CLS1108 (4/5): Not as good as most of the reviews - Rooms are clean and spacious. But noise is definitely a problem. There is no sound insulation between rooms and floors, especially near the bathrooms . At 10pm the room above us decided to run a bath and it was so loud it was like they were in our room with us. They were very noisy - we could hear them talking and jumping and banging around. When they drained the tub it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Same thing happened the next night at midnight but the also ran the jets in the tub on top of it. Not cool. Jetted tubs in hotel rooms shouldn’t be a thing. Especially when there’s no sound insulation like this hotel. The breakfast buffet was awful. Very small and the food was so bad we couldn’t finish it. The eggs Benedict off the menu was apparently good though. Pillows were horrible. No substance or support at all. Our bed tilted down at the head of the bed. Really weird. The pool was over crowded. Only 4 loungers present. Pool towels were tint and thin and hard to come by. We picked this hotels based on the reviews… which in this case… we don’t understand the high ratings,

Swimming Pool on main floor, we didn’t want to go back to the hotel room dripping wet and the swim towels were embarrassingly small. We requested robes, said they would check, we waited, no one responded, so we approached the front desk told us they only had 4 robes in the hotel and the guest “just before us” requested them.

Departure38201482012 (10/5): Went the extra mile - Where to start….had Christmas party in town. We had booked for ourselves. Found out one of our employees needed a place to stay, so I called in and they accommodated us and gave us a good rate. Then day of, the bosses parents needed a room. I went down to the front desk and they were so helpful and got them booked in. So when they would arrive that night they would just get the keys and head up to the room. May I add they were extremely busy with a wedding taking place but made sure I felt I was top priority when dealing with me. THENNNNN came the check out the next day. We had gone shopping and with the -30 weather couldn’t leave items in the vehicle over night. I came down to get a trolley but none to be found. I asked the front desk if they were gone long and they immediately started to check the cameras while another member was checking all the floors and even the event room. Unfortunately it could not be found. A maintenance/orderly came around asking if he could help. And so he then went disappeared and then came back with a laundry cart. I went and loaded it up with all my Christmas shopping and cases of pop for the holidays. When I came out of my room he was there to help me wheel it to my vehicle and EVEN helped me load it. Now I know this is a long post but each one of these three workers did not have to do what they did. It could have ended with the front desk saying the trolley was out and didn’t know. But each one made sure to help in their own way. For me to have hauled my Christmas presents. 2 cases of pop. A case of water. Luggage. As well as probably 25 lbs of groceries. This meant a lot so I wouldn’t have to haul it from my room multiple trips. Thank you to each one of them. Booking here you will not be disappointed with the customer service.

Extremely impressed wih all aspects of the hotel. Staff well trained. The restaurant was very good. I have stayed at 3 of the 4 hotels right in this area and there is no comparison. The room is perfect and the bed and bedding are super comfortable. When I'm in this area I won't stay at any other hotel why downgrade.

Rooms clean and beds good, temperature control can be a challenge and find the rooms overly warm when I get in. The rooms remind me of the 80s or 90s, carpet, lots of space, but upgraded with a new TV, curtains, and a modern bathroom. A solid hotel at a reasonable price.

When a last-minute technical request occurred, the team responded immediately and resolved the issue without disrupting the meeting. viveksC500WS (10/5): Very good stay - This is my 8 th visit. Always feel like home . They do have a very good pool with hot tub. The location is good for me. They do have a restaurant . Food and services really good. I would like to thank few staffs leena,Shahil is really helpful all the time .Definitely I will come back
Janelle (6/5): - The staff were very friendly and the moon check out time was nice. Our room was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work well. The shower had next to no pressure and the curtain was stained with what looked like blood. When we let the staff know upon checkout they took pictures from my phone but didn’t really do much more.
G8798MAsharonc (10/5): Great unexpected stay. - Travelling from BC to Manitoba, we encountered an unexpected stay in Sherwood Park. I cannot say how friendly ALL of the staff was. Mella at the front desk was one of the most pleasant workers we have encountered in a long time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, used the restaurant for an evening meal and breakfast. The restaurant staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the rate was very reasonable. I would defiantly stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers.
