All staff are very friendly and helpful specially when we checked in, Anne, the front desk that assisted us went above and beyond in accommodating us. Our arrival time was earlier and had to wait but she helped us get our rooms sooner and even helped us in transferring tooms as our initial request to have rooms connected or at least near to each other. Overall, we're very happy. From the services, to the foods and the massage that we also availed. It's our second time booking at Henann Prime and it will always be our go-to hotel in Boracay. ❤️❤️❤️

The transport service was also very good and convenient. The staff were very proactive and helpful, especially Anne, who assisted me with several follow-ups. The restaurant food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable as well—particularly the champorado, which stood out. We truly appreciated the quality of service and hospitality throughout our stay.

Besides the beautiful view of the white sand beach the service rendered was excellent and the crews are all accommodating with all there smiles and they all look good with the color of their uniforms. The accommodation was really perfect all the way from the rooms to the good food everyday. We also enjoyed walking along the very fine white sand and was perfect a beach front.My wife was also enjoying the Buko every single day. Shout out to Chary and the rest of the crew! There are many room choices to cater to the size of your group or family. I find booking online ahead of time provides the best savings or bang for the buck.

Extremely cool experience to open the slider door and take 1 step and be in the pool. Very nice room with both a rainfall shower and a large enough tub for me as a rather large American…. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, including the security guards who stop traffic so we can cross the street to get to the beach and breakfast buffet. Which is another great piece of awesomeness. The food is really great, they offer made to order eggs among a huge variety of local and American and other “normal” foods. Healthy choices available of fresh fruits, juices, and then there’s the pastries that they make fresh daily.

• Stay300783 (10/5): Great stay, amazing beach, clean spacious room. - We spent 6 nights here in November. We loved it. There aren't many ocean view rooms, if that's important to you book early. We were fortunate enough to have one and thought it was a worthwhile upgrade. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Check in and out was easy, and we really appreciated the pick up service from the airport to make things easy as first time visitors to the island. Breakfast was decent, only thing we missed seeing was yogurt. Staff in the kitchen were really nice and we had a few dinners here as well. There was live music every night that was entertaining, and the prices for lunch and dinner were very reasonable. The beach is STUNNING, exceptionally clear water and soft clean sand. Unfortunately the normal beach chair reservation nonsense happens here with guests dropping there towels on a chair and then leaving for hours. There staff should do a better job of ensuring this doesn't happen. The bad guests are the issue, but if the staff does nothing then the problem just gets worse. The pool in the beach side building is small but nice, and a good spot for some shade. Massage prices were very reasonable, and my wife raved about the lady who gave her a few massages poolside. We would stay here again without hesitation. Hennans appear to be well run hotels from what I can see.

• nyrateresitas (10/5): Charmed by Charm at the Reception :) - This is our second year staying at Henann Prime and our fifth year staying with Henann Resorts in Boracay. We were previously patrons of Henann Regency and decided to shift to Station 1 for the quieter beach atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Charm at the reception, and she was truly delightful. She was helpful, accommodating, and very attentive. Among all our stays with Henann, she was the only one who was able to grant us an early check-in—something we deeply appreciated, especially since our two young children were tired and hungry after the flight. Overall, our stay was still very good. However, we did notice some changes in the buffet breakfast offerings. Bacon was no longer served daily, and we truly missed the sweet papaya that we used to enjoy as dessert every day. We hope these items can be brought back to the menu by the time we visit again next year.

• 335steffis (10/5): Warm hospitality in a perfect Boracay location - We had a great stay at Henann Prime. The staff was friendly throughout our visit and we felt well taken care of, especially by Charry who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The location of the hotel is incredible. We had breakfast every morning overlooking the white beach, and the ambiance made each day feel calm and refreshing. The breakfast buffet itself had a good selection and was a wonderful way to start our mornings. Our room was on the smaller side but still good value for money. The only thing we hope can be improved is housekeeping because we had to request room cleaning ourselves when we returned in the afternoon. We were also hosting my boyfriend’s couple who were visiting the Philippines for the first time. The boodle fight the team prepared at the beachfront was beautiful and unforgettable. I felt it could have had a bit more protein for the price, but the setup and the care from Charry and her team made the experience really special. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warmth and genuine hospitality of the team.

Airport Transfers Their roundtrip airport transfer is a lifesaver, especially with kids. From airport to hotel and back, everything was smooth and hassle-free. No need to figure anything out after a long flight. 2. Accommodation and Front Desk The front desk staff are warm, approachable, and truly accommodating. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Special shoutout to Maria, who helped us from the moment we inquired. She made our stay at Henann Prime possible. 3. Housekeeping Housekeeping does an excellent job. With young kids, rooms get messy fast, but every time we requested a room refresh, it felt like checking in again. The room size is decent, a bit tight for a family with small kids, but still comfortable. I also loved that the room didn’t have a strong air-freshener scent. My kids get eczema flare-ups from overpowering smells, so this was a huge plus for us. 4. Concierge, Security, and Staff Every staff member we encountered smiled, greeted us, and made us feel welcome. We weren’t expecting VIP treatment, but the fact that they make every guest feel seen and valued really stands out. 5. Restaurant (Salt at Henann Prime) Boracay has a lot of great food options, but Salt at Henann Prime is honestly underrated. The food is consistently good, prices are mid-range, and the convenience is perfect when you have three kids under five. The restaurant staff are exceptional. They always made sure our kids were comfortable, and they even provided baby plates without us asking. Small things like that really matter to us. They also have a live band in the evenings. Special shoutout to Mar, who somehow has the same bright smile from breakfast through dinner. He made every meal feel welcoming. Everything we needed was right here at Henann Prime. We love the Boracay sunset, and we’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

• kylejurecki (10/5): Really nice stay here, would recommend! - 5 star stay! Not much you can fault with this hotel. Firstly, hotel is really nice, clean, not anymore you could ask for. Food was excellent, would highly recommend the “truffle pasta” as this was amazing! The waiting staff could be a hit or a miss, some nights it was excellent, other nights you can be waiting a while, which isn’t because they are busy you can see alot of staff available chatting to each other. Cocktails were also excellent, pina coladas made with fresh coconut. The location was also good, around a 15 minute walk to the “busy area” or there are tuktuks outside the hotel which cost around 100paso to take you. A seven eleven also about 5 minutes away which is perfect. The beach outside is unreal, such white sand and beautiful clear water. Something out of a movie! My only issue would be to access the beach, you have to walk through the restaurant, this results in a lot of wet people and sand getting brought into the restaurant. Minor issue but access that didn’t lead through the restaurant would have worked better in my opinion. The pool is also good, not deep (I think 4 meters, but still more than enough to have a good swim). Overall though, really good stay and if I was to return to Boracay I would stay here again.

• princezm2022 (6/5): Happy but... - No original plan to stay in Henann Prime but due to typhoon Verbena, we were forced to go back to the island from the airport. I highly recommend Marie. She is good, well mannered and efficiently helped us in going back to the island from the airport with no prior booking thru phone call. She walked us through the process of reserving the rooms we stayed in and she was friendly and efficient enough to help and assist us even while we were in the resort. However, there are some amenities that made me asked. I kid you not when I say, I always stay here whenever I visit the island yearly. It is just this recent stay that I tried other hotels but due to typhoon I stayed here for 3D, 2N. The hotel slippers, bath gel and other amenities were not provided until you request for one. The boxes displayed in the bathroom (shower cap, sanitary bag, etc.) were empty except the toothbrush. Compared to my previous experience with this hotel before the recent unexpected trip, I can say that some of the amenities of this hotel are not the same. Also, there was no initiative from the lady who assisted me in the front desk (Not Marie) when I forgot my IDs when I checked in.

If you book with Henann and encounter an emergency, forget your money. A person called Steffanie Jacobe will keep copy pasting robot like responses to your emails, they lack basic courtesy anyone in hospitality industry should have. Surprising that a chain like Henann couldn't bother to hire a qualified professional to reply to customer requests. I reached out to them multiple times and submitted doctor's prescription explicitly stating I am unfit to fly due to a medical condition, and this is during the impact of typhoon Fung-wong in the Philippines, when tourist safety is even further at risk. The responses I got are shameful for a 5 star hotel. Will ensure my friends and family don't book with Henann and have to endure what I did.

Charm was kind enough to give me an early check in and explained what i need in detail. Very attentive person attention to detail. All the questions answered kindly. Jherel was the best bell boy/general reception/bus driver/local guide what locals do. He remembers by name and always available for help. Others helped me pay less on tuk tuk. Breakfast bar was exceptionally good. Dinner was ok in terms of food taste. Little pricy for the food quality. Ordered filet mignon, it was little tough.

• L5090ADannep (4/5): Horrible Service - Stayed here for 3D4N. This hotel has no concept of service recovery. It’s as if the staff were trained to automatically say NO without using logic and reason. Except for staff assigned to the airport transfers, the rest made me feel as if they were already doing me a favor just by giving their bare minimum. And when their accusations were proven wrong, they were unapologetic, never mind if they unnecessarily embarrassed a client in front of other people. Seriously, they have no manners whatsoever. My recommendation: spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. Throw in a few more bucks and instead go to nearby Discovery or Lind. We had our meals there, too, and none of us had any issues. In fact, their service was top-notch. To the restaurant supervisor, Jomar, and Charry (who claimed to be the manager but kept addressing Jomar the supervisor “sir” 🙄) may you or any of your family members not experience what you made me go through.

• mrysls (10/5): A stay to remember :) - Our stay was amazing! The staff were so kind, welcoming, and really attentive. Big thanks to Rona and Charm for the super smooth check-in! The room and the hotel were clean, cozy, and very convenient since they’re close to public transport. My husband and I were so happy because all our requests were accommodated. I also planned a surprise birthday room setup for my husband (thank you for your assistance Marie and the HK team!), and he absolutely loved it! During breakfast, the F&B staff even sang a happy birthday song for him and gave him a sweet treat. The only downside is that the mobile signal in the area is quite weak, but the complimentary Wi-Fi is good enough if you’re just browsing. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning our next trip to Boracay — and we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Hennan Prime! Too bad they don’t offer monthly rates though, because we’d totally stay for a month next time!
• 223neslihang (4/5): Overrated Hotel with Poor Service — Not the Real Boracay Experience - I’ve been to Boracay several times, and this is my first time being truly disappointed with a hotel stay. The place is completely overrated — from the food service to the overall atmosphere. The beach in front of the hotel is overcrowded with sellers constantly approaching guests. You can barely relax without being asked for money every ten minutes, and the hotel does absolutely nothing to manage it. It feels chaotic and far from the genuine Boracay vibe. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service. I ordered a dish based on the ingredients described in the menu, but what I received was completely different. When I mentioned it to the staff, instead of taking responsibility and making things right, they insisted on charging for it. The salad was only around $10 — it wasn’t about the money, but about how poorly the situation was handled. After two nights (which were prepaid), we decided to switch the hotels, and were much happier. The difference in service, atmosphere, and professionalism is like night and day. I’m writing this review to share my honest experience and warn future travelers — the hotel looks great online, but the reality is disappointing. Boracay has so many wonderful places to stay, but unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Every staff member was exceptional with their excellent service, friendliness and attention. The facilities and room were high standard. The location on White Beach was perfect, a little bit away from the Dmall crowd which made it a perfect location because it was still central. We can not fault Henna Prime Beach, and have stayed in hundreds of high end hotels all over the world. The little touches like the "welcome home" chocolates after a big day touring, and the "thank you for staying with us" chocolates made our days extra special. The staff in the restaurant were always asking if they could do more which included offering to take photos of us. Highly recommended!

We were received with delicious chocolates and a beautifully made up room. Our room was at the swimming pool, which was super. Boracay as an island delivers, but staying at Hennan Prime was the cherry on the cake for us. We loved the breakfast and live music in the evening. Even if we were the last guests it was no problem to have late night dinner. Which obviously was terrific as well. The hotel is at the beach so you'll have the best places in the sun or shadow. We had an issue where our door kept beeping at 5am. Staff directly came in after calling the reception and made sure we could sleep. Next morning they followed up by themselves to fix the issue. I think this is the hallmark of a top hotel. When we left we got a personalized chocolate calimansi muffin at breakfast. We loved this gesture. At Henann Prime they care about the guest. All in all a super experience and we are certain that your stay will be like ours! We booked 3 Deluxe Rooms and also availed of their roundtrip airport transfer. The transfer was hassle-free, and the team made everything easy for us and our lola. They carried our things, assisted her gently, and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. A special thank you to Anne from the front desk. She was very kind and made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and she provided one room for early check-in so our lola could rest while waiting for the other rooms to be ready. She also helped us book dinner at Henann Garden Café, where we enjoyed the buffet with a fire dance performance—such a memorable experience! Our only concern was that the room felt a bit warm, maybe because the air conditioner seemed old. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating especially Anne from Front Desk she even gave us an early check-in at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The room was very spacious, clean, and came with a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the comfort!
