• Alexander Agafonov (10/5): - Расположение просто идеальное - в самом центре старого города, в двух шагах от набережной. Дали возможность выбрать номер - взял с видом на море. Сам номер небольшой, но вполне уютный. Дружелюбный хозяин, неплохие завтраки. Хороший вариант, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней. Турецкие песни прямо под окном, но они обычно до 12 ночи уже заканчивались.
• Edda (8/5): Audenthisch - Es ist ein sehr, sehr schönes altes Haus mit einem kleinen Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist schlicht und schön gestaltet. Die Lage ist genial, man ist schnell überall von Kaleici. Leider war abends sehr laute Musik von den umliegenden Bars und Restaurants. Zum Glück war ich out-of-Season und der Pensionsbesitzer unkompliziert, so konnte ch Zimmer Wechsel in eine andere Ecke des Hauses, wo viel mehr Ruhe war.

• Joseph (8/5): - Beautiful old building in the heart of Old Town Antalya with a really lovely patio and breakfast area. Rooms are cosy and the owner was a good lad really helpful and up for a chat. Nice breakfast and a well looked after place. If you're driving it's a little tricky to get through the narrow streets in the old town. Shower needed a bit of work doing.

See below re pool but owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect- accommodated our needs including airport transport There was no onsite pool and from the photos it looked like there was- turkey was very hot while we were there but the owner was so kind and gained us access to the neighbouring pool which we had to ourselves and it was so beautiful- it actually made the trip!! J'ai trouvé que l'hôtel était calme et paisible par rapport à son entourage où il y avait bcp d'ambiance puisque la cartier est très animé, beau et plein de touristes. Les chambres sont un peu petite (nous étions 03) malgré que le gérant a accepté de nous donner une autre chambre avec un meilleur ordonnancement des lits

Очень дружелюбный персонал, владелец принимает решения в пользу гостей. В пяти минутах ходьбы от платного пляжа (обратно подъем в гору). Мало тени. В реальности скромнее, нежели на фото. Иногда в соседних виллах гости ведут себя ночью громко.

• William (10/5): Ideal for local knowledge, and a friendly welcome in the Old Town. - Our stay at Mavi & Ani Pansiyon was a highlight of our week along the Turquoise coast. The location in the Old Town is ideal (of course, it can be noisy with neighbouring bars at night, so pack ear plugs). The hosts were extremely helpful with local knowledge and suggestions, all of which we followed. The outside area is very comfortable, with resident cats and tortoises. Breakfast was delicious (love the homemade cakes and tarts!)

Разнообразные завтраки, были каждый день фрукты. Удобные кровати, мы выспались, и не просыпались ночью. Расположение супер, очень аутентично, в старом городе. Рядом много кафе и магазинов Ванная комната и номер маленькие, немного пыльно было, но все недостатки перекрывают плюсы

Розетка одна на всю комнату. На антресольном этаже вообще нет розеток и очень жарко, т.к. кондиционер висит низко, дует на кровать. Звукоизоляции нет, все гуляния-крики с улицы слышны до ночи.

The location in Kaleici is ideal, and the staff are extremely helpful; they helped us to organize daytrips and tours to the numerous ancient sites in the vicinity of Antalya. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, and the view from the balcony where it is located is great.

• Makhmutov (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed staying at this boarding house in the Kaleichi district of Antalya. Our room was cozy, with a stunning view of the sea and mountains - such views give the rest a special atmosphere and color. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town. Walking along the narrow streets among beautiful historic houses, you feel the real atmosphere of Antalya. There are many cozy restaurants and interesting places for walks nearby. Special thanks to the owners - Harun and his wife Gul. They were very hospitable and attentive, thanks to them we felt at home. We recommend this place to everyone who wants to feel the spirit of old Antalya and enjoy a holiday in a pleasant atmosphere

• Alexandra (9/5): Felt really good here. It’s a cozy place and the owner is a great friendly guy. - We liked that we were living right in the Old Town. The owner was very friendly and spoke really good english. He helped us with everything we needed, and he even called us a taxi when we got back to the airport. It sure needs a lot of improvement, mostly in the bathroom, but it didnt really affect our time staying there. The breakfast was kind of poor, didnt really enjoyed it, but overall was ok. If you’re a coffee lover, don’t expect having a coffee here, because they only serve instant coffee, no espresso.

Location is near the beach and middle of the town. 10 mins walk from bus stop if you taking public transport. Overall we had great time. Mosquito come out in the evening.
• Anna (10/5): Comfortable home like stay - We were mother and daughter duo, travelling alone, first time in Antalya. Felt very safe in this Pansiyon. Excellent location in historic centre: in the midst of things but just tucked away to not be bang in the middle of busy busy streets. It feels very peaceful despite being 1 minute from the main street that runs from the sea to the Hadrian tower. Area is mostly pedestrian as streets are narrow and atmospheric. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was very tasty with various Turkish dishes cooked fresh every day. House is large and a real home with authentic Turkish granny and grandpa who watch soap operas in the morning :). Gul and Harun are both very kind and helpful, and there always someone around to help or answer questions. If you want a comfortable home like stay, in a safe place with kind and helpful people - this is a place. We really liked it.

• Sybil (3/5): Not as expected - 2 good things: the location in Kaleiçi and the roaming turtles in the garden The room was just terrible. If I wanted an hostel I would have booked a hostel. The room (allegedly for 3 people, but we were 2) was very small with no space whatsover for luggages. The room was dirty, with still the dirty towels of the previous guest left in the closet. The toilet bowl (meaning the whole toilet) was detaching from the floor and wobbly. Just one power outlet in the room: one... in a 3 pp room!

• Daniil (5/5): The hotel needs renovation and better service - The location is just best, right in the center of the old town. The staff is pretty friendly and they always try to help. In the first night we were given an awful room: one lamp was hanging on its wire, there was no cabin for a shower and it was very dusty. In the next day, we moved to other room which was a little better, but also pretty dirty, with broken holder for the shower and with only 1 plug socket near 2 beds. They don't even take out the trash, you have to do it yourself: take the packet out of a container and place it near your room's door. Maybe it's fine for the price, I just expected a little more.

• Kotschy (8/5): Great ambiance, particularly outside the hot season. - Location in a quiet street but in the hearth of the old town. A glimpse of traditional way of living, style/atmosphere of the building. AC in the room is OK, the rest of the building can get hot (it was 36C outside). Very helpful owners. We came by car and finding the entrance to the old town was not trivial. We were frightened by the barrier that we should have crossed. Room is quite small and Turkish style (no chair or table), which is OK if you come mentally prepared and you are physically flexible.

• Daniel (7/5): Great location and breakfast - Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and nice. We had an issue with the shower head, and they fixed it the same day. The room was spacious enough for 2. The room was clean enough. The room we stayed in had a great view of the mountains. The location is great. There is smoking in the breakfast area (it's indoor/outdoor mixed with free air exchange, so you can often smell smoke even if you're in the indoor portion), but this is common across all of Turkiye, so not specific to this hotel. The sheets and towels sometimes had stains on them. This was common across the other hotels we stayed in in Turkiye in this price range. At least in the room we stayed in, we could hear loud music (thump, thump, thump, thump) until late at night. We didn't hear it every night, so there is some variability. Earplugs were sufficient to fall asleep.

• Shazia (10/5): Everything was lovely! - Everything was lovely. Staff where super helpful - thank you Saleem for all the advice and for being very helpful. All staff where very accommodating especially when we had to leave early in the morning and they quickly made us some breakfest. Rooms where nice and unique - the beds are like floor beds and they where very comfortable. AC worked very well and so did the WiFi- super quick. Outside in the lounge there was a beautiful area to sit on, sadly it was too hot for us to sit in there. View of the rooms was beautiful it is right in the center of the old city so u can see the lovely sea from your window. Location is AMAZING. Close to everything- roads are tight so if your getting a taxi bare that in mind but it's a lovely place to work around. Since it's in the center at night you can hear the music from restaurants and it usually stops around 12am. Breakfest was lovely, different everyday. Saleem made us a lovely omelette for us which was very tasty. There was a quite tortuous and little buggies which was lovely to look at whilst eating. We really enjoyed our stay at Mavi and Ani and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much. Some of the doors- bathroom door did not lock properly however did not ruin our holiday.

• Michelle (8/5): Welcoming to strangers who feel they leave as friends - The property is a quaint vintage house. If you are looking for modern architecture this is not the place for you. This property oozes character of days gone by. The staff here go above and beyond to help you have a good stay. The home cooked breakfast was a healthy start to the day. Very delicious pancakes. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Only my own anticipation that the rooms are larger.
