Guest Reviews
- Travel60206542282 (10/5): Fabulous place to stay - Stayed here overnight on our way to Venice. First rate welcome from Michele and a decent travelodge room. Ordered Pizza expecting normal kind of oven heated fare but got a first class pizza, proper Italian pizza (we should know our daughter and son in law own a Pizzaria) . It was delivered with a friendly smile and lovely chat from Graham, who cooked it. Totally unexpected quality of food and service. Travelodge deserve a pat on the back for employing these two exceptional members of staff. Really set us up for our holiday. Staff are everything in terms of hospitality!
- E9101YPcraigo (10/5): Great Hotel - Great service, and great stay. Diane at reception and David in the kitchen gave a smooth and flawless breakfast service. 100% would recommend
- petercT8575NS (10/5): Great place to stay - Wonderful customer service and great location
- wallace841 (2/5): As a paying customer don’t do it - Honestly what a shock to see the clientele housed here.
Smell of cigarette smoke in foyer and room was unacceptable. Packs of men hanging around late at night left me feeling unsafe. Language from resident guests at breakfast unacceptable. Poor staff doing their best to cover up the situation.
- GrandTour10707004726 (2/5): Step up Travelodge - Not a good impression when we walked through the door. Very strong smell cigarette smoke in the foyer which was over run with men hanging around.
The first room we refused as it was smelling of stale cigarette smoke.
We were given another room which was better, staff were helpful and offered a free breakfast.
I was a bit unsure and uncomfortable at the clientele hovering around inside and outside the building .
Sadly I won’t return due to guests that are housed there, one commented it wasn’t her choice to be there. As a paying customer it was my choice which unfortunately won’t be repeated.
- Baistow (10/5): Great value and friendly staff - Right from arrival we were made to feel most welcome. The team were friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing too much bother. We were only sorry our visit lasted just one night. Food was very nice, beer cold and a good nights rest, nice vibe to the hotel.
- christinepH465IZ (10/5): Warm and welcoming staff. Clean room and nice food. - From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by the staff who were chatty and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I value cleanliness and although the hotel is basic ( not a criticism) the room I stayed in was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and body wash. I would like to thank Diane L for being attentive - Levi McBride Assistant Manager for being helpful and James Drury - hotel manager - nothing was too much trouble and he greeted all guests with the same friendly manner. I will be travelling to Renfrewshire quite a bit and will definitely stay again.
- VeniceBabe (10/5): Fabulous hotel! Friendly and Clean! - Manager James and every single staff member were fabulous! They made my nine night stay a real pleasure!
My room was immaculate, as it was on the other two stays I've had, once just last week, Feb 2.
- Y8122ZEdannyk (10/5): Good hotel, great staff - I’ve stayed in this hotel for around 8 months on and off ranging from 4 night to 20 nights at a time with work, the hotel is clean, quiet and has everything you need
The rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and tea coffee ect topped up everyday
The cleaners do a great job of keeping the noise down around the do not disturb signs, with me working nights I was never woken or had my sleep interrupted and once I woke up If the cleaners was still around they were more than happy to do my room even late on in the the day!
the manager of the hotel James could not do anymore to make your stay exactly what it needs to be great guy and the night worker I never managed to catch his name but had a brief chat with him every morning as I returned from work went out of his way numerous times to let me in my room as I’m not the best at remembering to take my room card with me the two staff deserve the recognition for making the guests welcome and providing help through the stays
Overall nice place to stop, clean with great staff
- W1288VGjamesm (10/5): Great for early morning travel - Nice quite travelodge and within walking distance of Glasgow Airport great for early morning travel room clean and was a good size
- J4440IYcatherineg (10/5): Very good stay at Glasgow Airport. - Very clean room and reasonably priced.
Staff were welcoming and professional. Would not hesitate to book again .
- 822neilf (10/5): Excellent stay - I stayed in room 24 which is a disabled room. The room is the best I have ever stayed in for someone in a wheelchair. Big space to turn, and the doors open nice and wide. The bathroom is a wet room has rails and a shower seat. Getting to the room the corridor door is easy to push or pull. Overall one of the best places I have stayed it for a wheelchair.
- tb778899 (2/5): Beneath budget, truly appalling. - The car parking is a paid via an unlit machine, staff were rushed off thier feet, uncaring and just couldnt care less. The meal deal was a scam, most items off the menu, the sizzling chicken was disgusting. The room was freezing cold, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy but for the money it was not worth it. Stay nearby at the Moxy or Hilton. Never again.
- I2622KGwillys (6/5): NOISY - Room was excellent. Warm clean. So no faults there. The main problem was the room next door. What an absolute racket. Reached out on social media to Travelodge. Was fearing for my safety. Absolute rubbish response.
- AlexLRussell (10/5): 5 Star - 5 Star service and very great costomer service and welcoming staff and friendly also i noticed that it also welcomed dogs and any place that welcomes animals is always a good shout
- Shedload (8/5): Good Hotel - Easy to find right near the airport. A strict 15 minute free drop off is in place so be careful, the carpark is managed by Horizon who are apparently unforgiving. We had to wait in a que to check in so only just managed to escape under the time allowed.
If you are leaving car there it is a bit of a convoluted booking process and costs just under £5 for 24 hours.
Staff where friendly and helpful, room was a good size and clean, albeit very warm for my liking. Occasional noise in the night from the corridor but nothing to bad.
Supplied coffee was pretty nasty. The shower screen only covered half the cubicle so the bathroom floor gets wet.
We didn't eat there but the offerings looked good.
- 235timo (10/5): It’s What Hospitality is About - I had to travel to and stay overnight for Business in Glasgow. Opted for convenience to stay at the Airport Travelodge. What an inspired choice. Warm welcome, good food (excellent plain simple Chicken Tikka Masala) clean room well presented and maintained. All round excellence. Elizabeth on front desk ( warm welcome, nothing too much trouble) and duty cook who kept kitchen open to serve meal deserve special praise. It’s was what hospitality is all about. It’s not necessarily swank and facilities more attitude and a smile.
- SMountford52 (10/5): 3 dec - Lis Michelle and Dewi service on desk and st bar cafe was exceptional and a great team at Glasgow Airport and the food was wonderful
- J3167QBjackh (10/5): Nice customer service. - Had a very good stay especially because of Ewan who was a very kind young man. Good customer service and a welcoming attitude.
- X4943KTlouisa (10/5): Really helpful staff! - Great stay! Ewan on the front desk is a legend and really helped us out and went above and beyond 👌 deffo would stay again!
- theowF6367OL (10/5): Very helpful, friendly staff - We had an excellent stay mostly due to a very friendly and helpful staff member called Ewan. He made sure we were very well taken care of and is an absolute asset to Travelodge.
- Steven-Jessie231125 (10/5): EXCELLENT AFFORDABLE ACCOMMODATION - TRAVELODGE Glasgow Airport provided my wife and I with an excellent standard of accommodation which was affordable and well situated geographically in order to enable convenient transport by air, bus, and car.
- andrewgX9542TE (8/5): Flying out from Glasgow - Staff very friendly and attentive Rooms basic but very clean Good breakfast Ideal for traveling from Glasgow airport would stay here again
- H315KEjohnt (10/5): Book here not the Holiday Inn - First time staying in a Travelodge. Really impressed, comfortable room, friendly staff tasty meal and good atmosphere. So much better and cheaper than the Holiday Inn.
- Journey17405316035 (10/5): Liz is the best .... - Can I just say that liz in reception was exceptionally great and helped the procedure off booking car and helping with meal orders for 5 star for her ..
- mandymoo990 (4/5): No bag drop offs - I arrived around 10.45 am for a 2 night stay. I was hoping to at least to drop off my bag - maybe even to put it in my room if it was ready.
I was told no bag drop offs. No rooms unless I waited about an hour and then with a £15 surcharge.
Another traveller, going to the same event then turned up and was told the same.
Poor customer service.
To be fair, the rest of the stay was good but completely spoiled by the start.
- T2387EVdanielv (10/5): Best service - Elizabeth and Michelle are the best staff very helpful , and welcoming people , bet travel lodge very happy with the service thank you lady’s your amazing
- laurenhF751QH (8/5): Quick stop - Quick sleep at the travelodge by the glasgow airport. Easy check in, room was clean with all the basics needed. Proximity to the airport was amazing
- 948lesterl (10/5): Incredible experience - We were treated like family from the moment we arrived. James and Ewan were so friendly, polite, and helpful, I cannot praise them enough. Dianne also could not have been more professional and friendly. Bubbles was also amazing, coping with our two year old granddaughter who is at the stage of throwing everything onto the floor, and just picked up around her.
- K3377LGhelenb (10/5): Brilliant stay - Wow this hotel is fantastic, being only 12 minutes from the airport . The staff were welcoming and helpful and they were very friendly and polite. James, Ewan , Diane and bubbles were all brilliant and nothing was ever a problem even when we had to come back from our holiday early due to the storm. We were even allowed to use the dining room to eat our lunch on the Saturday and also our evening meal because there was very little choice on the menu that we could all eat.
- alisonfP3257WW (10/5): Comfortable and welcoming - Overall experience was exceptional and the staff are very friendly and welcoming nothing is to much trouble, they had a good selection of teas and coffees too.
- lisadonaghy17 (2/5): Terrible hotel - This place was horrible. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Room reeked of bleach. No outlets near bed.
- VanessaBally (10/5): Very good. - Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Easy check in/out. Very convenient for Glasgow airport but it may be a challenge with a lot of luggage.
- sophiaw1038 (6/5): Basic but value for money - We stayed in a comfortable basic room. The room had a tv, but no fridge, not even a blowdryer, which I both consider to be rather basic to a hotel room. Overall the hotel was a bit run down, but the staff was very helpful and friendly, esp. the hotel manager I assume. Also, the breakfast was ok and offered value for money in comparison to other accommodation in the area.
- LynnB1705 (10/5): Great stay - We were greated by James (manager) whom we know from previous stays at other hotels, he always goes above and beyond to look after his guests, he is a credit to Travelodge.
We were staying overnight as we were going to a party at a nearby venue.
We had drinks at the bar it was limited but had everything we wanted.
Our room was bigger than we expected and it was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable we had a good night sleep.
Breakfast was sufficient and replenished frequently I didn't like the sausages but enjoyed everything else.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay again.
- St526307ST (2/5): Don’t eat breakfast scruffy stuff - Poor sad not again who would want unlimited breakfast juice dirty water cold bacon uncooked tomatoes
- donnarW9972AW (6/5): Basic Facilities, Won’t Stay Again - Reception staff welcoming. Food provision very basic, continual queue at the small bar as only 1 person serving. Unfriendly server, 1 high chair which was being used so we went across the road to the Holiday Inn and although we weren’t guests, had great service and a lovely meal. No hairdryer in the room, no charging points by the bedside. Wish I’d taken my slippers to walk on the carpet. Won’t stay again….
- N7494LKjasonj (10/5): Business Trip - I'm not one for leaving reviews but on this occasion I felt that the staff really deserved a mention, From check in to check out I encountered several members of staff from the Hotel Manager to even the Chef, I only had breakfast on the Friday Morning before I departed and I was so surprised how good it was, but the two gentleman on Breakfast James & Martin deserve a special mention, Thanks Gents.
- Travel312213 (2/5): Too many drunk guess been served. - Too many drunk guess noise level exceeded fair level for others on flights next day. 5 hours of noise you could hear at other end of corridors. Children running at 2 am morning. Think hotel need to practice what they put on signs and provide security to rectify this so fair to others if they paying guess.
- WiiFii (6/5): Basic but clean - Be aware that this hotel is quite a hike from the airport, along gravel paths and bumpy sidewalks. The hotel is basic, but has a restaurant/bar and clean, quiet rooms. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. Breakfast is not served until 7am (8am on weekends) which is quite late for an airport hotel.
- MrsWaiting2024 (10/5): Lovely. - Everything was brilliant with the hotel. No problems from start to finish. Staff were helpful although did ask for a suitcase weight checker but never received this.
- davypeden22 (8/5): Fantastic staff - Sandra night porter could not do anymore for you needs a pay rise and Glasgow airport branch manger was lovely only reason not giving 5 is i paid for breakfast on website site and didn't get it due to early flight also evening food was great try the pizza u will enjoy
- lynsey_nufc (4/5): Great hotel but noisy - We booked this hotel to get some rest be for driving home after a long flight. When we arrived we were allocated room 29, it was a little smelly (mixture of wet dog and sour milk ) It’s a very noisy hotel the doors do not have the slow closing mechanism which meant the doors we slamming throughout the night. I understand that people who use this hotel are more likely to be using the airport which is only 5 minutes away. We had breakfast which was good but missing my favourite (tomatoes) on my cooked breakfast ;)
- Mimi-Robert (2/5): Poor security - do not go to this hotel - When we asked for new cards for our room (they kept on having issues and didn't work despite being stored away from anything that would deactivate them), the employee at the desk easily gave me cards for 2 different rooms without asking for my name or id. Very disappointed in the lack of procedures and security. Also, there is no shuttle so you have to walk to the airport.
- williammcdonald2025 (8/5): Glw airport - Overall I was satisfied with my room, decor and cleanliness. The breakfast was very good and good value. Sadly there was a group of noisy young women in close proximity to my room. I couldn't sleep until their noise quietened down.
- freqtrav2025 (6/5): Stopover Hotel - Is good for a stopover between flights. Walking distance to the terminal. Rooms clean.
Negative the strict late check-in time: a stopover hotel shall have flexible check in time with no add on charges.
- 296magsm (10/5): A little gem - This is a little gem, tucked behind the Marriot Courtyard, only a few minutes walk across the car park ( holiday inn express ) with great priced, clean comfortable rooms. What makes it stand out for me are the staff. On both outbound and inbound journry we were given friendly, helpful service, but, on the way home one lady went the extra mile ( several miles actually) I arrived after midnight from a wonderful holiday, but very tired. Unfortunately, my diabetes decided it had had enough forthe day and I found myself in the middle of a significant hypo. I went to reception, hoping to find a sugary drink to resolve the problem. What, or rather, who, I did find was a wonderful lady on overnight duty who not only helped with the required drink, but chatted to me until the symptoms had passed, and, above and beyond, then went to her handbag and presented her own pack of jelly sweets, insisting i took them with me when i was well enough to return to my room at no charge. This was so very kind and thoughtful, a perfect example of the heartfelt hospitality for which Glasgow is so famous, and an outstanding service for which I will be forever grateful.
- H9690KLdavidm (6/5): Good value but building and machines needs attention - Good location, room was basic but fine in line with price. But internal door was faulty, machine at breakfast was out of order, and exterior was very badly littered with cigarette butts
- vickyaJ686II (10/5): Great blokes - After a long haul flight from Stansted 🤣🤣🤣 James and bob are top legends making us feel incredible and was sooo funny top blokes
- Y3257ANterrya (8/5): Manager - Wonderful person great guy nothing was too much for James.the other staff members were very good as well, but James the manager was in a class of his own.
- BP1293 (2/5): Filthy bathroom. - Horrendous filthy bathroom, mould, black grime throughout flooring, broken shower temp control, shower dispenser broken. This hotel have seriously low standards. There are many other hotels near the airport. Stay anywhere but here.
- Adventure33940073570 (10/5): Night before flight - Arrived at 6pm, hotel was busy and check in was smooth.
Came down for a couple of drinks which were reasonably priced.
Our flight wasn’t until the afternoon so paid for breakfast which was actually really good.
I must say thank you to the 2 gentlemen that looked after my wife and I , so thank you Levi and James for a great start to our holiday.
- lilysY5204QR (10/5): Excellent hotel experience - Stayed recently while on a trip and I will say it’s been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff are a credit to your company! Special shout out to Levi and Liz nothing was a hassle to them and they made me feel very welcomed.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I had dinner in the evening and really recommend grabbing a bite.
- sineadelliott2011 (8/5): Fab location to the airport and cheap and cheerful. Value for money. - A great stopover for late night flights... fab location to the airport and cheap and cheerful. Value for money.
- Roam63787584421 (10/5): Great Stay - My partner and I stayed for a night before flying out of Glasgow Airport on holiday. The room was very spacious and clean with a really comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious and there’s loads to choose from, well worth the money.
The staff were all very friendly and cheery, special mention to the Manager James who went out of his way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed, lovely guy.
- Go30110663252 (10/5): Business Visit - I have been staying at here for the past 4 midweeks on business booked through my company. My experience is very positive, the staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is superb.
I big shout out to James and the team for looking after me , I’ve stayed in several rooms and they are all same good standard and perfectly clean.
Hope to see you in August, keep up the good work.
- staceyrN8408ZX (10/5): Levi and Danny was an amazing help and very friendly with my family amazing experience thanks guys - Stay was amazing good hotel nice food amazing staff Danny and levi was so good with my 3 children who are very hyper thanks so much to them the hotel was clean conveniently close to airport I would definitely recommend this hotel and the price of food is very reasonable
- sarahgmassey (2/5): Appauling stay. Would never use Travelodge again - Shocking experience. No room available. Had rung through to say that we would be arriving the early hours of the morning so please keep the room. Had ALSO emailed 48 hours in advance. They had sold all the rooms by the time I got there. Eventually was given a hastily made up room with dirty cups and bin full of wine bottles. A horrific end to the holiday. Don't do it. Pay more and stay somewhere else
- lizN5479DV (2/5): Hotel is grubby - This was not ideal as I'd had a number of hours on my feet at the airport and just wanted to relax. The room was grubby, there were no USB points and due to being in Glasgow for business I had a few devices to charge. I would not stay here again
- Seaside42371249557 (10/5): Brilliant stay could have stayed an extra day, breakfast was 👌 - Had a lovely stay, got welcome from the night reception lady Sandra, and can only say the staff at this are so nice, couldn't ask for more, room was lovely and very clean and spacious, breakfast was nice and the young lad that was on coulnt help me enough 😀
- A2819VQseanl (10/5): A Welcoming Stay Before Our Flight! - We stayed at the Travelodge Glasgow Airport the night before our early flight. Ruth at the front desk during check in made us feel incredibly welcome — she was warm, efficient, and gave us great tips for a quick bite nearby. Food is also available from the hotel.
The room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious. Special shout-out to the supervisor Levi, who went out of his way to bring us extra towels and helped us locate a missing charger we left at reception during check in. It’s rare to find staff who are both professional and genuinely friendly.
Would definitely book again before our next flight out of Glasgow. Thanks for the hospitality!
- U854LSrossm (10/5): Great Service & Smooth Stay Before our trip - We booked a night at Travelodge Glasgow Airport to make our morning flight less stressful due to young children and lots of luggage — it turned out to be a great choice. The check-in process was quick and smooth, thanks to James at reception. He was incredibly friendly, gave us directions to the terminal, and recommended menu items to us
The room was clean, comfy bed, and no noise despite being so close to the airport. In the morning, Bea was in the lobby and was very pleasant. Really appreciated that at 7am!
It’s the little things that make a stay better and Bea and James definitely went the extra mile. Many thanks!
- richardrX3025JJ (10/5): What a pleasant surprise 10/10 - I was greeted by friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for the price. Breakfast was flawless and the bar had a friendly atmosphere.
I would like to thank the Receptionist Ruth for her great local knowledge and recommending me to visit Roukenglen park. A must if you ever visit Glasgow.
Perfect experience and would return.
Bravo
- geordie2995 (10/5): Economical convenient location. - We stayed the night before an early morning flight back to Canada. It was a convenient location and the room was very clean and up to date. Having food and drink available without having to go out for it was also a plus.
- Tourist51683338473 (10/5): One night pit stop. - We arrived late after our flight and we were promptly checked in by Sandra who was lovely, She served us drinks before we went to our room which was on the ground floor, the room was fresh and clean.
The next morning we decided to stay for breakfast which was lovely and only £10.75 each and all you can eat!
The manager James was chatty and very pleasant on check out.
We will definitely stay again , well done guys and thank you.
- riceypop (2/5): Homeless Hotel! - Stay ruined by a half dressed homeless guy running round the public areas looking for his free drinks staff couldn’t do anything with him after paying just over £200 for a night we won’t be back or recomnend
- Neil (4/5): - The staff were excellent working in a worn out poorly maintained building. No replacement bulbs for the bed area. Had to function in the dark with only the bathroom light and the entry light working.
The pavement area at the entrance is poorly maintained and dangerous for walking customers
- davidbW7717QV (10/5): Always Great. - We have stayed at Glasgow Airport Travelodge 8 times over the last few years, this last time after a long flight when a comfy bed was needed. The staff have always been friendly, the hotel is always clean both in the rooms and the communal areas, The food and drink are well priced. The hotel is very convenient for the airport but we have also stayed there when visiting Braehead Shopping Centre and the surrounding area. We will be back soon and would recommend to others.
- shellybelly2025 (6/5): room giveawy - whilst checking in, i was told my room was no longer available...because i was a later arrival they presumed i wasnt coming and gave my room to someone else.
being a solo traveller and trying to find the hotel in the dark..i found the whole experience quite daunting..i was gthen told i was lucky there was possibly a family room left and i could have that..thankfully it was available..not good service at all from the hotel i'd already paid for but they gave my room away...probs wont re book !
- derekcD608XD (10/5): A relaxing stay with very helpful staff. - The staff have been really helpful.Room is clean.Comfy bed.Easy parking.Great experience all round.I would happily stay again.I had a problem with the WiFi but this was easily solved by friendly and helpful staff.I hope all travelodges are as good as this one.
- P2704MWkayl (2/5): To be avoided - One of the worst I've ever been in. A really terrible representation of Scottish hospitality. The guy on the desk, who behaved like he was a manager, was abrupt, rude and arrogant. Not the type of person you would expect to be working with the public. Breakfast was ok, but I've definitely had better at other Travelodges. You get what, and in this case, definitely less than, you pay for, and I'd recommend giving this place a major miss.
- Excursion21955859639 (10/5): My stay at the Travelodge Glasgow airport Paisley - I commend the excellent and professional services I enjoyed during my stay at the Travelodge Glasgow airport, Paisley. The room was very clean and fresh. The receptionist "Bea" was very polite and welcoming.
The for your professionalism. Be back next week.
Cheers
- Brandy (10/5): - We picked this hotel to simply be close to the airport for an early flight. I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the room and bed. The thing that really sticks out from our visit was the staff. They were amazing. So helpful and went out of their way to make us truly feel welcome.
- Sally (6/5): - Five minute walk to airport is good if you don’t have to go in the dark and difficult if you have a large suitcase. There is a taxi for a fee10 pounds
The room was very basic no clock Kleenex container was empty and dirty above the toilet where the box would be Soap dispenser in shower came apart and I had to put it back together the one at the sink squirted quickly
No breakfast or snacks if you leave before their start time like I did at 5 AM
- Stephanie (10/5): Basic, functional airport hotel - This hotel is OK, but the amenities in the room are basic, if that. There was no hair dryer, which I have never encountered before in a hotel, and the place where a tissue box should be was empty. There was no mat to put on the bathroom floor, which was really needed since it was a walk in shower with just a half door, so the floor got very wet and slippery. There was also no mat inside the shower. However, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was little noise, so we got a good night's sleep. It is not the easiest place to get to from the airport. They say you can walk, but it is hard to find and you have to cross a busy street. They do recommend taking a taxi, but we had to ask several of them before someone agreed to take us, since it is less than a mile away.
- patty lee (10/5): - Very convenient for the ap: When you leave the ap, go left & follow the signs “pedestrians to courtyard”(by Marriott)..the TL is right behind it. Going TO the ap, it is WELL signed. ~5 min walk. Great HOT breakfast buffet included! The windows open a little & there is a fan supplied in the cabinet. Kept us cool to sleep end of July! The lobby has a bar that is lively& they serve pizzas etc in the eve. Plus a vending machine.
- Jack (8/5): - I had a good stay, staff were always curtiuos and helpful.
Rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome.
- Merri (6/5): - It was adequate for my purposes. Overnight stay for early flight.
- Terry (8/5): - Clean, comfortable and convenient, close to airport.
- hilary (8/5): - Food wasn’t too good but otherwise it was great and they were flexible and changed my booking from a double room to a twin as because of the rail strike my sister had to stay another day
- Craig (10/5): - Closeness to airport and care hire locations was great.
Having breakfast included was a real treat as well.
- steve (10/5): - Stayed here one night before leaving the country. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Everything worked in the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
- Lisa (6/5): - Room was ok, but food was lacking. Would not return.
- Lillian (2/5): - While the check-in process went well and the room was decently clean, the fire alarm going off at 5:30am was a nightmare. There were no hotel staff available to give direction and let us all know what to do. The fire department accused us of setting off the alarm even though hotel staff had already determined that the alarm came from another room where they were using some sort of aerosol hairspray. It made for a terrible day!
- Edward (10/5): - Handy for the airport, walking distance.
- Not much choice for dining
- Julie (6/5): - The property was conveniently located very close to the airport. The staff were very friendly. They offered dinner on-site but many of the options on the menu were not available. You have to pay for wi-fi which was free almost everywhere else we stayed.
- Mark (4/5): - Filthy Hotel, carpets stained and old, dirty room, staff rude.
- Elizabeth (2/5): - This hotel is in sad need of refurbishment. Hallway carpets atrocious, doorway paint chipped, all cheaply done to begin with and very aged. Staff at check in very friendly and we discussed breakfast only being available as we were needing to be leaving for our flight, but we could grab some and it was included in our room price. Grouchy and unaccommidating man on duty in the morning was inflexible about allowing us to eat what he was already setting up, and insisted we had not already paid for it. Very disappointing, won't stay there again.
- Eileen (10/5): - liked the walk in shower.
was disappointed that breakfast was not served until 7am, I had an early
- Terrance (4/5): - The safety lock on the door was broken. The sink had a crack in it and there was mold in the shower.
Our receipt said check in at 2:00 pm, yet when we went to check in we were told we couldn’t check in until 4:00
- Judith (8/5): - Friendly staff, close to airport, good price, and food available.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Stayed here because we had an early flight and we wanted to be close to the airport. Suited our needs. Food at the restaurant was good. No cell service. Had to pay for Wi-Fi (30 minutes free - never had to pay for Wi-Fi before).
