• YUJIN (7/5): - This is a hostel giving the most noisy room to expats. Rooms like next to stairs. America hostel do this shit often. But very clean, comfortable, location is very good.
• Yueh Hsun (8/5): 以市區來說性價比還可以，衛生不錯 - 有咖啡、茶包可24小時享用，也有熱水可以泡麵，一般飲用水可裝取，櫃檯服務人員非常友善，且24小時櫃檯皆有人 位置還算可以，就在Chinatown入口旁，離Macy百貨、聯合廣場走路5分鐘左右 廁所及浴室的燈光是感應式的，用到一半會暗掉，建議至少淋浴間改為一般開關，不然要一直摸黑洗澡，住了兩晚，有一間浴室熱水不熱，隔天換一間又還行 沒有電梯，有大型行李要考慮

I knew the bathrooms were shared, but it was not specified there would be only 2 showers PER WHOLE FLOOR... The kitchenette near the reception had olmost no equpment in it, no water, no utensils - useless.

Room was a bit small for 2. 1 shower was out of service, another one did not work properly and the third one did not lock properly. It was not a problem for us since it was not crowded.

• YU (8/5): A clean, budget-friendly stay in a great downtown location - A great location, friendly staff, and a small but pleasant common area. The room was compact with minimal amenities, and some light from the corridor was noticeable at night.
• Benny (10/5): Excellent - Restroom , Baths are well kept and clean, the facility itself is very neat and they serve fresh coffee and water, very comfortable dining and waiting area . Excellent Staff ! Situated in a nice area of the city and accessible to public transport and dining , cafe facilities! Just the tv was out of order in my room , the staff tried to fix it , buts it’s not a big deal , I have a clean room and bed.

Cuenta con una mesita, frigorífico, llavabo, una cama pequeña y un armario. Tenía el baño pegado a la habitación y cada vez que iba alguien por la noche me despertaba con un portazo. Cada vez que salía alguien de la habitación se escuchaba todo.

Thankfully the first night, maintenance was there to fix it. However on the second night, the lady at the desk was not very helpful and didn’t help. There are also no heaters in the rooms

A cama é muito barulhenta, o quarto é gelado e tive que pedir um aquecedor para não ficar com frio, me entregaram um que mal funcionava direito. Tomei duas vezes banhos gelados porque os chuveiros não esquentavam e quando perguntei na recepção a resposta foi “Você precisa deixar pelo menos 10min ligado para aquecer, esse é um prédio velho”

• Anczyk (7/5): Cheap, good location, mostly clean & very friendly staff. Carpets need to be replaced though. - The carpets in the hallway and rooms desperately need some deep cleaning and some of the light switches fall of the walls too (showers on 2nd floor).

• Gina Rose (7/5): - The room which I book is really perfect for a single one cause it only fits me in but its equipped with a refrigerator, a wifi, a sink and a comfortable bed to sleep with. The water in the shower took so long to heat up and I takes most of my time. And the lightning at the toilet is abit dim.

• Riccardo Ray (8/5): Lo consiglierei e tornerei volentieri in questo posto. - Ho trovato davvero bella la posizione che è centralissima, vicino alla metro, a china town. Il prezzo è molto adeguato alle aspettative. Lo staff è sempre stato gentile e cortese, attento anche alle mie richieste. Il palazzo è abbastanza vecchio, con gli infissi vecchi. Di conseguenza, in camera si sentono i rumori della strada, ma tutto sommato è accettabile. Il flusso d'acqua del lavandino in camera era davvero irrisorio, rendendo difficile anche lavarsi i denti.

• Pablo Ariel (8/5): Excellent location at a convenient price. - The Urban is in a great location, close to everything around Dreamforce. It’s much more affordable than most hotels nearby. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the overall stay is very comfortable. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like during my stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

• J (5/5): It was expensive, not a good value - The staff were very nice You could not see the tv from the bed, the lock on the door didn't worked, the door itself didn't selled (you could see the light coming in from the corridor). When someone passed on the halway you could hear everything. The location is very close to China Town so it was noisy.

• Arantxa (8/5): First time in SF - La ubicación es excelente, pude moverme caminando a varios puntos para visitar. Los baños siempre me tocaron limpios y disponibles, aunque si es estar al pendiente de cuando se desocupen. La sala de estar en el lobby y la cocina, es un gran plus. Sin embargo, hay mucho ruido en la noche de los cuartos al rededor y si la habitación da a la calle mucho más, recomiendo llevar tapones de oidos.

Mostly safe - many tourists, office workers and policemen around the area - unless you go toward Tenderloin a few streets away. Facility is old but clean and well managed. No elevator there - you have to carry big luggages through staircases.

• Imre (1/5): Schlecht - Nichts Die Lage im Innenstadtbereich ist katastrophal laut an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, der Verkehrslärm in mit Verbindung mit Rettungs- und Polizeifahrzeugen ist nicht auszuhalten. Die Federkernmatratze war ausgelegten und die Sanitäranlagen unsauber. Billige Absteige, zu teuer, nicht zu empfehlen!
