• silvia (8/5): Si volvemos a Londres repetiremos en este hotel - La ubicacion excelente, el personal muy amable y las habitaciones limpias y con todo lo necesario para estar un par de dias en Londres. La cafeteria esta bien para tomar cafe o una copa y el desayuno bastante completo. Lo malo de la habitacion que os toco es que daba a la calle y se escuchaba el trafico aunque no nos molesto para descansar. Lo que mas nos molesto fue el tema de la limpieza por la mañana, la limpiadora justo dejaba el carro de limpieza junto a nuestra puerta y nos despertabamos con todo el trajin de la limpieza.

• Jonathan (7/5): Good place to stay for business trip - First impression was that the room was a bit small with old furnishings and I was not so impressed. However I slept extremely well, much better than at home! So it ended up being a very good choice for me. The location is very good. It's a fairly quite area of London, but there is still plenty in the area to see and do and the center of London is very reachable by foot. It's also only 10 minutes' walk from Euston station. The buffet breakfast was very good.

• SoupGirl (7/5): Great Location - The art deco theme in front of house is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Convenient location near 2 tube stations. Area felt safe as a lone female. The bedroom wasn't anything special. Room overlooked the main road and garden, so was noisy all through the night, hence the complementary earplugs. Overpriced for a 3 star hotel with bedroom that needs redecorating. The bedroom curtains were rubbish as they were thin and didn't close properly. Bedroom lights were far too bright.

Location excellent. 1. No air conditioning. Open or close a window for vent. Like 1970s. 2. Shower over bath.. A step of 20 plus inches to access a narrow based bath. .Any older guest with any mobility issue could not use the shower. 3. In the bar staff clearly lacked training. I ordered drinks. Told the barman I didn't want food. Thirty seconds later another member of staff brought us menus. Five minutes later. No drinks. They lost my order. Was given a poorly poured pint of Guinness. And a single rum and coke. £17.60. I was in a better hotel in Dublin earlier this month. Better service. Trained. And better value for money. Disappointed.
• Inma (8/5): Todo bien para ser un tres estrellas en Londres. - Muy buena relación calidad, precio por la zona de Londres en la que está y el precio de los hoteles en estos momentos. Que no tuviese aire acondicionado, por las mañanas hacía un poco de frío en la habitación, la caldera estaba apagada por la mañana. Para la época de calor tenían preparado un ventilador.

Very expensive. London really is poor value for money as a whole. We got far superior accomodation for a fraction of the price elsewhere in Europe.

• Emilio B. (7/5): Centrico. - Ubicación: muy cerca del British Museum y a unos 30 min., andando, de Trafalgar Square. Bien comunicado por metro y autobus. Habitación: la habitación doble con dos camas es del tamaño justo para acomodar el equipaje y con un pequeño armario para la ropa. El cuarto de baño también justo. Las camas nos resultaron confortables. Tenía tomas USB (antiguas y modernas), en la mesa de apoyo y encima de la mesita de noche. Wifi: no es una red segura, pero en nuestra habitación se cogía bien la red de datos 5G Desayuno tipo buffet con un amplio abanico de opciones y, en lo que nosotros probamos, de correcta calidad. El personal, en lo que necesitamos, amable y profesional (en nuestro caso ninguno hablaba español). El lavabo (al menos el de nuestra habitación) era tan pequeño que hacía dificil lavarse los dientes, las manos y, como la estantería para dejar las cosas de aseo personal está justo encima del lavabo y pegando a él, resulta imposible lavarse la cara (salvo que no te importe dejar el suelo lleno de agua). Teníamos que hacerlo en la bañera (ésta sí, de tamaño habitual).

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, behulpzame medewerkers. Nette kamers en badkamer Ontbijt was geweldig; heel uitgebreid, vers, producten werden constant aangevuld.

• Akari (1/5): Terrible awful hotel - Nothing. The worst stay ever. When I went to reception at 13:40, I was told that check-in didn’t start until 14:00. I waited in the lobby. When I went back to reception at 14:05, I was told that my room wasn’t ready yet. I was getting increasingly suspicious, but I waited again. When I went to reception for the third time at 14:15, I was told the room still wasn’t ready. Finally, I told the reception staff, ‘I’ve kept to the time, so you should keep to it too,’ and they gave me a room. It was the worst check-in experience due to the poor service from the staff. It was as if primary school children were working there. They were unable to adapt to the situation and are unfit to work as hotel staff. Furthermore, on the morning of my second night, I was woken by the sound of something large and heavy falling. Wondering what it was, I went to the door of my room and found that the bathroom curtain rail had fallen into the bathtub. I phoned reception immediately. A housekeeper came and told me not to worry, that they would fix it straight away. I was terrified at the thought of what might have happened if it had fallen whilst I was in the shower, so I asked to be moved to another room, but this was refused. The staff simply reattached the curtain rail and left. By this point, I had nothing but mistrust, and I was too scared to use the bathroom. After returning home, I submitted a complaint and requested a refund via Booking.com, but they refused that too. How can they charge money when neither the service nor the rooms meet even the most basic standards? There isn’t a single professional on staff. They put staff before guests. A hotel with outdated facilities that are in danger of breaking. I will never stay there again.

• Nanako (10/5): We had a very comfortable stay. I would stay again in the future. - Was very clean and roomy for the money. Also it was less than a 10 min walk to The British Museum . A few bus stop to Euston so very convenient location. If I have to pick one, our room was at the end of the building so the walking was long. But not that big of a deal.
• Ana (8/5): Loved staying in this hotel in the heart of Bloomsbury. - Loved the location and the cosy bar and restaurant. Breakfast was good but always so busy - i guess because it's so good and good value. :-)

• Vad (7/5): Bra valuta - Knall beliggenhet, bra frokost, rent og pent. Blandebatterier var montert for langt fra vasken, så vann rant ut på gulvet.
• Stephanie (7/5): Convenient and clean but rooms are too hot - The location is very convenient when using St Pancras Station. The breakfast was extensive and well prepared. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable with nice bed linen. There was plentiful hot water and the shower was good. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was extremely stuffy and hot despite outside temperatures being only 15c and in April. The windows have restrictors on them so can only be opened very slightly. Despite having the windows open all afternoon and overnight the room was still very uncomfortably stuffy and I found it difficult to sleep. Air con would be highly desirable. I dread to think what it's like in the height of the summer. For this reason only I will not be staying at this hotel again, which is a shame as everything else about it was very good.

• Ella (10/5): Very good hotel at a good location not expensive - Very clean and beautiful hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Good location few minutes from Euston Train station , 1 minute from bus stop. restaurants and supermarket just across the corner. Big and comfortable bed. The bathroom is a little small , especially the the sink and the tap a little difficult to wash your hands ' but you can manage. No other complaints.

• bruce (8/5): good place to stay. - excellent breakfast. Staff was exceedingly friendly. Well run hotel nothing to do with the hotel. our only problem was that since Russell Square was our local station, and since it is only served by the Piccadilly Line, we were inconvenienced when it was closed for two days. Next time I am in London I will stay at a hotel near an underground served by multiple lines. That is not the hotel's fault

• Andrea (8/5): - Good location for a conference held nearby. I got a free upgrade for a better room which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and the bed was absolutely amazing! Breakfast could have been a bit better, bacon was cold, sausages seemed to be very cheap. There tends to be a queue at 7 am before the breakfast starts, staff ask everyone their room number, name, number of people, food allergies. Then you get a table allocated by another member of staff. It is ok if you are not in hurry, everyone was very friendly and professional. It is noisy at night if your room is in the inner part of the building, it is not too bad if you close windows

• Herman (10/5): Don’t hesitate. - Well located hotel in the heart of London, although the neighbourhood is rather calm. Most friendly people. Nice rooms, though I don’t like the carpets, but that’s typical Britain I think. Excellent breakfast, fresh, opulent choice. Was there one week, I had never to wait for the elevator, not once.

• LORI (8/5): Lovely place and very clean and quiet. I hope to stay again… with my bicycle. - Location and beautiful rooms I brought my vintage bicycle for an event there (tweed run)- called ahead and was told I could store in safe place. Stored it for the 2night I was there. Then on my last day I was told they don’t store bicycles and I couldn’t bring it next year. Very different staff views!
• Thomas (8/5): - Ich hab ein Upgrade von einem EZ in ein DZ erhalten. Das Zimmer war geräumig und ansprechen ausgestattet (mit kleinem Safe) und Wasserkocher (für Kaffee-/Teezubereitung). Das Zimmer hatte eine separate Toilette (nicht im Bad selbst). Kostenlose - WLAN. Nichts! Hinweis: Klimaanlage habe ich nicht entdeckt. Sollte keine vorhanden sein, könnte es in Sommermonaten entsprechend warm werden.
