Fan unit in living/kitchen area struggled to keep apartment cool on hot nights - no working air conditioning. Other guests regularly left main door to the residence unlocked despite notices not to do so. However the door to our apartment locked securely and we did not have any problems. The apartment was quiet through the night with closed windows. Very well situated for transport links and city. Short bus ride to beaches.

Parking a car is a bit of a headache so avoid that if you can. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to return for a longer visit..

- Mariliese (4/5): Beds and Air conditioning not as advertised - Bed was not a king. The air conditioning was inadequate. It was a mobile air conditioning unit placed in the living room. It's summertime and the air didn't reach the room. It was too hot to sleep at night.
- Paloma (10/5): Great price, service, and location. - The hotel was a renovated first-floor flat, with cute one bedroom suites, fully furnished kitchenette (even washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom, and a living/dining area with a queen size sofa bed. Each suite was themed for one of the continents, with smart and inexpensive decor. Very clean and practical, right in the center of town, a couple of minutes walk from the waterfront, and right in the middle of Santander's social life. It was perfect and right on the price. The manager was very polite, attentive, and efficient, and so was the cleaning service. It had some old-building quirks, nothing that would not be easily managed. The only thing that could be improved was the key/entrance system, it needs to be made more efficient.

- S (10/5): - We so enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located, less than 5 minutes’ walk to the water and to many great places to eat. The people were all very friendly and helpful, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in, and it was spotlessly clean. If our travels bring us back to Santander, we would definitely seek it out again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice service and location. - Service was great - we didn’t realize the reception had limited check in hours but the lady was very welcoming when we came in at 8pm. She spoke limited English but we managed to understand each other. For parking you need to first get a parking card from her and then you can proceed to park at the residents carpark, which is very helpful because parking in the city center can be a nightmare. Very central location. Accommodation was decent.
- Simon (10/5): Lovely - Lovely clean, well decorated apartment in a perfect location in the pedestrianised square. A bit difficult to find by car as there is no road access outside so be prepared to walk to find it. Lovely friendly service
- Hannah (8/5): Perfect apartment in centre of town - We loved the apartment, it was very clean, modern and comfortable. We were surprised by the size of it as usually on pictures places look bigger but this actually seemed more spacious than what I expected from the pictures. The beds were very comfortable - even the sofa bed - the bathroom was great, good size, powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Rooms were cleaned daily - including changing of towels. Location of the apartment is excellent, very central, within walking distance of pretty much everything, very close to all shops, restaurants, bars and the harbour and about 20 minutes from the beach side. Only thing I think apartment could have benefited from would have been some tea and coffee, milk, etc for arrival. Otherwise it had everything we needed - just perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
