The hotel has ample parking and extremely friendly staff who always greet me like I am part of the family. There are no unpleasant surprises at Silver Forest! Honestly, I can't think of any negatives!

Butterworth (10/5): Fabulous stay though - Everything We had the hot tub as s as n added extra, however, no bubbles to this one and on our last evening we couldn’t use it because they were spraying a wasp nest right in our private courtyard, very disappointed. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels etc up.

The room was absolutely freezing and even with both aircons running at 30C it was really not pleasant. To make it worse, I didn’t have hot water in the shower. Super annoying.
