The views from the rooftop may be what you oh and ah over at first, but it is the attention to detail, the staff and the cleanliness of this property, not to mention the central location that will have me coming back again! Thank you, Eric and your front desk team for a warm welcome after 11 PM our first night. Each morning you greeted us with kindness and information to help our stay be more productive. Thank you, Andy, Carmen and Hotel team for a delicious breakfast thoughtfully served each morning. Dinner was exceptional too! I did not get the names of the cleaning staff, but they worked tirelessly night and day to keep this properly spotless. If you are a neat freak, this is your place! Lastly, I would like to comment on the tasting room, on site. The room was elegant, and the tequila was exceptional, but what I would like to point out is Renata, who is not only knowledgeable in tequila and how it’s made, but of the company itself. They are lucky to have you! We will certainly be back!
• Arturo (4/5): We won’t be staying there again. - It was clean and close to town center The first night my husband and I tried to sleep, the bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we can fill the wires or wood or I’m not even sure what it was but we could sleep all night so in the morning my husband had to go talk to the lady at the front desk and they change the mattress for us . It’s fine and all, but that is something they need to check before their guest arrive .

• TahitiPartnersGeoff (10/5): Beautiful - Casa Blanca's restaurant, Fatima, was one of the best we ate at in SMA. The food, like the beautiful atmosphere and decor of the hotel and restaurant, was somewhat modern Moroccan themed, which having been to Morocco the hotel did a great job. The service, food and everything about the restaurant was outstanding and the location is centrally located. We will likely stay at the hotel during one of our visits because I am certain they would do a great job.

• Manuel (6/5): Servicios poco visibles a primera impresión! - Al llegar cautiva lo extraño del diseño y apreciamos una casa convertida en hotel...presencía ordenada,pero al uso notamos exceso de humedad en closet que es 1/2 baño y al hacer uso de la regadera se expandió x todos lados menos hacia tú cuerpo y con un ruido que no te deja hablar! Además sé tiene que usar taxi xq del centro al hotel es todo subida y son como 2 kms. No los puedes caminar ya tarde x la poca asistencia de caminantes. En fin yo no regresaría.GX

La puerta del baño no cierra, se atora al cerrar y se queda entreabierta y por último ni el jacuzzi ni la alberca estan en funcionamiento, parecen olvidadas. Dista mucho de las fotos en el sitio.

El estacionamiento es en un terreno a 50 metros del estacionamiento y eso dificulta el acceso al vehiculo en una urgencia. No tiene SEÑALETICA que anuncie el nombre del Hotel, no saíamos si era el Hotel o una casa de descanso. No es accesible para discapacitados. Dcecidimos no quedarnos en dicho Hotel y nos fuimos a otro

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is nice and clean. There is no elevator, so if you have luggages it is better to request a ground floor room. The secured free parking is a building away. They said they can let you in and out of the parking lot 24 hours a day, just ask the front desk. Our room was large with two beds and a sofa that easily converted into a bed. Extra beddings are in the cabinet. It is a little far from downtown attractions, but if you like walking, downtown can be easily reached.

The room was very comfortable and the location very convenient. Close to the church and town. This is definitely I place I recommend and hope to come back.

• Spiritsayswoof (4/5): Looks can be deceiving. Beware Mold San Juan . - Traveled with my older teen and really liked the location for the hotel. For location, I would score this hotel high. You can literally walk everywhere: forts, museum, shops, bars. We are both pretty fit and would caution this part of town if you have a stroller, walker, wheelchair (forget that), or use a cane. The streets are cobblestone and not for anyone not fully able. If you like Old San Juan, I’d recommend pretty much any other hotel. The decor is gorgeous, but if you look closer, it masks other issues. I know the area is tropical and know there were recent hurricanes, but the effect of mold on my system nearly sent me to the local MD. Hyatt or Marriot would be better picks. There is a restaurant in the main entry space, but no information provided on what, when, how to dine there. Multiple front desk staff pulling double duty and not super helpful. The rooftop is nice and actually when I was up there, I never saw another person. Rooftop tubs are the coolest feature, especially at night. The pictures do not show the true size of them. I would say you could fit two Shaquille’s in one tub. If you call the hotel, keep trying. It is rare anyone will answer and I know for a fact the they do not return phone calls. We are at the Hyatt (two blocks away) every morning and spent much of our time out of the room due to not liking the room at all- we had a suite too. We also used the concierge at the Hyatt multiple times due to how awkward it was at Casa Blanca. If we return, we will stay at a pricier place with a pool vs. the tubs. Also, once we rented a car - through the Hyatt again, we had a blast touring the island. The locals were incredibly kind.

Companion had "best gin and tonic in years". Service was top notch. Full bar a plus. Courtyard was stunning, one of the most elegant spaces in San Miguel.

No air conditioner, we open windows and bunch of flies, lots of noice since 6am ,we could nt sleep, no water on the outside jaccuzi , lots and lots of stairs ...just horrible ..no to mention the area that looks like a guetto barrio ...never going back !

Classic Middle Eastern with a twist , a menu to share in tapas style and a wonderful setting makes this a must go place on any trip .. fortunately we live here for many months each year and have already eaten here 3 times .. a great bar ....inside and outside dining and a balanced wine list makes this a delightful change, great ambiance and excellent service.. yes we will be back often ! Keep up the good work !
• jilld64 (8/5): Safe, clean and quiet lodging - I spent 4 nights at this ‘boutique’ style hotel. The staff are very anxious to assist in whatever you may request. This is a simple, good hotel, good bed and bathroom. TV was good. If you do have a car, it is parked securely at their lot, under key. It is a little bit different, to go and ask the staff to unlock the gate, when you come and go. But it sure is worth it, to have your car safely stored. The staff wants to help, offering eating places, assisting you in anything you might need. The room came with a small heater, and fan that you can plug-in if you need to do either one. There are plenty of electrical cords around, and TV is flatscreen. The WIFI worked well in the entire hotel. There is a nice common area that has tables and chairs, along with a sink, TV, and speakers. Over all, I would recommend this hotel.

• Keith (6/5): - The hotel had many steps and no handrails. It was very difficult handling the luggage. For me it was to far from center of town. That is not the hotels fault but mine for not looking carefully when booking.
