• Valeria (8/5): - Struttura relativamente nuova. Bell appartamento. Se ben si trova a quasi 2.5 km del centro se può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Cmq e ben collegata della tranvía C. Direi che tutto sommato buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Quello che mi ha fatto infastidire che il microonda non funzionava. La ho fatto presente il primo giorno giusto perché avevo comprato della roba da mangiare da scaldare. I. 3 GG non sono stati capaci di darmi una soluzione: o cambiare il microonda, o cambiare appartamento o sistemarlo...hanno lasciato stare... Il fatto di prendere i appartamento e proprio per cucinare qualcosa o fare colazione. Ho dovuto usare padelle e pentole e ripulire ogni volta avendo un microonda anche lo avrebbe risolto in 2 minuti senza sporcare.
• YU HEI (10/5): Spacious room and nice staff - The room was very spacious and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and convenient to make simple meals. Air conditioning worked fine and it was useful during summer in Bordeaux. The staff were all nice and helpful. There may not be many things around the hotel but it is not from a far distance from tram so still easy to get around. Overall we had a great stay, but would be happier if there can be refill of coffee/tea capsules in the room given we stayed a few nights there and there was no refill during our stay.
• Beatriz (2/5): DO NOT BOOK - **DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE** Far from the city center in a neighborhood without any restaurants around. This location is not for tourists. Building is outdated and dirty, even hallways were dirty and walls all scratched. Room carpet was dirty and stained, bathroom was smelly and very outdated. Kitchen utensils were absolutely horrible and dirty. Even the fire alarm was on when we got to our room. We had to leave immediately as beds had signs of bedbugs. Again DO NOT BOOK as this place is nothing like the pictures shown. After saying we were not satisfied with our room they did not offered any options and did not gave a refund as we had prepaid through Hotels.com
• Aidan (10/5): Perfekt med forkert info om checkin tid - Det var perfekt men siger at man først kan check in 16:00 men det var muligt allerede kl:13:00 så røg der 3 timer jeg kunne have brugt til noget andet. Ellers var stedet perfekt med verdens sødeste folk i reception. Tæt på spotvogn og supermarkeder . 20 minutter og så er man i byen.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Average stay. - Staff were great. Unfortunately the walls are thin and it was noisy. The AC is also centrally controlled and won’t go below 21. If I’m choosing a room with AC I want to be able to choose my temperature. I won’t stay here again. Parking was €15 a night for a motorcycle, the most I’ve ever had to pay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Not nice checking in - First room wasn't cleaned, actually bed sheets were dirty; beds made seemed okay but when you look closely you see hair and body hair!! Unbelievable! Then when I arrived to the reception desk she asked whether I took photo??! I said yes and showed the awful photos she changed the room telling me I have to give back the old room key to her when all is done! anyway we found the second room was not nice like the first one (literally no view), when giving the old key back I explained the situation but reception woman was not warm at all really. Anyway, asked if it was possible to pay the city tax later (all very beginning) she said no! It had to be paid at that minute but giving a clean room at first time no possible huh? And 2 days later asked for a 2 dozettes of espresso for the machine in the room , they charged immediately the 2 Euros, I was expecting maybe a nice gesture like offering at least 2 espresso upon that terrible check in! Another time, non merci.

Box do banheiro não tinha fechamento de vidro total, somente metade, e isso acarreta molhação do piso do banheiro. Chuveiro tinha pouca pressão de água. A localização é muito longe dos locais de interesse.

Our room was a studio with facilities to cook and eat should we wish to. The room was large and clean with on suite shower and the beds comfy. On a busy road, but not too noisy with window closed.

Le tram C est au bout de l'avenue à 5 mn à pied, il emmène direct au centre ville, gare etc. Commerces boulangerie, Monoprix très proches. A recommander, lors d'un prochain séjour à Bordeaux je sais où venir !
• Charlotte (6/5): Bof - A notre arrivée la chambre n'étais pas prête 1h d'attente. Refus de prendre ma carte bleue "on ne prend pas votre carte" La réceptionniste bien son collègue pas aimable. La chambre: propre mes les peintures s'écaillent ,des fissures, la moquette blanchis, le porte serviette abîmé tâche d'humidité dans la salle de bain. Les couloirs son bruyant, les portes claques... Le petit-déjeuner très bien bcp de choix l'équipe sympa. Par contre pour rendre le budget parking....d'un pénible vraiment. Bilan ça passe pour 1 nuit vite fait mais pas plus.

Le gel douche était vide, l'evier salle de bain ne fermait pas, machine à café à 2 euro. Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner à 9h il restait deux petits bouts de fromage que nous avons pris, le plat est resté vide pour les deux familles qui sont arrivés 10 min après nous! Hôtel non fumeurs (très bien) mais aucun aménagement extérieur, ne serait-ce un cendrier.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Appart’City Bordeaux Chartons - The apartment was great, very spacious and bright, it has good shower and nice small kitchen. What was really important that it has an air conditioner and it worked very good, as we stayed during the hottest days in July (+42 C). Check in and check out was very fast and easy. Stuff is helpful and seems to be very friendly.

El año de la habitación olía mal pedí el cambio de habitación, me dieron otra. El piso de ducha muy deslizante. Garaje no estaba disponible pero tienes un Parking público free al frente del hotel. Conveniente.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Hubo un error en la reserva. Solicité una habitación con cama de matrimonio y me asignaron una con dos camas. La puerta corredera del armario estaba desencajada y no cerraba correctamente.

Goed ontbijt, beperkt maar toch ruim voldoende, werd goed aangevuld.(brood, stokbroodje, briochebrood, toastbrood, cakeje, croissant, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, kaas, charcuterie, confituur, honing, koffie, warme choco, thee, fruitsap, water) Super onthaal en service. Prima ligging ook qua openbaar vervoer (bushalte voor de deur, tram op 7min te voet of 2 busstops) Kitchenette was volledig geëquipeerd. Een minpuntje dat ons niet echt stoorde: slechts 1 stoel aanwezig en maar 1 kledinghanger van de 4 die niet stuk was. (Niets van vermeld omdat we de kamer niet veel gebruikten)

• Sue (2/5): Scared by Hotels.com and their hotels! - We cancelled this hotel as we had all of our money and cards stolen in Barcelona. When I let these people know what did they do charged me for my stay! Accessed my bank account when I couldn’t absolute corruption!
• Rahamim (10/5): Fortement recommandé !! - מלון מצוין!!! חדר מאוד גדול ונוח, נקי מאוד. צ'ק אין מהיר. מיטה נוחה. תחנת אוטובוס דקה מהמלון. תחנת רכבת במרחק 5 דק הליכה.. מומלץ מאוד!! Excellent hôtel !!! Chambre très grande et confortable, très propre. Enregistrement express. Lit confortable. Un arrêt de bus minute de l'hôtel. Une gare est à 5 minutes à pied .. Fortement recommandé !!
• Lynette (10/5): - The staff here truly was the best part about my stay. In particular, Gregory and Alexander (two of the front desk associates) went out of their way to make sure that I was accommodated when a personal, difficult, and unexpected situation arose during my stay. The compassion and customer service that both of these associates displayed was unbelievably amazing. While the room was clean and comfortable, I would have to say the best part of this stay was the customer service shown by the front desk associates.
