(6/5): - goede locatie in het centrum tussen de kleine tempeltjes , alleen klein stukje lopen in smal straatje. goede kamer met uitzicht op zwembad van het lawaai wisten we van te voren maar er was weinig aan gedaan om dit een beetje te scheiden. geen doeken of iets dergelijks. ze rookten in het keukentje waar het ontbijt werd voorbereid. en 1 medewerker deed wat minder vriendelijk nadat we vroegen of het erg was als we iets later zouden uitchecken.
• Alya (8/5): - De tuin en het zwembad en het vriendelijke personeel. De herrie van de verbouwing. Dat we boven een kamer hadden en het traplopen voor ons vermoeiend was. Er was ook geen plek binnen om te zitten in de kamer bij de airco, je kon alleen op bed zitten. Op het balkon waren wel 2 stoelen, maar daar was het soms te warm.
• Lenka (9/5): - Run by very nice local family. Very centraly located, big and spacious room. They clean the room every day and provide new towels and water. Just ten meters from Betutu is a local warung with great food for a low prices. Very quiet area, you can’t hear the noise from the main road.
• Tatiana (7/5): - O lugar é bonito, o quarto é confortável e os funcionários são muito simpáticos Reservamos este hotel justamente pela tranquilidade da piscina e natureza, mas o hotel está em obras, um barulho terrível das 8h as 5h inclusive de final de semana, que torna o uso da piscina inviável nesses momentos. Além disso, o quarto é bem claro de manhã mesmo com cortinas.

• Paula (8/5): Comfortable place - Large and comfortable room, good shower and good air conditioning. The location is excellent, and you can do many things within walking distance. I think the hotel has some random items piled up around the reception area, and it could have a cleaner look to give a better first impression. Also, the room I stayed in did not have blackout curtains, so I woke up extremely early because of the light.

• Dominic (8/5): A perfect stay at Betutu Bali Billas! - The room was a good size, and we enjoyed the balcony in the mornings. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the daily tidy up and the towel change. The breakfasts in the mornings were decent, but we also found a few breakfast warungs close by to change things up. The grounds are very nice - like staying in a temple: peaceful, quiet, serene, and with a touch of reverence for Hinduism. We saw a few frogs hopping around in the evenings. We loved the staff very much, they were all very warm and helpful. The location was perfect: in the middle of everything. A lot of good local warungs in the area, and maybe... just maybe one of the most authentic pizza places in Indonesia (L'Osteria), directly across from a decent shopping market for just about anything (Coco Market). Easy to enjoy getting lost in the neighborhood! Wonderful memories at Betutu Villas and in Ubud. Thank you so much ❤️🙏❤️🙏 Not much to "not like". The construction wasn't irritating. We didn't use the pool, though should have as it looked very good. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the soap dispensers in the shower. They need to be washed out and changed with new soap. We brought our own body wash and shampoo, but sometimes it's nice to enjoy something a bit special provided by the hotel. Instead, the soap was moldy, and made me smell like mold later. It's a small thing, but it's also a level of quality that was missing. It didn't ruin the stay because everything else was wonderful! Just a small suggestion, or a tip, to improve if possible. Even the 100-meter walk from the main street to the hotel was worth it! We met a few lovely people along the way, and the cutest little dog sitting on the stairs of a tour shop. We stopped to greet him every day and he seemed to look forward to seeing us. No monkeys came to visit us on the balcony! Disappointed? A little... but also grateful. There's enough monkey business going on in the Sacred Ubud Monkey Forest.
• Sandra (8/5): Tolle zentrale Unterkunft mit Pool und schönem Garten - Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Pool und ins Grün aus dem Zimmer. Such einen gemütlichen Balkon. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wenn die Baustelle fertig ist sicher auch ruhig. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend. Sie haben mir bei Abreise das Frühstück spontan früher serviert. Auch die spontane Verlängerung um eine Nacht war problemlos möglich. Die erste Nacht war ich in einem anderen weniger komfortablen Zimmer.

• Laura (10/5): Adorable ! - Betutu est hyper bien placé dans Ubud, si vous aimez le yoga, on est très proche de The Yoga Barn et on peut tout faire à pied dans le centre ville. Il y a également un très gros Coco Market juste à côté. Le personnel est vraiment gentil. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'honnêteté de la dame de l'accueil qui m'a fait savoir qu'il y avait actuellement des travaux d'agrandissement. A ma grande surprise ce n'était pas si gênant que ça. La piscine est superbe et les chambres sont confortables. Il y a également un service de Laundry qui est très pratique et pas cher. Le lieu est beau, le jardin et l'entrée sont soignés. Même si on est en centre ville, on n'entend pas le bruit de la ville. Aussi j'ai bien aimé le petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait, le seul truc qui perturbait le calme de ce lieu était la présence d'enfants qui parlaient trop fort. Les toilettes auraient pu être un peu plus propre.

• MARTA (7/5): Zeer goede locatie voor ontdekking van Ubud - De locatie. In het midden van de stad, 50 m van de grootste straat, alles is te voet bereikbaar . En het zwembad, wat perfect was voor afkoeling na elke dag. Groot genoeg en ook proper om in te zwemmen. In de slaapkamer was een geweldige airco. Tijdens onze verblijf waren er verbouwingen. Wij hebben geen info over gekregen. In de loop van de dag hadden we constant machine lawaai, slapen, rusten was niet mogelijk.

Extremely convenient but despite being right in the city it was completely peaceful. A beautiful pool, surrounded by lush trees, lovely food and wonderful staff. The room was clean, comfortable, with my own balcony overlooking the pool. I loved my stay here and would absolutely stay again. As a solo, female traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. staff were very friendly and attentive :) My only negative really is that I was not notified prior to booking or arriving that building work was happening at the property. But it didn't negatively affect my stay.

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre d’Ubud et relativement calme compte tenu du positionnement (nous sommes tombés heureusement hors période de travaux pour la construction du nouveau bâtiment). The room was beautiful and I had a nice balcony, the bathroom was clean with a nice big shower, high ceilings, felt like a luxury stay for a budget price (I paid $50AUD for one night). The breakfast included was delicious, and the pool was big and clean. 5 stars for this place!

• Daphne (10/5): - Dit is een wonderbaarlijk rustige plek midden in Ubud. Je komt door de familie tempel binnen, waarachter zich een waar paradijsje bevindt. Een zwembad met ligstoelen in een prachtige tuin. Fijne ruime kamer, met een luxe uitstraling en alles erop en eraan, er zijn zelfs badhanddoeken Iedere dag krijg je 2 flesjes water gratis en koffie en thee is beschikbaar op de kamer. Het ontbijt heeft 3 gangen, fruit, een pandang pannenkoekje, sap en naar keuze ei met toast. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op loopafstand van het Monkey Forest en de Ubud street Market. Zeker een aanrader als je in Ubud wilt verblijven.

Pool was great, clean and good temperature. The location was quiet but in a lane just off one of main roads in Ubud. Staff were helpful. Can’t fault anything about this place and would stay again.

I've stayed in a lot of guesthouses in Ubud and this is by far the best one, it feels almost like a hotel. They provide soap, tooth brush, and free breakfast. L’environnement, la piscine et les chambres sont magnifiques, le petit-déjeuner très copieux. • christine (9/5): Mooie locatie dicht bij het centrum en toch uit de drukte - Het was voor ons het tweede bezoek in 2 jaar. Nog steeds even mooi en ontspannende locatie dicht bij het centrum. Helaas waren er werkzaamheden met als gevolg dat er best geluidsoverlast was. Dit was soms storend ook al hadden we alle begrip voor.

Snad jen to, že nyní probíhá v zahradě stavba dalšího ubytování. I tak ale můžu doporučit.

• kathryne (9/5): Beautiful grounds and lovely staff - The grounds are beautiful around the pool area and the dining area. Every staff member I spoke to was delightful. The lady at reception was very eager to please, because of the noise from the construction I changed rooms and she had no problem doing that for me. If you have a heavy suitcase or more than one bag be aware that you will probably have to walk in the 100 + m with them. I arrived in a small car so it was able to drive down the alley but when I left one of the employees helped transport my bags to the road. This is quite common for hotels in Ubud.

• Brigita (9/5): Great for short stay when exploring around. - The hotel is in the centre of Ubud, with very nice surroundings. The owner and staff were amazing; they helped me with all the requests and were extra kind and accommodating. I am grateful for them. No access for cars or taxis, you need to have a 2-3 min walk to the street. It's a hotel that suits people who are only looking for a good place to sleep but don't want to spend the day there. Have a construction nearby.

The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Same with the bathroom. We had direct access to the pool with nature around which was beautiful. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. It's great value for money. There was construction when we were there but thankfully they didn't start early on Sunday so it didn't impact us directly but if you book around Feb 2026, there will still be construction for a couple of months.

• Suzanne (10/5): Top geregeld, goeie locatie en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel! - Het vriendelijke behulpzame personeel maar daarbij ook toplocatie en de prachtige tuin eromheen. Het ontbijt was ook echt super (meerdere opties die alle goed waren bereid). Er waren werkzaamheden van 08:00-17:00 waardoor we er wel door wakker werden. Dit hadden ze bij aankomst overigens wel aangekondigd.

Lo staff è incredibilmente gentile e premuroso e attendo ad ogni esigenza. Ho anche ricevuto fiori (ordinati dalla mia famiglia) e torta (offerta dall hotel) per il mio compleanno creando così un atmosfera ancora più bella. nulla di negativo da evidenziare

Add to that super friendly staff and the location in the middle of the center, but down an alley, so away for the traffic and noise.... when the (noisy)construction if finished in March this will be the most perfect place to stay in Ubud.

The room is spacious with all the necessary amenities.The staff is kind, the only problem is that they are presently construction works on the site- they are building an extesion. The ongoing noisy construction works - but they most probably will end before the season starts.

• MARTA (9/5): Fantastic - El allotjament està molt bé! Està molt ben situat! Te una piscina just devant de les habitacions i que si vas amb nens pots controlarlos be! El esmorzar molt bo. No hi ha restaurant/ bar i si vols pendre algo despres de esmorzar has de anar fora, però tens molts llocs a l exterior. La gent molt simpatica! Molt recomenable

• Alexandra (9/5): Would definitely stay again when visiting Ubud - The room and balcony was spacious and very clean. Loved the pool. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious especially the omelette and green crepes. Every was great.

• Fadumo (10/5): Relaxing in Ubud ! - Everything. Location was perfect walking distance from city centre. The room was spacious and balcony was comfortable. Overlooked the swimming pool. Very scenic. Loved the plants around the building too. Lovely staff: my fav Win, she was so kind and respectful I love her. Wanted to take her with me. See you next time ❤️ N/A
• ekaterina (1/5): Don’t stay here if you don’t want to be robbed. - DO BOT STAY HERE. I liked everything before after check out and moving to another part of the island I found out that I was robbed. They stole about 2.000.000Rp and 100$ from the safety box they provided. When I said that I will inform the police they told me they will say that I damaged something. They stole my money and pretended that I spent or lost them, treated me that if I go to police that will tell the police that I damaged something.

• Stephan (7/5): Hat gepasst und war okay. - Lage zum Pool war sehr gut, Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und doch sehr zentral. An der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Baustelle, die ist aber nicht weiter störend. Außer zwei Hammerschlägen am Tag ist davon nichts zu vernehmen. Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig.

• Matteo (7/5): Posizione centrale e silenziosa per essere ad Ubud. Peccato per la mancanza di cura in generale. - Struttura in posizione centrale ad Ubud immersa in un bel giardino silenzioso. Letto molto comodo. Asciugamani molto sporchi e colazione scarsa (ad esempio il caffè disponibile era quello solubile).

• Martina (9/5): - Úžasná poloha, skvěle zařízené pokoje, výhled na bazén, pár kroků přímo od centra. Báječný pobyt!
• Carla (8/5): Ottima posizione, staff disponibile. - Ottima posizione ad Ubud, a due passi dal centro vicino a tantissimi locali in cui mangiare, fare shopping e spa, ma allo stesso tempo situato in una traversa molto silenziosa in cui si riusciva a riposare bene. La possibilità di fare check in h24. La struttura, a parte qualche angolo confusionario ed un po’ improvvisato, è carina. Lo staff gentile e molto disponibile Gli standard di pulizia non sono paragonabili a quelli italiani, ma per Bali a quel prezzo ed in pieno centro ad Ubud, il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Quando è stato chiesto di fare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia siamo stati accontentati. La colazione non è un buffet e potrebbe essere migliorata, prevede la frutta e delle ottime crêpes alla banana e poi un piatto a scelta e una bevanda. Potrebbe essere migliorata
