• Andrei (5/5): Not recommended, even if it is the lowest price in town - Quiet All I needed was a clean bed and a shower. I am not really sure if the bed linens were changed after the previous visitor, as they were wrinkled... But the shower faucet was broken... So - not recommended...

Wall in bathroom was coming apart. Outside property on grounds need some care. Great value for the price though.

• Lowell (10/5): - Had a stay here a while back. The price was right. Im not very picky as long as its clean and comfyable after a long journey on my bike. Price was right again. Stayed two nights this time.Not familiar with area but found a great breakfast place locals go to. Met a women who also rides with her husband And she told me about a loop or day trip that takes you to Ruidoso and back.It was a great ride through the Sierra Blanca Mountains. That Im headed home tomorrow but thas the way it is when all you want to do is ride.

• Thomas Killman (7/5): - The price was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed wad super hard. There was a window in the bathroom, that probably have a blind or curtain. You could kind of see through it, so might make some guests uneasy.

• Naomi (8/5): - It was cheap and the rooms offered much more than I expected. Close to restaurants that are open late. Overall, the staff was very friendly as well. Great for a simple stay. Due to the location, outside noises can be a bit of an issue. it was not anything awful and didn’t interrupt my stay, though.

• Katherine (7/5): - The hotel is conveniently located on Main Street, but a few miles from downtown Roswell. The hotel meets expectations for a single night's stay on a roadtrip. The hotel was very empty when we were there. The wifi didn't work particularly well and the bed wasn't exceptionally comfortable. I also wish there were lamps on both bedside tables.

• Throckmorton (10/5): not under alien influence - when I first turned on the TV it wouldn't get any channels and called desk and immediately came and discovered it was a bad cable and was replaced right then and made sure I had everything else I needed.. awesome job! no aliens came to visit me lol

• Antonio (6/5): Good for a quick cheap stay - All rooms are on the first floor so it made it easy to access and I got to park directly in front of my room which made loading and unloading our car a breeze. Well its a motel so I guess it's to be expected but the facilities were not the greatest. The room kind of smelled like it might have been smoked in once and one of the bedside lamps was plugged in to the adjacent wall plug so it could have been easy to knock over if you have hyperactive children.

• Piotr (9/5): - A very decent motel. It's clear that the room and bathroom furnishings have been updated. Some things are still old (e.g., the doors), but overall it's clean and comfortable. Very good value for money for a short stay.

• Liz (8/5): Overall Nice Stay - The bed was comfortable and I liked that there was clear updates made to the room. They are still in the middle of renovations to the property but overall it was a nice stay. The owner was super nice and helpful to suggest things to see and do in Roswell! The property was nice and quiet and on the main strip close to downtown. There was plenty of food places to find close by and it was a nice place to get a quick run/walk just before sunset.

• Frank (9/5): Have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. - Quiet clean room with plenty of space for everything. Premium channels and all your favorite channels. Friendly owner who was very helpful. Good location though you'll have to do a U-Turn to head south from the location. No clock or Kleenex in the room. Parking is a bit tricky especially by corner locations where some spots are diagonal and some are straight in.

It was usable, but the water seemed to be split between the dual shower heads and the bath faucet so there was not much water flow or pressure from the shower heads.

• Eek451 (9/5): Great Stay - This is an older one story property with exterior doors and parking in front of the rooms. There were several food options within walking distance. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. My room had a king bed with a blanket, a comforter and four big pillows. It was comfortable and I slept well. The room also had a lounge chair, a desk and chair, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a hair dryer. There were many electrical outlets available for use. The a/c worked well. It was very quiet. The room had solid walls and I heard no noise from neighboring rooms. And even though the hotel is located on Main Street, I heard very little road noise. The bathroom was large and split into two areas with the sink and closet in one area and the shower/toilet in the other. The sink had a good amount of counter space. The shower had a curved bar and fair water pressure. The Wi-Fi was fair. There were several disconnects and dropped connections.

I had a loaf of bread I was going to eat for breakfast and I put it on top of the dresser at midnight when I arrived and by the next morning the bread was swarming with ants. Ants everywhere.

The bathroom had been remodeled recently and was nice but the beds and carpet are highly due for an upgrade. The room was spacious for our bigger family. Maybe we stayed in a different part of the hotel than the rest of the reviewers.
• Vytautas (8/5): A pleasant stay - The room is spacious and it has all the listed amenities. It's also relatively close to bigger supermarkets (20 min walk) and city center (30 min walk). It could have a kettle in the room and the wifi reception could be a bit stronger (even though I requested a room with a strong reception, it was still sometimes on and off).
