- Tabassum (10/5): Definitely you will get friendly staff support and food was good - The staffs and hotel management is very friendly and honest. Accidentally they over charged me but they refunded me the amount. It took several days to come back my refund but they communicated openly and shared all the bank transactions details. Its a good value for money.

The hotel is nice and very well located, next to the action but in a quiet street among other hotels. We really enjoyed having our breakfast there. The staff was helpful and very friendly. He is a genuinely authentic person and a helpful, kind and respectful host, totally SUPERB! And all the staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been incredibly kind and helpful, actual hospitality. After a smooth and welcoming check-in process (shout-out to Samir) found myself in a beautiful, comfortable and clean room with everything I needed and more (A/C, balcony, hot shower, kettle, desk/workspace, private curtains, super comfy bed) This is THE PLACE to stay, again, PERFECT!

Whether it was the room amenities, cleanliness, or hospitality—there’s really nothing I could complain about. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. The room was clean, beds comfortable, they provided a new bottle of water every day. Breakfast is good, we even got our breakfast packed as we had to leave early morning on our last day. The staff is exceptional, very attentive and super friendly. I would stay here again.
