- Mohamed (8/5): Great value for a short stay - Staff was great The facility is clean Location is close to many resturants and makets the doors of the bathroom do not LOCK (just slides) which make it awkward and not privacy (especially with kids) Parking with fees althou it was empty most of the time. Need more varaity on breakfast

I've never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for parking - $4.99 per day. The first night I was able to get a wifi connection with help from the staff. Great help then, but I wasn't able to figure out how to connect to Wifi the second night. The front desk attendant was very nice when I checked out, however when I checked in there was no smile or warmth shown from the front desk person. Since it's the first greeting a hotel guest receives when arriving, it should be more apparent that hotel staff is glad you have chosen to stay there.

- Jones (10/5): I will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to Dearborn in July. - Let me just say that this is the BEST Hampton Inn that I've ever stayed in. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating and continued to check on us. When we were checking out of the hotel, and it was early, the staff member wanted to make us coffee or at least get us hot water for tea. This is how you run an operation. I'll be back, all the way from Atlanta, GA. The water temp in the bathroom could have been a little hotter but otherwise, no issues at all.

The shuttle provided by the hotel was great - great access to the Ford museum!! Breakfast provided variety and the coffee was way above what you’d expect for free.

- ramesharks123 (8/5): Great hotel in a busy town - We stayed here during our visit to Detroit and Ford village. This is located within the busy town and tough to get in and out of the hotel during peak hours. The hotel has a place for us to pull the car check in and then 2 parking lots to park the car with reasonable walking distance. The check-in process was smooth, and we got checked in. The room was clean and spacious. There is a nice fitness room and swimming pool area. The hotel does have a laundry and dryer machine. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us with any additional questions we had during the stay. There are a lot of eateries and food options closer by at reach and great town. The breakfast was very good and able to satisfy the family. I would definitely stay here again on my visit to Dearborn !!

- Verified traveler (2/5): Fire alarm went off 3x in one night - I stay here a lot! Usually no issues and the staff is always amazing. But this time I stayed here the fire alarm went off three times during the night!!! First time a bit after 2am and the last time a little after 7am. When I asked about it in the morning, I was told one alarm had too much pressure. Ok. That would explain once. What about the other two times? Nothing about this was ok. You pay for a room to sleep, and it was literally impossible to do so that night. Very unfortunate.

Rooms were good size with all the amenities Hampton Inn normally provides, including free breakfast buffet. Located on Michigan Ave but easy to miss. Look for 5 story building. Parking is behind hotel. While staff was not overly outgoing, felt they were polite, attentive, and responsive to my needs. Would definitely stay here again if in area.
- Saundra (10/5): - Our stay at the Dearborn Hampton Inn was great. David, at the desk when we arrived was very helpful, accommodating, friendly and informative. He provided us with lists of many dining options in the area and info on the shuttle available to take us to and from the motel to see the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. He and Alexis, the Assistant General Manager, quickly corrected a small mistake with the number of rooms I reserved. Everything was to our satisfaction and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Breakfast there was good and convenient for our needs. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn.
- bernadettecT291ZL (8/5): vacation travel - We arrived at the hotel early afternoon and our room was already available for us, which was a plus. However the person who checked us in (and out), we believe, needs additional customer service and interaction with public training. We were provided a room key card and were told that it operated the lighting in the room. What was not told to us is that you have to leave the card in the slot on the wall nearest the door to keep the lighting in the 'on' position. We figured it out ourselves. So, in our opinion, while this employee may be good with todays tech, she was not a people person. Other employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We had requested and were assigned a king room, second floor – could hear some highway traffic from our room facing the street, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Room was nicely furnished. Bed pillows were soft. Bathroom had a sliding door which allowed additional walking space in the bathroom. Bathroom counter and storage shelf space was good. Water pressure was good- though hot water was ‘warm’ and cold was ‘cold’ temperatures. WiFi worked ok. Morning breakfast was fully stocked and it was easy to find something to fill our appetite. Waffles, eggs, meat, bread, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, condiments associated, etc. Location is nearby (within 1-2 blocks and can walk) to a number of breakfast and lunch/dinner restaurants. This site is also about a 10 min car drive to The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. We were told that the hotel does provide a shuttle to area attractions (given a request and notice), but we didn’t use it. We would stay here again if in the area.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Dearborn Detroit (22324 Michigan Ave, Dearborn MI 48124) from Aug 17, 2025 to Aug 19. On Aug 10, I made the reservation directly with the Dearborn location for a 2-night stay. The person with whom I made the reservation was Tiana. When she explained prices, she said that each night’s stay included a $20.00 incidental charge ($40.00 total for 2 nights), and that I would be refunded that amount on my credit card once the stay was complete (if I didn’t use anything). I was told the same thing when I checked in on Aug 17, and I was told the identical thing when I checked out on Aug 19, 2025. After several days of not seeing the refund, I called the corporate number (Aug 29 @ 1:04pm). I spoke with Julie and after explaining my situation, she agreed I was due a $40.00 refund and said it would be credited back to my credit card. I still did not receive the refund, so I called again (Sep 2 @ 10:45am) and talked to Julie (at the Hampton Inn). She said I was due a $40.00 refund and it should show up soon. She said the refund could take several days to show on my credit card and that I should wait. After still not receiving the refund I called the corporate number again (Sep 5 @ 1:04pm) and spoke to Reya. Reya attempted to put me directly through to the manager at the Hampton Inn, but then said no manager was available, so she then referred me to the “escalation” department where I spoke to Maria. That’s when the story changed. Maria said I wasn’t due the $40.00 refund because it wasn’t part of the room fee. She explained that the $40.00 was merely “on hold” and was never put on the card to begin with. I was directly told three times and twice on phone calls that I was entitled to a $40.00 refund. That equals to 5 times that I was told I would get a refund. Then on my third phone call, I was told the refund would not happen. If I had known the true price of a room, I might have reconsidered trying a different hotel. I still believe I am due a $40.00 refund. - Kathy (8/5): - The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a little trouble with noise above our room at 10:30 p.m., so we called the front desk and within 10 minutes it was quiet. Gteat service.
- Anna (8/5): - The hotel is convenient for a one-night stay. There is free parking. The area around, though, looks unsafe. We stepped outside for a late dinner after driving all day, but had to return and had apples instead, as the neighbourhood did not look safe.
- Donald (4/5): - The bathroom had a lot of mold in the shower, disgusting. They hotel also charged me $25 dollars for parking in there mostly empty parking lot. I usually like Hampton but this one was very disappointing and will affect my future hotel choices.

Je fais plus souvent le ménage chez moi que dans cet hôtel 😜 WIFI pas terrible 😡 Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas souriant et ne répond pas à notre bonjour

- Sheila (8/5): - The staff was great, room was fine. Main drawback was traffic noise on Michigan Av. Variety of breakfast foods could have been better. After the first day of our stay, there were no more bananas. After the 2nd day, no yogurt.

- Michael (10/5): Dearborn Hampton - Great location. Breakfast was good. Coffee was hot and available all day. Room was good. Bathroom was a nice size. Two queen beds with sufficient room for our large dog. Dog friendly hotel. Walkable, beautiful neighborhood in Dearborn. Excellent surrounding restaurants.

Great location for being close to The Henry. Parking lot is easy access and no extra fee for parking. Breakfast was good normal hotel breakfast Would stay here again if visiting the Henry.
