- NING (1/5): 爛 - 就是一間雷飯店！ 一開始以為在二樓CI，結果一到二樓煙味超級重！櫃檯姐姐告知要移動到七樓辦理入住（二樓櫃檯姐姐很親切介紹環境，唯一一顆星是給她的），還好七樓比較沒有煙味，但櫃檯臉超臭！像欠了幾百萬！ 下樓的時候，五六樓會進來一些酒客，超級臭又危險，電梯的門還一邊斜斜的，要關不關的樣子，真的完全不建議住這邊！ 再來是房間隔音超差，整個晚上一直有莫名的小聲音，樓上還一直移動家具持續到12點真的受不了打給櫃檯，櫃檯態度很差的說「我幫妳確認一下好不好」，好什麼好？吵得要死一點都不好，櫃檯反映完後安靜了1分鐘又繼續！到底大半夜的在幹嘛？ 隔天退房櫃檯更糟糕了，全程無講話坂著一張臉，連謝謝都沒有說，真的是可以不用出來上班欸！

- Vanessa (8/5): - Was in a handy location with transport nearby and supermarket underneath. The room was clean and comfortable but compact. The breakfast/snack room is a great bonus to this hotel that we really enjoyed. The entrance is a bit confusing as the building is shared and it looks like you might be in the wrong place but you should go up in the lift to find check in desk and the hotel is split over a few floors.
