• Arturo (10/5): Excelente para descansar en Tequis! - La ubicación es excelente: lo suficientemente cerca del centro para ir caminando y disfrutar de los atractivos principales, pero en una zona tranquila que garantiza descanso total. La alberca y las áreas comunes son perfectas para relajarse en pareja. El estilo del Hotel es rustico de buen gusto con areas verdes lindas.

De verdad es increíble que tengan este tipo de establecimientos tan poco serios en booking. Me cancelaron al momento de llegar. Y lo peor que den excusas y mentiras, cuando estábamos escuchando la llamada entre el gerente y el encargado/ recepción.

• karla (10/5): Muy recomendable - El desayuno estuvo muy rico y basto. La ubicación es muy buena. La alberca estuvo deliciosa, nos tocó solos y muy buena la temperatura. Las toallas podrían mejorar un poco. A un costado está el parque bonito, solo los pajaritos vecinos hacen ruido durante la noche y no te dejan dormir tanto. Casi nada :)

• CAROLINA (9/5): Muy bello lugar para descansar y relajarse con la familia. - Muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y jardines importantes de la ciudad. La alberca deliciosa. Ambiente campestre muy agradable y arbolado. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Moviliario apropiado. El restaurante Tiene pocas opciones para comer, pero se puede pedir de fuera. Estaba todo muy limpio, inmueble sábanas, pero había telarañas y mi niña regresó con piquetes. En las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle se escucha el tráfico por la noche.

• Curiel (10/5): Clavados en la piscina muy mal por los padres y encargados - El agua de la piscina muy rica, climatizada como dice la publicación.👍 No me gustó que en las instrucciones de como se debe de usar la piscina dice claramente que no se pueden echar clavados y los niños de otros huéspedes no pararon de hacerlo y nadie puso orden en ningún momento, pareciera que no había nadie que pusiera orden. Es molesto estar tomando un trago en la barra de la piscina y que te estén echando agua con orines en tu trago, pero por todo lo demás estuvo muy bien y sin quejas.

• Jose Luis (8/5): Bueno en general - No había mucho personal para atendernos, el lugar está bonito y tiene buena hubicacion, pero no nos ayudaron con las maletas, el servicio de restaurante estaba disponible hasta las 5pm y habia trabajadores haciendo reparaciones desde temprano.

• Maurice (10/5): Great value, great service, good location. - This a nice hotel, with pool, area for kids, surrounded by trees and a park as one of it's boundaries. The room had a rustic feel with wooden beams on the ceiling. The bed was comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Very clean. The thing that stands out was the staff, they (all) from the front staff who took such good care of us, with taxes, directions. The cleaning staff were polite and offered to help when ever we met them. A special thank you to the kitchen staff we were there for 10 days, not only did they accommodate our dietary needs GF/lactose free, but they went our of their way to perpare a variety of delicious breakfasts. The location is a short walk to the beautiful Center of Tequisquaipan. All of this this was done with us and our limited Spanish. Can't say enough about this place and the staff.

• Kylie (7/5): Nice town, average hotel. - Very kind night watchman who gave us another room late at night when loud snoring next door kept us awake through the paper thin walls. The location was nice and the beds were comfortable. Thin walls and mosquitoes. Also our booking through Booking.com provided for breakfast but the rude kitchen staff refused it.

I paid through booking.com and the receptionist was adamant that we needed to pay again. I didn’t print my statement as I had my reservation code and app. After 20min waiting the receptionist found it. I was so great full that I could speak Spanish. Make sure that you have a physical clear receipt of proof payment.

• Gerardo (4/5): Not what it used to be. - The swimming pool was nice and clean. The water temperature was great considering the low temperature outside (It was November). Mosquitos inside the room. The shower water would fluctuate cold-hot. The have eliminated the natural hot-springs they had years ago. The room keys we were given were the wrong ones, and the maid had to try 15 different keys to get us back into our room.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - El hotel en si es bonito y agradable, a la vista, pero en nuestra experiencia hubo algunos detalles: Tuvimos desde un principio problemas con el internet pues nunca pudieron activarlo para la zona de habitaciones donde nos hospedamos. Las cortinas del cuarto no se desde cuándo no las cambiaban, porque cuando se cerraron, soltaron polvo. Nos comentaron un horario para hacer uso del servicio a cuartos y después nos dijeron que era otro horario... La alberca no la abrían a las horas que indicaban, había que ir a pedirles que la abrieran...
