on the floor for wetness. Had to listen to the dripping for 2 nights. The front desk said she would have maintenance come next morning to look at it. No one came to talk to us about it, and nothing was fixed. $200 plus dollars for our stay and had to deal with all this. Wasn't too happy about it and not sure we will stay here again.

- KatBelt (10/5): Great experience - I have stayed here a couple of times while attending concerts. It is very comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful. If you are going to the Texas Trust CU for a concert, Monty will most likely be at this hotel to schedule for his round trip bus service. This is absolutely the way to go! He offers nice transportation and is very dependable!

- Sarah (9/5): It was great but might want to check the halls and rooms of mold so it doesn’t ruin peoples trip or money to stay there. - The staff was excellent and very polite. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great!! We stayed on the third floor and the whole floor smelled of mold and even our bedroom had a bad smell to it.
