Next morning when flipped, I noticed a lot of blood stains and some other stains in the comforter.What they have changed is even dirtier. Send pictures to the hotel. Even the floors and bed frame are with so much dust.Totally disappointed.

So i pun tkde nk tkr blik, sbb nk kemas kemas and siap utk checkout. so i decide to comment that issue kpd staff masa pulagkan kunci. Respon staff “oh memang banyak bilik macam tu”. I harapakan staff say sorry at first. but nottttt. I said soooo WOWWW then trus gerak ke pintu keluar. Masa tu bru terdgr staff tu say sorry in a slow version. Thank You

• Leong (3/5): Hygiene and Maintenance Issues made the Overall Experience Unpleasant - Unfortunately, this stay was not a good experience. The bedsheet was stained, and there were bed bugs around the bed, which caused significant discomfort and concern. Due to this, my colleague had to request a room change. Additionally, the sink was clogged and could not be used properly. Although the stay was only for one night, the hygiene and maintenance issues made it unpleasant. Overall, not a satisfactory experience and improvements are definitely needed.

• Sue (7/5): Repeated stay. Mainly coz of location. - Clean. Good location. Just nice. The housekeeping did not close the room door tightly after cleaning. We went out for several hours and surprised the roomdoor was not tightly closed but the room was cleaned up nice and neat by housekeeping. Luckily nothing went missing.. Praying area in the room was very limited. The praying room was always locked. Non smiley front desk staffs. This is our multiple times stayed here. They were never smiley.. maybe stressed.

• Nur Aqilah (3/5): Overall, my stay was very disappointing due to poor room cleanliness, faulty amenities, and unprofessional service. Whil - It’s convenient.. location wise This is my first time writing such a long review about a stay, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our experience. I was staying with my mother, and everything that happened made me feel especially upset for her. The most serious issue was the ironing board provided in the room, which was extremely dirty and had a very unpleasant smell (human poo). This was unacceptable and made us question the cleanliness of the room overall. In general, the room was not properly cleaned. The mini fridge was also damaged and unusable at first, although it was later replaced by the staff. Additionally, the television and telephone in the room were essentially unusable. There were no TV channels available due to poor signal, and the telephone did not work at all. Because of this, my sister had to go down to the reception in person to report the issues, as she could not contact the front desk from the room. The only positive aspect of this stay was the location, which is very convenient. I sincerely hope the management will conduct proper inspections before guests arrive. Lastly, my sister did not receive any apology from the receptionist who handled our complaint. The way she spoke made it feel as though the issues were our fault, which was very disappointing. For your reference, we had only been in the room for about five minutes when we discovered these problems, clearly indicating that they were caused by either the previous guest or insufficient cleaning. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations.
