The breakfast was also very nice. It is nice when hotels have options for families. It was a little loud. Someone was screaming at 3am and that isn’t the hotel’s fault

My room was as clean for the most part, plenty of new amenities I wish the TV had streaming service - there’s only so much on cable to watch. The staff is welcoming, rooms are comfortable and hotel is clean/well kept. Breakfast choices seemed bit limited and oatmeal was cold although in heated container. I would love to see Home2Suites offer discount off $75 pet fee for Hilton members that have stayed with them with pet time & time again and have left room immaculate.

- Albert (10/5): Nice Hotel near Legoland - I really liked the room. It was clean and was exactly what we needed for this trip. It wasn't that far from LegoLand so it was convenient and the EV charger worked great for my car that uses J1772 but I also saw some Tesla specific chargers there. I was able to get a full charge by the next morning. I wasn't super impressed with the breakfast but it's included so I can't be too mad. My son loves bacon and they didn't have any there or any cinnamon rolls. The waffles were good though.

I chowed down on the breakfast that I finally was able to make on labor day morning. Delicous. Breakfast is served daily from 7am-10am. I observed staff being attentive to the upkeep amd maintainence of the property through out my stay. I like there gore place area, wish ot was a smoking area just as stylish and comfotable. I would stay again and recommend to others.

- cciamarra (4/5): Not to Hilton Standard/Cleanliness - We were in town for a wedding and spent 2 night. We are Hilton Honors members and familiar with all hotel brands. This was over priced for being so below Hilton standard. The queen bed is more like a double. The bed linens were stained. The pull out couch was tattered, worn, and stained. The pillows were yellow. The digital could not be provided in app. The wireless was broken, and shared promotional link provided (less secure). There was a homeless man that they allowed to eat breakfast in the lobby. He proceeded to take his shoes off after his meal and napped out front alongside of the fire pit. While I don’t expect the female staff to have to deal with this due to safety, perhaps consider locked front door access if unsafe as is the case in some locations. An underwhelming stay, at best. We shared this feedback during our stay and were told they’re sorry.

- inspiringyouw (10/5): AMAZING!!!! - I just want to say for people to ignore any previous negative reviews that were made and experience the hotel for yourself. This is my first time coming here and I LOVEDDDDDD it! The hospitality is amazing. One of the ladies, Eileen, was truly sweet, kind, and compassionate. She makes you feel welcomed and valued. The hotel room was spotless clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that I wish I stayed for more than two nights. I came in for a wedding. I give this hotel a solid 10/10. Housekeeping was very nice. Also, the waffles tasted delicious! They had an employee there to assist with making them for you. I would definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to anyone!

We discovered it and maintenance had no solution other than to push dish soap in it. We had to stop him to avoid a flood of suds in our room. We ran it with dishwasher pod which helped. There were no other rooms to switch to upon request. The hallway smelled like weed. Breakfast was terrible, not enough food, cups, plates for the guests. They ran out of everything by 9:00 am. Broken waffle machine, no more cereal, no more bagels or danishes. Only white bread watered down orange juice and 1 waffle maker which everyone was forced to wait in a long line to try to eat. We ate elsewhere our second morning.

- F9718LQericp (4/5): Convenient location. Overpriced for what you get. - We stayed at the hotel to go to Legoland which is a 15 minute drive. The good: The hotel is a two minute walk to a lovely Italian restaurant, which I highly recommend, and convenient to other stores and restaurants. Also close to Legoland. The bad: Hotel cost was more than similar properties but is has an indoor pool so we booked it. The pool was cold and there were no towels in the evening. The staff was nice enough to bring a couple down. The breakfast which was advertised in the elevator was awful. There were make your own waffles but the machine was broken, no fresh milk for coffee, eggs were out, water fountain wasn’t operable. Everything else looked bad. We went with cheerios and items we brought. If the hotel weren’t well rated and was $100 cheaper it would have been fine. We’ve stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in the area previously and would recommend that option.

As a family of 8 we had room to put our things that were out of the way and didn't feel like we were on top of each other The bathroom and space was not as handicapped accessible as we would have liked. One in our party had a walker an toilet seat mod. Bathroom door was not able to close all the way. The beds are also a bit shorter. If you have someone with mobility issues, this could be a problem

- Leslie (2/5): - The room heat was unbearable unable to control and no one to contact. We couldn’t sleep because the heat in the room kept on even with the power off. We left in the middle of the night and called the following day to speak to a manager was told a manager will call me back at the end of the day and 24 hours later have not heard from anyone. Super disappointed

- John (10/5): - The only thing I have any vomplaints about is the shower. There were black pieces if mold and dirt co.ing from under the very bottom lip of the shower. Ewwwwwww
- Joshua (2/5): Awful grounds keeping - Upon exiting the hotel, I fell twice on the ice. We alerted the front desk that it was very slippery and nothing was done in a prompt manner. After I fell a second time, I filled out an accident report and asked to speak to a manager who has yet to call me back.
- crai6b (2/5): Dirty Room - Wrong room type was booked- one queen was booked mistakenly and the hotel was out of rooms with two beds. Sofa bed had stains all over and pillows were yellow. My young children were freaking out and would not sleep on the bed so we decided to leave.

Breakfast staff staring at every move like we were criminals never had this experience be four usually we are greeted with Goodmorning n smiles we just got staring was odd we all 5 of us agreed no peoples skills at this location at all . Also pictures made patio n pool look larger than it was in person . Disappointed
