Linda and David, Ruby and Ryan, and staff made our stay really special. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with continental breakfast and made to order items. We would definitely come back again to Hue and stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel.

• Quynh (8/5): Un boutique hôtel plein de charme avec un service exceptionnel - Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Scarlett Boutique Hotel. L’un des points les plus marquants reste sans aucun doute la qualité du service : le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, toujours disponible et sincèrement soucieux de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Les conseils et l’aide apportés pour organiser nos déplacements ont été particulièrement appréciés. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à la fois central et au calme, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la ville tout en restant à l’écart de l’agitation. La chambre était très propre, confortable et décorée avec goût, dans un style élégant et chaleureux. La literie est de bonne qualité, ce qui garantit un bon repos après les journées de visite. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais de qualité, avec un choix entre options continentales et spécialités locales vietnamiennes, ce qui est très appréciable. En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un établissement à taille humaine où l’on se sent bien accueilli. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement pour un séjour à Huế Petit bémol : la chambre peut être un peu compacte selon la catégorie choisie et les équipements restent limités (pas de piscine ou de spa), mais cela reste cohérent avec le positionnement de l’hôtel.

All of the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly and gave great suggestions for things to do, food recommendations etc. Every day Linda found time to chat to me, check that I had everything I needed and just generally to make me feel welcome and valued. David was so friendly and funny too. The location is great, it's really central but hidden away from the main street, so the hotel is really peaceful. My room was so comfortable and quiet at night so it was easy to sleep. There are plenty of good options for breakfast. Overall the hotel is really clean and comfortable, but it's the staff that make it really exceptional. I would definitely stay here if I visit Hue again. Nothing

Staff are always friendly in Vietnam but this team was somehow even more enthusiastic and friendly in a way that was still endearing. As others have said in the comments, the staff are just brilliant at this hotel - we would like to especially mention Linda who was very kind to us. Breakfast is great too, lots of nice options.

Very very close to excellent eateries like Quay Hanh, Chan, Ta Coffee, Phin-holic. Although you couldn't see any mold, a small amount of the smell is there. Scarlett team has implemented some fixes eg every room has a dehumidifier with annioniser which we appreciated. It is quite common for a little bit of moldy smelling hotel rooms all over Vietnam.

The team is very friendly and helpful in every way. The location is very central in the old town and very close to the river. The city tour, arranged by the hotel, with a visit to the impressive Imperial City was both informative and memorable. Breakfast is prepared individually and is very good.

Staff are friendly, warm and exceptionally helpful especially Ruby. We only had a day in Hue and Ruby was very helpful and organizing a tour for us and providing us great tips in our short time there. Always had a smile on her face. Fewer amenities than other hotels however that wasn’t a big problem. It depends on what you’re looking for and Ffor us this was perfect.
