• PAULA (5/5): Fine, with a few irritating situations - Convenient location, room seemed to be clean The morning breakfast had completed been changed from my last stay -- no cereal even, just pastries and fruit. The shower was hard to understand and until we figured it out, it was cold showers.

Always in the side office or away from the desk. sitting areas in the lobby are odd,should have had the fires going for a welcoming atmosphere, it had been raining for days. The elevator door has a terrible squeak when opening on first floor. All pillows very hard, staff said “we know get that complaint a lot “ wallpaper coming apart at seams. Floor squeaks,bathroom door doesn’t close well

• Brian (4/5): I don’t think I will be going back unless it’s the only place available - The lobby was pretty but no fires in most of the hanging fire places. The rooms were very sparse and the floors were not clean.

• Watkins (8/5): Worth the Price. - Our room was neat and tidy. Walk in shower was large. It was nice the room used LVP and not carpeting. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. We did not use the pool, gym or game room. Parking was awkward because the upper lot and lower lot were on either side of the building with nothing near the front or back entrances. Only one elevator for all floors.

• Franco (7/5): Affordable weekend getaway - The property was centrally located to many attractions. Bretton Woods ski resort, Littleton and Bethlehem where there are good restaurants and shopping. I was there when there was decent snow and the road to the hotel and parking lot was not cleared enough to accommodate all the cars. Additionally, you can hear everything from adjoining rooms.

• Mallory (10/5): We found this hotel as a way to extend our weekend at Santa's Village in Jefferson & what a gem! - Great options. Family friendly and easy. Pull out sofa in our room was in need of an upgrade, but was a great option for our 5-year-old to use for a few nights.

• Happ (3/5): Ein Hotel mit wenig Service wo das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig ist. - Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption, Größe des Zimmers, Sauberkeit, schnelles Internet Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine hatte keinen Strom, wurden auch innerhalb von zwei Tagen nicht in Ordnung gebracht. Das Rollo zum Abdunkeln ließ sich nicht hochziehen, hat mein Mann dann selbst reguliert. Gardinen hingen teilweise runter, nur eine Sorte Kopfkissen war verfügbar (dick und fest), trotz Nachfragen bemühte man sich nicht um eine Alternative. Kein Zimmerservice, obwohl das Schild herausgehängt wurde, keine trockenen Handtücher. Brian an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit! Frühstück bot kaum Auswahl, es wurde nach 9 Uhr kaum nachgefüllt bei Milch und Yoghurt. Alle Milchprodukte waren gesüßt. Kontakt mit dem Manager wurde nicht ermöglicht.

The room was huge and the king bed must’ve been a california king because it was giant. everything was modern and clean and updated, and the breakfast was decent could’ve had some better breakfast options but all in all things were good

I accidentally doubled booked because of the spotty reception in the mountains but the guy at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Our room was VERY nice and we loved the space in the basement! Breakfast was great and parking was easy as well. No complaints!!

I was doing laundry and the washing machine kept eating my quarters and Brian had to come down with me several times to assist. He was friendly and helpful each time. He needs a raise😊 Just might need to get a new washing machine?

• Dave (6/5): - Property was definitely clean and maintained. The photos for this property need to be updated, photos show a bar, fine food for dinner, and continental breakfast. Discription was deceiving as well. No Bar, No Dinner, and the continental breakfast was sub par for the price paid. We went out for breakfast the 3 days we were there. If you are looking to be centralized location that is the highlight. The floors clicked loudly when walking, i could hear the upstairs room as if we lived in a duplex. The cleaning staff vacuuming sounded like it was coming through the walls. If in the area again i would look elsewhere to stay.

• Denice (6/5): It was not a good stay and extremely over priced for what was offered for service and accommodation. - The hotel was in a good location for our travel destination and offered pet friendly accommodations. The room is large and clean. King bed was comfy but a bit soft for us. There is not enough parking for this hotel! We came back from dinner and the lot was full. We were disappointed that our room had problems with the tv signal where it would fade in and out during our shows. Although the bathroom is nice, beware when taking a shower as it is slippery. Surprised to not have an alarm clock in the room. Our sofa bed did not have the linens and we had to call the front desk to have them sent to the room. The sofa bed was also in a separate room, a small area just enough room for the couch that looked like it needed to be cleaned. It was facing the wall with just enough room to open it with no other furniture. Not at the foot of the bed, but at the wall to the left side of the bed was a tv that was difficult to watch either sitting or sleeping. Looking throughout the room, you would see in areas the wall paper was bubbling and separating from the wall. We were on the 2nd floor and you could hear all the noise upstairs.

• kara (6/5): Nice hotel~ bring your own pillow!!! - Very nice hotel. The beds are firm~ to each their own on that preference. However, the pillows were terrible! They were so thick that if you are a back sleeper you end up with a stiff neck!
• David (4/5): - There was no one at the front desk when we arrived about 5 pm. That should be PRIMO check-in time. 4 parties were waiting to be checked in. I was first in line and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up. The joint is "okay." Not filthy, it just looks like every surface, and every floor needs a good scrubbing with Lysol or something. Not worth 300 dollar for darn sure.

• Maryam (6/5): Very noisy floors - This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. The problem is the noisy floors, I am not sensitive to noise but couldn't sleep as people were walking in their room upstairs and the noise was too loud that kept waking me up. The air conditioner also was extremely loud. The service in the hotel was minimal, no bar and they didn't sell alcoholic beverages at the gift shop
