The bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The room was small and the bed was short. There was a smell coming out of the bathroom and on the ground floor, especially during bad weather. The room could have been cleaner.

Die Aufzugsfahrten waren immer ein kleines Highlight, wir sind aber leider nie mit dem Liftvideo bis zum Gipfelkreuz gekommen.Da wier mit der Bahn angekommen sind und das Hotel zudem in einer Einbahnstraße liegt, war es ideal zu erreichen mit dem Gepäck. Ein sehr hoher Dauerton, wahrscheinlich durch die Ventilatoren auf dem gegenüberliegenden Gebäude, ist hoffentlich ein zu behebendes Phänomen.

- Nicole (7/5): - Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe wr für mich sehr gut, wenngleich die Gegend nicht die beste ist ;). - Gegenüber ist eine Großbaustelle, aber darauf hat das Hotel natürlich keinen Einfluss. - Das Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung war gemütlich, jedoch sehr klein. Zu zweit hätte man sich auf den Füßen gestanden, es gibt zu wenig Ablagefläche und Raum. - Der Preis zu Messezeiten ist bei der Zimmergröße nicht angemessen. - Zimmerservice gibt es (nur) auf Nachfrage. Als Grund wird die "Nachhaltigkeit" bemüht. Wenn das Hotel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit legt, sollte das Housekeeping das 2. Bettzeug bei Einzelnutzung entfernen. Das Bett zu zu klein, um das 2. Bettzeug nicht zu berühren und es gibt keine Möglichkeit (Platz) das Bettzeug zwischenzulagern. D.h. 1 Decke und 2 Kissen werden unnötigerweise gewaschen. Zudem müssen bei Zimmerservice nach einer Nacht m.E. die Handtücher nicht generell getauscht werden. Fazit: Meine Hypothese das Haus will Personalkosten sparen und schiebt die Nachhaltigkeit vor! Ich hatte das Zimmer vorab bezahlt und bei Anreise eine Rechnung erbeten. Diese sollte mir per Mail zugestellt werden. Trotz Nachfrage/Bitte bei Abreise habe ich 3 Tage später noch immer keine Rechnung vorliegen.
- Bart (9/5): Prima en leuk hotel - Leuk hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede ligging en een leuke hotelbar. Wij dachten dat de airco kapot was en deden hier melding van bij het uitchecken. Toen werd ons verteld dat de airco standaard uit staat maar op verzoek kan worden aangezet. Hadden we dat maar van te voren geweten. De temperatuur in de kamer was namelijk 24C. Als compensatie hoefden we niet voor de parkeergarage te betalen.

Die Einstellung einiger Mitarbeiterinnen sollte vielleicht überprüft werden. - Mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, Kuhglocken sind Lampen und ein LED Monitor wird zum Kuhstall. Am besten hat uns, neben unserem schönen Zimmer, der Fahrstuhl gefallen. Was für eine witzige Idee… Leider wurde unser absolut positiver Gesamteindruck durch das unfreundliche Personal im Frühstücksraum gestört. Die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen nahmen völlig ungeniert noch weit vor Ablauf der offiziellen Frühstückszeit Brötchen und frische Brezeln vom Buffet, um diese für ihre Angehörigen zu horten. Sowas habe ich ehrlich gesagt noch nie erlebt…

The helpline was really responsive and came on site within 30 minutes to help out. Prices were much higher because of a fair in Munich

Decoracao baseada nos alpes, alegre e divertida ( varios pontos instagramaveis ). O elevador e um show a parte ( parece que esta subindo a montanha num bondinho ). Oferece agua gratuita para encher as garrafas. Recepção bem educada e atenciosa. Walking distance das atrações turisticas. E proximo da estacao de tem. O quarto não e grande, mas mesmo assim recomendo o hotel.
- Filetta (6/5): - Sehr nette Leute, hilfsbereit, freundlich,super Wein an der Bar. Da vor der Tür eine riesige Baustelle war, haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen für ein Zimmer nach hinten raus - ganz oben. Leider war das Zimmer völlig überheizt, das Fenster konnte man nicht ganz öffnen, nur auf Klappstellung, von der Rezeption dann jemand mit einem Schlüssel, so dass man das Fenster öffnen konnte. Was wir nicht wussten war, dass, wenn man das Fenster schließt, um zum Essen zu gehen, konnte man es danach wieder nur auf Klappstellung machen. Insoweit war es sehr heiß im Raum, und die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht unter 19 Grad regeln. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, es gab nur eine Tür zum Wohnzimmer und wie gesagt war es sehr heiß (!) jetzt am 13 April, und man konnte überhaupt nicht durchlüften. Neben den Fenstern, genau auf dem Dach nebenan waren gigantische Klimaanlagen, die so irre laut war, dass man eigentlich sowieso die Fenster nur geschlossen halten wollte, was aber nicht ging, weil es so unheimlich warm war. Es war ehrlich gesagt einfach eine scheußliche Nacht. Und dabei waren die alle so wahnsinnig nett, es tut mir wirklich leid das jetzt so aufzuschreiben aber so war es einfach bei uns.

- Brigitta (9/5): Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr dort und kommen wieder. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist optimal! - Das Personal äußerst liebenswürdig und zuvorkommend, die Lage sehr zentral und die Ausstattung und Gestaltung des Hotels einzigartig! Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein.
