- Maurizio (9/5): Lub Sbuy numero 1 or numero 2? - La posizione accanto al terminal 1 di Phuket e a poche centinaia di metri dalla Ranong road da dove partono i blue bus per karon kata patong e il mercato coperto. La camera bella spaziosa con grande balcone veranda, il bagno efficientissimo. La presenza di bollitore caffè alla reception ,i tavolini fuori sul grande marciapiede tranquillo, per fare colazione su una delle strade principali intorno alla stazione dei minivan e la presenza di numerosi street food, e la vicinanza di 40- 50 metri dal seven eleven. La camera era ammobiliata con armadio e vari cassettoni, il letto comodo con materasso che non affonda come piace a me. Direi una delle sistemazioni migliori a Phuket town dove tornerò senz' altro. La confusione operata dal sito di prenotazione con l' altro Lub Sbuy hotel residence come appare in foto, mentre l' hotel in questione è sulla main road e non quello all' interno del terminale 1, così che ho dobpvuto girare un po' con i bagagli prima di trovare Lub Sbuy quello prenotato. L' altro è un residence con appartamenti. La catena è la stessa ma la locazione è un' altra. Sono vicini , ma bisogna saperlo. Un' altra cosa era la coperta del letto un po' piccola per 2 persone per un letto grande..ma nulla di che...

- Amián (8/5): - Ubicación, limpio y amplio. No está en medio de todo el turismo y hay restaurantes locales. Precio, bus al lado. Cerca de ferry La ducha estaba atascada y no drenaba bien el agua, no nos lo repararon. Se iba el wifi y la luz mucho.

- Gabrielle (9/5): - It was in a great location, right in the centre of the old town. We arrived by bike and could securely store them at the hostel. Free coffee and tea in the morning was great. The room is quite basic and it stays quite musty due to having no window. But it was fine for 2 nights.

The girl at the information desk was super helpful and went out of the way to guide us through, especially with public transport systems. The bathroom hand shower needs to be fixed. But it’s manageable
- Katarzyna (6/5): You can have better for the price - Location is pretty nice, 10 min walk to old town, close to 7/11 and the laundromat, room and bathroom nice size, pretty clean Firstly AC started dripping after around half an hour of use, we went to the staff to report it, guy came gave us second towel on top of one we already put on the floor and said he would call someone tomorrow to fix it. For the four days of our stay nobody came to do anything, ac was dripping like crazy, sometimes just constantly pouring down water, so we had big puddle all the time. The door is very bad so you can hear everything from the corridor, especially today it was impassible to sleep because from 6 in the morning staff were doing so much noice, laughing, shouting. Little disrespectful Bed is also pretty hard and not comfortable, they also didn’t came to change our towels or clean up for three days

It's just a short distance from the bus terminal 1 where you can take the smart bus going to Patong, airport and other key areas in Phuket island. It is also a good walk to the Phuket Old Town. We stayed at room 303 and it stinks. Smells like dirty clothes that need washing. We're guessing it is because of the shower curtain.

There is free coffee and biuscuets in the morning at the lobby (useful to grab a snack if you are heading on an early trip in the morning). Room is small, there's no furniture at all. Recommendation to hostel: you could put a shelve or two at least to put down the luggage.

The balcony was wide with drying racks and overlooking the street. The front desk was extremely helpful with our queries like with operating the locker etc. It's within walking distance to 7-11, Terminal 1 bus stop and the Michelin recommended restaurant- Khao Tom Dibuk (must visit breakfast place). It was a great experience staying there. Highly recommended.

- Halbrock (7/5): It was Okay - It was fairly clean, although the bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit more often since they are shared. The owners were nice, and there is free coffee and cookies, which is a nice touch. The price-to-performance ratio wasn’t really good. We didn’t even have proper beds, just futons to sleep on, but it was a room for 3 people and we were just 2 so it was a bit to expensive for only two people. The bathroom wasn’t always very clean, and the rooms were very minimally equipped. Additionally, it takes almost an hour to get to Patong Beach in Phuket.

- Vacation617440 (8/5): Quiet hostel, 4 bed rooms, very clean - Very clean hostel, the rooms had suitable curtains and good AC, with friendly staff on reception - very easy to extend our visit. The location is good about 100 minutes walk from old town. There is no on site laundry but there is and old ladies shop about 4 minutes walk (google maps) who is very good with reasonable price. The cleaners were a bit strange just coming in, changing the AC but not the sheets or bin, which is fine for a couple nights stay in my opinion but service has been better elsewhere, otherwise there are no complaints, 4 bed dorms are a good size for keeping things quiet (this is clearly a hotel which has converted to a hostel). For the location the price is okay, not that cheap especially as its not a super social hostel though if that’s what you are looking for. I would recommend to travellers who want a more quiet place to stay
