Lyn (10/5): POKHARA'S LITTLE GEM OF A HOTEL - Every time I visit Pokhara I always stay at the Pokhara View. Everyone working at this hotel is friendly helpful and very kind. The rooms are big with great views of the Annapurna Range. The hotel is situated on a quiet street close to restaurants the lake and shops.

A hotel with a homestay feel. - Awesome location, serene...walking distance from the lake and market and was easily accessible to restaurants as well. The owners and their family were quite helpful as well and courteous staff. The power backup option should be there for ACs as well, during summers if it rains and power goes off..then it might make the room stay uncomfortable.

The accommodation was nice and clean......and the staff is very helpful especially the owner lady!!!! She's very prompt in helping and provides solutions very quick. Looking forward for my next visit to Pokhara and staying here again😎👍 Nothing in particular......all is good based on the price

Sulabha (8/5): Just what I needed..a peaceful relaxed Me time amidst nature., while being well looked after. - Good location very close to Fewa lake. Quiet peaceful and safe. Good service, friendly, helpful pleasant staff. Owners went an extra mile to make my stay and sight seeing easy and comfortable. All were always available and courteous. As a first time solo female traveller at 64 years, it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was good. They even packed some fir my long bus ride to kathmanduand helped me book the bus too! I am sure coming back for a longer vacation!. Intercom in the room didn't work.

Craig (1/5): Completely unacceptable room, poorest price to value ratio. - The bed was ok. In 2.5 months in Nepal this was the worst place we stayed. I don’t understand how it has such a good rating and reviews. I can’t speak for all rooms but our room looked like it had not been in years. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, and was cracked and leaking water. The bedroom ceiling was also cracked and leaking above the bed, and instead of doing the repairs they just moved the bed over so the water leaks onto the floor now. The decorative pillows on the bed were mouldy and the glasses provided were dirty, oh and there were ants as well. We could not believe they hosts would even offer this room to clients. It was completely unacceptable, we left early the next day and when we told them about the state of the room they said nothing, no apology or anything. I could never recommend this place to anyone and I can not believe it’s rating is so high. Do not stay here!

Hilary (8/5): Relaxing stay at Hotel Pokhara view - We stayed here for 5 nights in Nov 23 to relax after trekking. Hotel is on Avenue 6 which is a short walk into the main area of Lakeside with shops and bars. A quiet spot with a local bar, Monks Kafe which served good coffee and snacks.No noise to speak of in night, only occasional barking and cocks crowing. We walked through the back streets to reach the centre to have a different perspective and less hassle . Owners were very friendly and hospitable, helped you relax . Bedroom size and view was great, watching paragliders descend from Sarangkot and the kites wheeling in the thermals, Himalayas in the background. No big 8but a kettle in the room is always useful.
