Но при этом тихое зеленое место . Утром поют птицы. В отеле совсем не много было людей и было тихо и спокойно. Вид со второго этажа прекрасный. Ухоженная территория! Чистый бассейн! Матрасы на кроватях хорошие. Номера немного отличаются и если есть чайник и чашки, то в соседнем нет сейфа 😄 но это решается к обращению к персонажу. В санузле нет крючков для одежды и мало света.

• Capucine (4/5): Un personnel adorable dans un cadre malheureusement mal entretenu. - La localisation est pratique et le personnel est vraiment adorable, aussi bien à l’accueil que le propriétaire que j’ai eu la chance de rencontrer brièvement. Tous ont été très gentils et serviables, ce qui est appréciable. Malheureusement, la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur. L’intimité est quasi inexistante : la grande baie vitrée donne directement sur l’extérieur, et une fois les rideaux tirés, il n’y a plus aucune lumière naturelle. (De ma chambre en hauteur vu sur la piscine et l’accueil). J’ai également trouvé la chambre et la salle de bain dans un état de propreté décevant : draps tachés, déchets dans la poubelle (dont des emballages de préservatifs UTILISÉS), et présence d’insectes (morts ou vivants) mais abondants, notamment des fourmis rouges qui ont envahi l’évier le lendemain matin. Cela m’a empêchée de dormir sereinement et a rendu le séjour assez désagréable.

So friendly and helpfull and provided us with everything we needed. The breakfast is perfect and the room is fresh and comfortable! I highly recomend☺️ It’s a bit far from restaurants etc but if you rent a scooter that’s not really an issue.

• ElkePers (8/5): Goede, rustige uitvalsbasis om het zuiden van Bali te ontdekken - Gastheer Wayan en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en helpen waar ze kunnen. Heb je een vraag, whatsapp Wayan en binnen de kortste keren heb je antwoord. Heb je haardroger nodig, strijkijzer vraag het en kort daarop heb je deze. De kamers met airco zijn eenvoudig, maar netjes en heel goede bedden. Badkamer beschikt over goede douche, shampoo en handdoeken. Ontbijt heel eenvoudig maar lekker : omelet/scrambled eggs of spiegeleieren met een toast en eigen geteelde koffie en afsluiten met wat vers fruit. Enige minpuntje voor mij was dat er geen warm water in de douche was, voor de mannen minder een probleem, maar voor vrouwen kan het misschien onhandig zijn als je je haren wil wassen en bv. conditioner gebruikt.

Al check out il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha regalato una busta di caffè. Posizione discreta , possibilità di noleggiare lo scooter in loco . Spartano ma ok per due , tre giorni.

• Olena (6/5): Чистое постельное и на этом всё - Белоснежное постельное белье. Очень удобная кровать. Приветливый хозяин. Кухня грязная, в микроволновке опарыши, ванные комнаты очень грязные. Мы сменили 2 комнаты, так как невозможно было спать из за запаха. Искали жильё на месяц но убежали через пару дней. Очень далеко от всего, вообще ничего в округе нет. Ни кафе ни магазинов.
• Rudy (7/5): It was a very good stay, nice small room to accommodate my 4 days.will return again and if they had shuttel to the touri - Pak Wayan and his wife own this lovely place. They treat their guests like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home. The location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay in Bali. I would highly recommend it to friends visiting the island.Worth the money. The fan in the toilet could get very noisy some time.

• Isabelle (4/5): Disappointing - Unfortunately the room was dirty, the walls were dirty, the bathroom needs a deep clean, no soap or shampoo. Only a very thin bedsheet (no blanket) so we were very cold at night. The staff were very nice.

• Nick (8/5): Cozy stay in a quiet part of Nusa Dua - Avisara is located in a quiet pocket of Nusa Dua. No traffic noise at all. The pool was great, and the staff were super attentive to anything we needed. Nice cafe about 5 minutes walk away that has great brunch and dinner, and a quick Gojek or Gocar away to anywhere else in the area. Not the place if you want easy access to convenience stores or party areas, but great for a relaxing stay. We also had Wayan’s brother drive us to Ubud for the day - super helpful! Bathrooms could use some work but we’re not terrible by Indonesia or Bali standards. Good hot water and water pressure.

The beds are comfy and there are some kitchen facilities to use for the guests It might be a bit far out if you don't have a bike. Or if you don't mind taking taxi's.

Tv didn't work, which didn't bother me to be fair, no hot water, mentioned it on check out and was told they didn't have any 🙄 would of been nice to be told this on check in. People having a party til 2am using the pool, the place isn't set up for it as every room opens out to the pool. Could do with a midnight curfew.

They made our stay so pleasant that we decided to stay one night longer. The room was very spacious, with a view on the swimming pool and nature around. Far from the main road, so it was very silent. Possibility to rent a scooter at the Villa. There were some water leakages in the bathroom. There are no closeby restaurants or shops, you need a scooter or taxi to move around.

• Md (1/5): Paid 500k idr for one night which is a total waste of money. The place is located in a cramped street. Driver had to rev - Actually didn't like it at all. The room had bad smell from paint or something. Then there were no brush or paste in the room. Water was clogging in bathroom. Light was very dim in room as well as toilet. There was just one person as a staff who couldn't understand English. But was still trying his best to cooperate. But it looked like he was Owners servant rather than staff there. Extremely unhappy with booking.com rating. Looks like a horror house at night.
• Shetty (5/5): Passable - I was extremely disappointed with Avisara:( Didn't have value for money was super expensive and didn't have basic amenities like hot water, I booked three deluxe rooms and was given only two and one room with single single beds, the bathroom had a typical stink and wasn't clean the owner kept staying other rooms were occupied and denied giving us deluxe room however the rooms looked like they were used by their staff themselves, since I already paid online I couldn't even walk away. I was quite unhappy with my stay at Avisara

They don’t offer butter for the toasts, toilet fan of room was broken and noisy, not intimacy curtains in the room, so everyone can see inside the room. Toilet WC seat was broken and the toilet was flushing water to the floor. Also stuff doesn’t speak English, only owners can speak English. The roads to the hotel were broken, and not secure. Also the owner didn’t inform us about extra fee payments for cards, and he charged extra 3% for card payment. We asked him to contact Booking.com, but he refused. Also he refused to give a proper invoice or bill. The one he sent was fake, not proper tax invoice. Really disgusting experience of payment. Not recommendable at all.

• Nikola (4/5): Unfortunately, I wouldn't go there again. - The staff were very polite, and the swimming pool was okay. If you prefer a quiet place, this would be a good choice to consider. You can hire a scooter at the property. I was very disappointed because, according to Booking, this stay has a 4-star rating, which it definitely shouldn't have. Upon receiving the room key and opening the door, I was close to tears – the air conditioning wasn't working, and the room had a terrible smell. The odor was a mix of mold and old stuff if you know what I mean. I requested a different room due to the excessive humidity and strong mold smell. They gave us another room where the air conditioning was functional, but unfortunately, the strong mold smell persisted. The location was in the middle of nowhere, but that's on us as we should have paid closer attention to the stay's location. If you wish to explore restaurants, you'll need to book a taxi or rent a scooter as there's nothing around. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

• Fazail (8/5): Very good - Good value for money. Overall nice and cosy villa. Very clean. Privacy can be an issue since the ground floor rooms are facing the main courtyard and everyone can see into your room. The hotel staff is a little chaotic.

The rooms were clean and the pool was lovely The kitchen was sometimes a bit dirty, it just needed a deep clean but we didn’t use it too much. It was too far to walk anywhere but grab/ hire motorbike was easy.

• Gaurav (4/5): What you pay is what you get - Owners and staff (total 3 people) are very welcoming and sweet talking people. They have limited variety of breakfast which they cook themselves in their little kitchen and serve with happy faces. Wifi was good. It is essentially a guest house, not a villa or suite. It was OK for the price mentioned on booking.com however while making the actual payment at the property, I was billed almost double per night on the pretext of the extra bed we requested in the room for our kid. A $30 per night for extra bed in a room which itself costs $40 per night is a rip off. My bad that I did not notice the "per night" after 300K idr in the message owner sent to me. Generally, extra bed costs $10 per day in other hotels/gueshouses.

Makes up for all the shortcomings!! - It's a nice place with an excellent positive and proactive owner and his family who are there to help you during the stay. Basic facilities are good however with time property is deteriorating I guess. Overall decent play to stay! The room cleaning everyday is not done properly. Breakfast pictures as shown are a little misleading as it very frugal while it is served very affectionately. Towels were very poor standard...old and had holes. The drive to the property is on a very bad road and Google takes you to some very narrow alleys to get there!!

• Karen (8/5): Spacious room, great price. - Spacious room, great price, friendly hosts, nice little pool. Being there during the national school holidays. Some of the other guests (Indonesians from out of town, whole families) were leaving their mess in the common areas, being noisy and crass, blocking the access to my room, blocking my motorbike in the parking area. After they left, the place was great. Something in the bathroom kept leaking water (clean) so the bathroom floor was always a bit wet on one side, despite me leaving the extractor fan on all the time.
