La alfombra del pasillo de las habitaciones ya es algo vieja y huele mal aunque intenten disimularlo con aromatizante.. Algunos detalles requieren atención inmediata y mejorarían aun más el concepto del hotel, como el baño de damas de recepción en el que una de las tasas de baño está despegada del piso, otro detalle son las toallas y tapetes de baño ya muy desgastados y deshilachados..

Lo peor fue el mesero del último día: nos preguntó 3 veces cual era nuestra habitación como si no nos creyera, nos sentamos y ordenamos y después llegó otra pareja y le sirvió primero a la otra pareja aún cuando ellos pidieron a la carta y nosotros del menú incluido, además siempre iba primero con ellos a servir más café, a recoger platos y a preguntar si querían algo más y ya como a la fuerza pasaba con nosotros a preguntar también (primera vez que me siento discriminado), para rematar me dijo directamente que en la cuenta estaba el total del consumo pero la propina no, como si fuera una obligación mía agregarla. Adicional puedo decir que estuve preguntando si tenían secadora días antes de mi estancia y siempre me ignoraron, así que mi novia se llevó la secadora y resultó que sí había, entonces cargó con su secadora en vano, el cuarto un poco oscuro, sólo un foco más hubiera estado perfecto. El desayuno incluido del restaurante un poco simple.

Lo unico malo que el baño tenía mucho olor a drenaje, lavamanos y regadera. El mini split dejo de enfriar se tuvo que apagar y encender de nuevo y se escuchaban mucho los portazos de las otras habitaciones.

It got so hot in the rooms that you had to run the air conditioning continuously and the one in my room leaked water onto the floor. I advised the staff but it didn’t get fixed for another day so I had to turn it off to avoid slipping on the floor or listening to the drips r night.

Lamentablemente estábamos en Guadalajara cuando se dio el golpe del “Mencho” por lo que no pudimos salir ni domingo ni lunes. El hotel y su personal trató de hacer lo mejor con lo que había. Hubo desabastecimiento y lamente no haber escogido un hotel con piscina, pues esto hubiera hecho el encerrona, con un clima tan bonita, más a gusto.

Di fatto rifiutano la carta e viene effettuato il pagamento direttamente lì in loco. Questo è un problema superabile se vi è educazione e voglia di mettere l’utente a proprio agio, con me non è stato così…alla reception ho trovato persone stanche di dare spiegazioni e sopratutto lavorare.

- Silvia (6/5): - La ubicación es ideal si vas al CAS para la solicitud de la visa. La habitación es comoda. Estaba muy sucia la habitación, las puertas corredizas del baño no se mueven de que están pegas de polvo. El ventanal no cierra fácilmente, no pude cerrarlo se atoraba, la televisión no se puede ver porque se queda sin señal solo funciona unos minutos y luego se va. Mucho ruido por estar cerca del elevador. Ignoran tus peticiones realizas. La vista era una pared de blocks fea del vecino con miedo de que alguien se brinque porque la ventana nunca cerró.

- Ramirez Duarte (5/5): Mala experiencia - La ubicación Te ponen productos en el frigobar y a pesar de no haber agarrado ninguno te cobran piezas y su manera de "comprobar" es un un whats app de la camarista a la recepción, es ilógico, y esto no le lo dicen hasta que haces check out,
- Maria Antonia (6/5): Es una buena opción como alojamiento pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento. - La ubicación es increíble. El edificio es muy lindo. Las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, ha muchas cosas dañadas: ducha un pesado roto, se cae la barra de la ducha, el teléfono no sirve.
